OOC: Night. I'm leaving after this post too. BIC: "Die? What a concept," Xardius muttered as the Heartless poured towards him. "Well...I'll give you to the count of 5." 100 feet and closing... "4." 75 feet and closing... "3." 50 feet and closing... "2." 25 feet and closing... "1." Their claws reached out... "You're all dead," Xardius said, grabbing his bandages with both hands and ripping them free. *** The explosion of energy that ensued literally ripped apart the Heartless and Nobodies simply from being close by, and the walls of the buildings nearby simply exploded as the entire block started falling apart. Cracks appeared in the earth and the paved road slowly began sinking as the buildings in a massive circle toppled inwards. Xardius hardly noticed. Rolling his shoulders, he waved an arm, sending energy spraying off in a climactic wave of death that splintered the buildings in that direction, before hitting the cave wall and exploding. Xardius turned to look at where Wing had gone. "Shurunrai, give Wing some power," Xardius said as he pulled it out of its sheath. "Just enough so he won't die..."
"Richards should be in that big central building over there. Bottom level...Just go, I'll cover you," Xardius said. "Get far enough away from here...so I can go 100% and not kill you..." OOC: I have to do this because I'm running out of time...
OOC: I think any normal person would be creeped out...Wait until my introduction to Obsidian Sky... BIC: Tera Roth laughed. "That old fart asked you that? How the heck would I...Hey, hey, hey, stop grabbing, it's my phone, get your own! HEY!" "Hello," a deeper voice said. "This is Highwind. Xardius' past huh? Disney Castle is out...Hmm, meet us at Hollow Bastion." And the line went dead. *** "Erm, what?" Xardius said. "The fact that this was once a massive experimental facility on Heartless, and probably the birth place of Nobodies? Or the fact that the UPA started to grow both Heartless and Nobodies here before they went out of control and escaped? Or simply the fact that the UPA is here and is controlling countless Heartless and Nobodies that are following us right now?"
OOC: Just in the fact that he's unnaturally strong...Xardius was making fun of you, :) BIC: "I'm the guy," Tera Roth's sunny voice rang through. "I don't like green snot, and I think chicken nuggets are barbaric! So now that you know two facts about me that you didn't want to know in the first place, how can I help you?" *** Xardius shrugged and walked through the door...
OOC: Tera Roth's cell phone number is also on the note...Just call him. Geez, I shouldn't have typed so fast, I forgot stuff...
OOC: 'Kay. BIC: It says "If you want to go back to my past so much, sumo wrestler (yes you Xane!), talk to Tera Roth, and follow where he says to go. Wing and I will meet you there. I've gone to help him. Cheerio!" *** Xardius scratched his head. "Yeah...This place...is almost suffocating...I wonder if it's because everyone's energy is being sucked in here...This is kind of what it's like when fighting a superior opponent...Not that I'd really know about that..." Xardius shook his head. "So, yes, let's get going...I think I know where Richards is going to be...The pinnacle of this place, of course: The Mansion." OOC: Sorry the note was confusing...I was still talking to Wing, XD. So above is what the note really says...ahem, sorry about that.
Xardius rubbed his eyes. "Heh, I think you underestimate us...but that's not really the issue. Give me a sec." Switching channels, Xardius thought furiously as he pulled up maps of Twilight Town, recent anomalies (recent being before Twilight Town started going under), etc. If he can reach me on his phone, then I should be able to pull up a portal like his by using the connection between our phones, Xardius thought. Perfect. Just stall. "I'm sending you maps of Twilight Town, along with any current anomalies...It's hard to get the signal through here, but I think I can scan it in..." Quickly scribbling a note, folding it into a paper airplane, opening his door, chucking it at Xane's head, shutting the door again, and holding out a hand. "All right, here it comes," Xardius smiled, as the portal opened and he stepped through... OOC: Xardius got Coa when he was a Guardian to show him how to open Twilight Portals...That's how he knows.
Xardius grumbled something under his breath as he yanked his phone out of his pocket. "Just hold that thought," Xardius said to Xane, walking into the back room. "Hang on a second," he said into the phone. "I'll be in my room!" he yelled back at the others. Once safely inside his room, with the door closed, Xardius leaned back against the wall. "What do you need, Wing?"
Xardius frowned. "How is it that you all suppose that he's not going to fight Richards? Because that is what we came here for..." OOC: Lol, we all break the fourth wall without even trying...
"Don't worry about it," Xardius said, leaning forward to press a button for the ship to slowly orbit the area Wing had entered to get into Twilight Town. "He'll be fine." Idiot. Xardius thought. I appreciate your sentimentality, but if you don't have confidence in your companions' abilities, what does that truly mean?
OOC: Was watching School Rumble and completely forgot about the UO from my last post...ahem, it happens...I get absorbed into whatever I do. And it will come out next week, yippee! (And it's Obsidian Sky, that's why I was confused.) I have to finish enemies (of which I'm almost done, somehow), missions, and something else I'm forgetting...Should finish quickly. And about the desert...that never happened...I erased it from memory... BIC: Xardius leaned back. "If Wing wants to do it, then Wing can do it. Just give me a ring if you need help...No matter what, I'll reach your side to help...Friendship rocks..." Xardius closed his eyes and smirked.
OOC: What do you mean how's Guardians of Larenska? And I guess I can deal with your self-wallowing Xeg...so long as it doesn't detract from your health... Who knows, you might drown.
OOC: Seems like nearly everyone but Wing is here...and we need him to get into Twilight Town...This sucks...
A sharp beeping made one of Xardius' eyes pop open. "Sheesh, all right already," he muttered, hitting the switch. "Hey Wing, we're on the final approach to Twilight Town...You ready?"
OOC: Geez, where is everybody? Oh, well...I'll be on tomorrow, I guess.
OOC: Still need to mow the lawn, so I'll be off and on a bit, but I got a lot done yesterday, so I'll have much more time today. I'm not sure what to do next...any ideas?
OOC: I'm really, really busy today, because my parents decided since I had no school, I could do chores...lots of chores...So that's what I'll be doing all night, but at least I'll be able to be on tomorrow. BIC: Xardius shrugged. "That was sort of my idea Wing..." The ship came up alongside Darxess' rolling junk heap. "How is he even alive?" Xardius muttered to himself, extending a lifeline.
OOC: Righty, then, see you Hidden! BIC: Xardius shrugged. "I guess..." Plugging in the rendezvous point, Xardius sank back into the pilot's chair. "But we need to get a comfier seat..."
"..." Xardius said. "Yeah...I'll round up the others and we'll head back." Motioning, he got the entire group rolling towards the ship, making it back within ten minutes. Settling in a chair, he sighed. "The problem with Twilight Town is its entry is very unstable. If there is a large disruption in the worlds, the twilight world might swing too far either way, making it impossible to gain entry. As the worlds are right now, I'm not sure we can make it through." He rubbed his forehead. "But I think I might know a way...Let's pick up Darxess first...He's been free-floating for too long..."
OOC: Lol, thanks, I have one for every Organization member, XD. BIC: Xardius' eyes narrowed. "Twilight Town is Richards' location...But I'm getting the feeling that it's not going to be very easy..." OOC: I might be slow replying, FYI. And see ya later, Geryl.
