    Enigma thought for a moment.

"From what I can gather, there are at least thirty to forty members, each probably as powerful as two of the Ultimate Organization's members put together. At least, those are the normal ones. They're who you've encountered briefly: to name a few, Kardas, Azull, Novice, Zaxor...Every member holds a different position, with other members working with them or under them, ranked on power. Every member also holds power over a differing element or power - Azull: illusion, Novice: time, Zaxor: dragons...Kardas is a bit different, as he's a demon and doesn't really have any control over a power...unless it's shapeshifting."

Enigma shook his head. "And that's about all I know. All this time researching and I have little to nothing. Everything is presumption, and speculation. If we meet a member, I can tell you how to defeat them."

"And with their weakness in hand," Enigma finished, "yes it is possible. There are many other places I'd rather be, no offense, than with the Ultimate Organization in the middle of a warzone. If I didn't think we had a chance, I wouldn't be here."

Xardius spoke up after finishing off his hamburger. "Hey, Xane, I am the firepower."

OOC: Well, it's not like we couldn't NOT let you back on...

BIC: Enigma chuckled as he sat down next to Xegreny, eating his own food. "Hardly. But I am perceptive. It's a skill that a lot of people call cynicism."

He smiled slightly. "I've met two or three of the Brotherhood members personally, you know. Eclipse, Kardas... Eclipse was before he joined up...He's new, meaning he's only been involved with them for the past twenty or so years. Actually, I met him just before he joined, of all things. He told me he was going to go work for an organization that would help him hide from his past...I guess it worked out for him. Whatever's chasing him...I give them good luck now."

"Kardas was a mess, I assure you," Enigma said, chewing thoughtfully. "Actually, he tried to eat me, but I have defenses against demons. That was my line of research before I started on the Brotherhood."

OOC: Sorry, we've got company tonight, so I'm having to clean and...er, entertain. (This is the first chance I've had to tell you). So I won't be on tonight...See ya.

Xardius grabbed Nulix's. "I'll take it."

Enigma shrugged. "At least take some water...You did say you were thirsty...and hungry."

OOC: Yeah, go Wing. *enthusiasm skyrocketing*

BIC: Xardius slowly munched on his huge bacon and cheese hamburger, and tried to think of something other than envisioning horrible deaths for the people around him.

    He couldn't.

Taking a huge bite of his hamburger, he chewed forcefully, bit his tongue, and let loose obscure curses such as, "Suck beans bacon!" and "Chicken nuggets, that hurt!"

"Oh, I'm sorry," Enigma said, sounding truly apologetic. "I get carried away sometimes...This is all somewhat exhilarating, don't you think?"

He shrugged. "Perhaps not. After all, I am confident that the Brotherhood won't attempt to kill me. After all, Azull showing up here just means that they know of our presence, but that they can't do anything about it. Now, if they were to send someone else other than the illusion master, we'd be in real trouble."

He reached into his coat and began pulling out small packs, muttering something and giving them to all the members; as he did so, they bulged into wrapped meals.

As he gave one to Xegreny, he leaned in close, and said, "I'm glad you find me suspicious. After all, it just wouldn't make sense if you all trusted me. But you needn't really worry. The reason I'm here is because I know the most about the Brotherhood."

He smiled slightly. "I'd really rather be home with my family."

OOC: Well......a lot has happened...I'll cover the major points which you may or may not have heard before.

The Enigmatic Knights are split up into seven Divisions, the fifth of which was utterly destroyed by the Ultimate Organization. Kingdom Hearts was reduced to utter ruin by the Air Army and a massive bomb sent to destroy it...unfortunately, their Death Drum didn't work. We learned about a mysterious organization named the Brotherhood which isn't planning anything good for the worlds, and then we had the Universal Peace Alliance and the Dai Jee, two rogue organizations, ravage the worlds in a big war. Vecked and the UO stepped in and wiped the Dai Jee off the face of the planet, killed a high-up UPA member, and joined up with the Enigmatic Knights, who were led by Sora of all people.

After the chaos in the light side of the worlds settled down, the UO and a few divisions of the EK teamed up and went through a gate into the dark side of the worlds, where the UO then took an ilium ship to the dark Pride Lands, which is completely covered in mist and inhabited by insectoid humanoids, and massive carnivorous creatures known as antlions. At the moment, we've just defeated said antlion, which was guarding a Brotherhood cave, and are now delving deep into the cave to find information on the Brotherhood's plot.

    And that's that.

"I would, Wing," Xardius grumbled, bent nearly double, "but I don't think there's enough space."

"I told you," Enigma said irritably, turning around, the only one not having problems walking through the cave. "It's just an illusion. Stop believing in it and it can't touch you."

"Very clever," Azull said, stepping randomly from the cave wall. "But I have a question for you: what are...?"

"Shut up," Enigma growled, pulling out his gun. "Now is not the time to be doing this."

    Azull raised an eyebrow. "Oh?"

"Wouldn't you rather beat the UO when they're not, ahem, cramped for space?" Enigma asked, firing his semi-automatic at Azull.

    Azull smirked as he disappeared.

Xardius shook his head as the ceiling returned to normal. "I hate that guy..."

OOC: I won't be back after this...Have places to go later, somewhat unfortunately.

BIC: Xardius cracked his head on a stalactite, and grimaced. "I hate caves..."

Following Enigma, who seemed to know where he was going, Xardius spent his time twisting to dodge stalactites that seemed to sprout from the ceiling. If Wing's warning meant anything, they probably were. And the cave seemed to be getting smaller.

"Is it just me, or...?" Xardius began.

"It's an illusion," Enigma said, unworried. "Don't worry about it."

"Doesn't feel like an illusion," Xardius said, having to slump over.

OOC: I'm sorry, I'll try to contain my playing FF8...:(

BIC: Enigma nodded. "Locations, mainly. And what it is they're doing here. Other than controlling the worlds."

Walking into the cave, he examined the floor. "Antlion droppings. I was correct." Striding further into the cave, Enigma examined the floor. "A seal to keep it out. Probably to keep that antlion out from the inner workings. Shall we?"

Walking forward, Enigma continued into the cave...

OOC: Nice to have everyone here! (And yes I meant Xane's.)

BIC: Xardius gave Wing a sardonic smile, as Enigma chuckled to himself.

"Xane, your inability to listen is hardly your strength," Enigma said. "But don't worry. It's not your greatest weakness. We're here to gather information about the Brotherhood. I'm guessing that the antlion's cave is where we'll find the stash. Most likely, it was the guardian."

Enigma pointed. "The cave should be just over that hill."

    After a steady climb...

"Looks like you were right," Xardius said, peering into the cave. Holding a hand out, he cast Fire. Instead, his hand froze. Shaking off the ice, Xardius muttered something about annoyances and cast Blizzard. Instantly, flames sprouted and lit the cave.

"Note to self, casting is opposite here," Xardius said.

"Um, later," Xardius said as the antlion tripped from Xane's punch, flinched from Nulix's shots, and impaled itself on Xardius' sword, compulsively slamming its mandible shut around him. Shoving his sword in deeper, Xardius released it and grasped the squeezing jaws on either side.

"Let...GO!" he roared, his muscles popping in a tremendous show of sheer physical power as he slammed the jaws outward so far as to permanently disarrange them from the antlion's head.

Out of the mist, an antlion appeared, fur ringing its insect head, its mandibles the size of Chomper.

"Xane! Hit it from above!" Xardius yelled as the antlion charged forward, its mandibles opening towards Xardius as Xardius readied Chomper. "We'll finish this in two blows!"

OOC: I haven't ever played it before. And I need a break from FF12, XD (been playing for over 50 hours total on the thing).

BIC: Xardius chuckled morosely. "Are you kidding? Orb's just as brainless as Darxess, he just shows it less. Besides, I think Darxess can handle himself. He acts stupid but...he single-handedly wiped out a contingent of knights. He's no fruitcake, no matter how much he pretends."

Enigma closed his eyes. "There is that...his weakness is his age...and his unfortunate sleeping habits."

Xardius smiled slightly to himself. "By the way, how close are we to the cave?"

"Within half of a mile," Enigma said, looking back to check that everybody was following. "But I'm reading high thermal activity up ahead. Something large is coming this way."

"Great," Xardius said, pulling Chomper from his back. "Just great."

OOC: Ok, I'm trying to play Final Fantasy 8...

    BIC: Xardius shrugged. "Mere supposition."

Enigma nodded. "But more than likely correct. While you were fighting, I did a quick scan and found that your theory for the hives was correct, as well as that all thermal energy, except for the remnants of body heat, etc. has left the smaller hives that we've destroyed and is congregating in the center. Thermal energy, I also found, around the area in six more smaller 'hives.' It seems they are massing for a war of some sort, almost, as if they know they're about to be hunted."

Enigma smiled grimly. "And so, that means that we're probably going to end up fighting whatever eats them. Oh, and by the way, Darxess, I believe, is currently wandering towards the north of the world, somewhere in the desert that way. You'll probably have to pick him up later if he doesn't get eaten by antlions."

OOC: Nulix honestly stole my reaction, but YES bring him back! Oxyrt was awesome...and I might have his email address, XD. Thanks for moving it along guys. I'll help a little here. The only thing is Xeg, that the Brotherhood plot was pretty much the end of the RP...Anything else would have to be #3, XD.

BIC: Xardius shook his head. "Maybe not such a good idea. I don't know about you, but these guys don't seem really all that intelligent. I'm thinking they're is something else here that eats these guys...And besides, the fact that we crushed three other hives means that this one is probably going to have everyone that managed to escape."

Xardius reached down in the dirt and drew a quick diagram. The big hive was on the right and a smaller hive on the left. Connecting the two, he drew a tunnel underneath the ground.

"When you crush the small hive, all the humanoids, or insectoids, rush through the tunnel," Xardius said, drawing arrows. "Basically all you did was clog the entrance. Now, there are probably more than three smaller hives, probably in a circle around this larger one, so entering this one, we could either get lost, killed, or otherwise swarmed."

"But," Xardius said, swishing out the drawing, "it's your decision. We can take a small detour..."

OOC: Don't worry. I'm pretty much driving the story right now, somewhat unfortunately...

BIC: Xardius walked through the mist, parting leaves and ducking branches (a thing that no one else needed to, as he was taller than everyone else). Grumbling to himself about the mist, he preoccupied himself with trying to read the swirls. He'd had experience in low-sense areas such as this, but it had been such a long time, he was a little edgy.

After all, the probability that the animals on this world were able to peer through the mist was high, and the fact that the Knights had been attacked meant they were hostile...

Nothing happened for the first two miles. Enigma mentioned that the cave was close, and then...

Xardius tripped forward over a root as an arrow whistled straight where his head had been. Simultaneously and silently, the bushes became alive with men in face-conforming, insectoid armor armed with swords and spears with blades as huge as themselves.

    As one, they attacked...

OOC: Your avatar's are above, Nulix.

Enigma shrugged. "What I always do. Gathering information to gather my long, laboring career as a Libarian."

Xardius grunted. "No more wasting time. I'm leaving."

With that, he stalked forward, bristling at the cold fog and looking for all it was worth like a wolf with a bad temper in a position that it didn't like.

    Not anything unusual, really.

    Enigma chuckled slightly, then followed.

Enigma nodded. "Precisely. I hardly think that any Brotherhood member worth his salt is going to be inside the cave. First of all, two or three miles of jungle is hardly enough protection from the only good landing sight on the world, and second, if the Knights who were exploring this world entered the cave with a Brotherhood member inside, do you really think that any of them would have come back alive?"

Enigma shook his head as Xardius peered around. "No, I think that the only thing the cave might offer is information on what the Brotherhood is doing here. Now, the cave might lead us to a Brotherhood member, but the chances are higher that instead it will be mere storage space."

    Enigma smiled slightly. "Satisfied?"

OOC: I've had these done for a while but...Anyway, here they are Nulix:
