R reacted quickly to the triple firaga, within a split second of the casting, he opened a dark corridor beneath himself and cast a low level gravity spell on himself to pull him to the floor faster. The corridor let out directly behind Xross, where R let loose a dark firaga at his back.

R stared at Xross with a blank expression as darkness dripped down his arm. It shaped itself into a simple longsword in his hand. Without warning, R sprinted at Xross, leaping into the air about seven feet away. "Dark spear" He called out the name of the attack, and in unison with it, a dark red and black javelin appeared next to him and lunged itself at Xross. R fought almost entirely reliant on the darkness. He had control over it to the point he could give it physical form and mold it into various shapes. Of course this wasn't unheard of, Dark Firaga was a simple form of such an art. It was just that most had never put enough thought and effort into it to master it to this degree.
He's a demon. Also the king of hell
"It would seem Oda would like to be Sapphire's next opponent." R said, taking out a hi-potion to help her recover. "Do you agree?" He asked the darkness enthralled girl. "In the meantime, I'd like to witness how strong Xross is myself. I'll spar with him."
"So, another ally joins us..." R whispered to himself. "Follow me." Said the heartless as he opened a corridor of darkness to the hall of castle oblivion. As he saw the fight, it was clear who was winning and who was losing. "Well? What do you make of them?" R said to his apprentice.
