Yuki grew angry and grabbed Zain's neck. "How dare you question your sister. I ought to rip your still beating heart from your chest." She said in a demonic voice.
"Just calm down, Zain." Yuki said. Toji finished the cure and handed it to Zain. "I'm not sure if this will be a full cure, but at least it will stop the mutation and cut your dependency on the stuff that is transforming you."
"My parents made me work with chemistry all through my childhood. Trust me, I know what I'm doing." Toji said. "Don't be rude to my boyfriend, Zain."
Toji took no notice as he started to make a cure.
Yuki took the sample to Toji for him to examine it.
Yuki handed him they syringe.
"You want a cure, don't you? We need a sample of blood so that we can make one."
Toji walked in and set his equipment up. He began studying the contents of the vial. "Can you get me a sample of blood from Zain?" "Sure, Toji." She said as she took a syringe from him. She went upstairs. "Hold still, Zain."
"Don't make me put you in the cage again, Zain." Yuki said before she went to get the door.
Yuki called Toji over and told him to bring his chemistry tools.
"I'll get him to work as fast as he can."
"I plan on using this to help you. Toji's a science major, and i think he might be able to make an antidote from this."
"Read my lips, Zain. You're not getting this vial and that's final. The only way you're getting it is over my dead body, and that's not happening."
"I'm not giving you the vial. I won't have you transforming further."
Yuki killed the shadow and took the vial.
Yuki began taking out the shadows one by one.
"No, that's not him." Yuki said before attacking the shadow.
"Zain? What are you doing?" She said.
Yuki went upstairs to check, keeping a hand on her scythe.
"No, he normally doesn't. This is getting worse than I thought."
