OOC: Well, er...*cough* I've been busy, guys....But I'll be on tomorrow for an extended amount of time. As of right now, I'm also free. So, don't maim me, but I'm here...Let's do something, I guess.
Well, I bit some guy's head off yesterday, but I'm not sure that's what you're talking about.
OOC: Hrm....... BIC: "Go back to sleep, Vecked," a voice answered him. "I don't want to talk to you yet..." "Should I hit him again?" Enigma asked. "No, that won't be necessary," the voice said. "You can go. Thank you."
OOC: Oh, great, we're pulling Vecked in. I've just spent 10 minutes wondering what to post.
"..................." Xardius said. "I guess it's pointless talking about this. But are you satisfied with what Vecked is doing?"
"I saw him...murder hundreds of people..." Xardius sighed. "Not directly, of course. He had them jump for airplanes...and blamed it on Scourge."
"Oh, this and that," Xardius said. "Nulix...Tell me...Why is Vecked doing this...?"
OOC: Srsly, only two replies!? Well, then... Anyone checking this thread is welcome to join! BIC: Xardius watched Wing for a moment, then walked up to his old friend. "Wing," Xardius said, taking a seat next to him, "I'm not going to even go into the subject of the Virus. I am going to explain to you how I am training Crissilia...Hopefully, you won't get angry with me." He cleared his throat, then continued. "To put it simply, I exhaust Crissilia's energy to the point where she's completely emptied of power. Your body automatically replaces energy, so she replenishes overnight, with a little bit extra. However, as you can probably tell, her power level has grown exponentially since the last time you've been together. This is because when I completely run her dry, I replenish her supply with my own energy, in such a way that it won't recharge her." He shrugged. "Not exactly healthy, but it effectively doubles her power level every day."
Tera Roth stopped. "Well, well, Tul Raijin...I shouldn't be surprised." "Ultimate Organization!" Tera Roth yelled. "The Guardians are going to be providing a distraction for you to run in and kill that thing. So do it, already..." He turned back to Tul Raijin. "Where were we...? Oh, yes, you were about to get hurt." Tera Roth rushed in, hitting Tul Raijin's sword out of the way, his own sword slipping towards Raijin's head...
OOC: I don't really mind... I'm having one of those low days, that's all... BIC: Tera Roth spat dirt. "Yeah, whatever." He pulled out his cell phone. "Yeah, now. The UPA's getting their trash kicked..." "...Well, then," Tera Roth said, smiling. "Gotcha." He hung up and began walking back towards the Virus.
OOC: Fine, do whatever you want Nulix. You are anyway...... *pretty much pouting at the moment* BIC: Xardius picked the object up. "Well, now..."
What happened to Xardius, you may ask? Last we heard from him, he was charging valiantly at the Virus. Well, here's what: Thousands of Midgar soldiers appeared out of nowhere around him, and began shooting at him. Xardius was swept backwards to the mouth of the canyon, through Brotherhood forces, through UPA agents, and Midgar soldiers, until he was quite alone watching the turmoil before him. With a grunt, he waded back in. Perhaps involuntarily, he created a roiling mass of physical chaos around himself, and if someone had been looking back at him at that moment, they would probably have had trouble seeing anything but a rather large bulge that happened to be all the people flying over Xardius' shoulder, around him, or getting tromped underneath. Within two minutes, Xardius had, single-handedly, decimated the Midgar soldiers' forces by half, the Brotherhood forces by a third, and cracked as many UPA agents in the head as possible. When the time belt went out, Xardius didn't even really notice. It took him a minute to realize everyone was moving in slow motion, at which point he bounced upwards out of the roiling mass, walked on people's heads and finally stopped, standing on two slowly falling people, watching Novice fight Atom, Wing make his entrance, and... "What?" Xardius blinked, hopping off the Brotherhood members and landing in a cleared space. *** Unfortunately for the UPA, Tera Roth was faster...The instant time reverted, Tera Roth was at the Virus' side, and in the next instant after that, was gone again, the Virus nowhere to be seen.
Hold on that thought. I'm working on it...
Tera Roth smiled. "Well, thank you for letting me know where she is. I'm sure she can take care of herself. She doesn't need me to rescue her every time she's in trouble." "And I disagree," Tera Roth said. "I think this is a fight. But not a physical one. Politically speaking, you're not going to win..." *** "OK, that's enough," Xardius said, and Crissilia backed off. "Why aren't they moving? Take me there." Crissilia opened a portal and Xardius dove through... *** Tera Roth snapped his fingers, and Xardius dove through the portal. "Where is everyone?" Xardius snapped. "Fine. I'll do it." And he ran towards the Virus... *** "Speaking of which," Enigma said, smashing a hand into a pressure point, letting Vecked's eyes roll up into his head. He turned to Aeron as he caught Vecked. "Don't hang around," he said, as they began falling back in the real world, Enigma disappearing... OOC: And I have to go, unfortunately. See you tomorrow.
Enigma shrugged and Novice disappeared. "Now, Vecked," he said, clicking his tongue. "I never said they wanted you dead. No, they want you alive." He began walking towards Vecked. "But you're not going to come willingly if you knew who it was. And you're not exactly trustworthy. So, in a few moments, you're going to become unconscious." *** Which is why Tera Roth, Tyre, and Highwind stood inbetween the UPA and the Virus. "Good evening, gentlemen," Tera Roth said. "I don't think you're going to win."
OOC: All these edits are making my head spin... BIC: Zip. Shiva, Magna, Ziya, Patrick, and Simon stood in a line in front of them. "Good evening," Magna said, bowing. "Conflicting interests at the moment. Pardon us while we stop you from claiming the Virus." *** "Oh, shut up," Enigma said irritably. "I'm smarter than you're giving me credit for. I'm not doing this for me, because I know darn well it won't do anything to the worlds. The cards are played, what will happen will happen, and nothing I do to you will change that." "But, really, you'd think someone as intelligent as you would learn to listen to others," Enigma said. "I told you why I'm doing this." "And, no, I won't hesitate to hit you first," Enigma said from behind Vecked, his kick connecting with the back of Vecked's head.
"Sorry," Enigma said dryly. "I'm a bit smarter than that." EDIT OOC: Um, just a sec. BIC: "So, now that we're all enlightened in the fact that there is no escape," Enigma said. "Let's get down to business."

Enigma shook his head. "You both..." And suddenly they stopped falling. Darkness surrounded them. Enigma stood on his feet, the dark crystal gone. Aeron and Vecked stood in the middle of the darkness, Enigma near the edge, Novice a bit behind him. "These aren't my orders, you know," Enigma said. "But I'm doing this as a favor to someone." "First, the rules: This is what is known as an infinite dimension, created by the dark crystal. There is a time limit of one hour before the dimension collapses. Until that hour is up, you are mine. You cannot move within 200 feet of me at all times, you cannot teleport outside, etc. Only I can relinquish this, and it happens in one of two ways: by death or by personal choice." Enigma shrugged, and raised a hand, gesturing. "Since the second option is out..."
