Here goes: The Ultimate Organization, that's us, are fighting against several rogue organizations at once: the UPA (Ultimate Peace Alliance), and the ever mysterious Brotherhood, led by a man named Scourge, whose goals, intentions, and even his psyche remain under question. As it stands, the worlds are once again turned against the UO, due to some quick press work from the public relations head Lexx from the UPA. The UO is currently taking out Brotherhood members, but I expect it won't last. That's all I can think of. Anything I missed? BIC: Sorion simply stared at Wing, then began to laugh. "It's very interesting, I think," Sorion said. "To think that you bear so much resemblance to one I used to know." "I hate to disappoint you," Sorion continued, his laughter ceasing. "But my power is not of twilight. It is of the moon. But no matter..." Sorion pulled out his sword. "Your power levels are high...high enough to be a challenge even to Xardius now, if I'm not mistaken, but that doesn't mean your power is great enough to defeat me. Regardless of how I got it, my power is the same level as you." "So, no more pushing me around, I think," Sorion said, his eyes turning golden. "It's time to unleash...myself..." Power thundered into Sorion, his levels climaxing quickly as he rushed forward, a cry on his lips as his sword swung... *** Xardius nodded. "Wraith is attempting to break the seal I...never mind...Let's just go..."
OOC: Oh, yeah...(duh) BIC: Xardius knocked himself on the head, and whipped a healing spell, healing Xane's arm rapidly. "It'll take a bit, like the Guardian's wounds, but you should be back in shape in about an hour." He looked around. "We should follow Wing...I have a bad feeling that loser Wraith is going to go after him..." Xardius concentrated and opened a portal. "Through here."
OOC: Not really. And don't be mean - I told him to. BIC: Xardius kind of just huffed.
Xardius rammed a fist into Liam's face, sending him into a nearby building, cracked down with that same fist into Kardas' head, causing him to go into a coma, and gutted the slobbering demon then and there. Xardius swung his sword. "Maybe you haven't heard, but you lost two members today..." OOC: OK! We got ourselves a new member, King of Darkness! His character's name is Xark. Since we haven't a new member in forever, this is going to be interesting...XD
"A research project indeed," Enigma said, coming from the shadows. "You're very close." He turned to Tul Raijin. "I've come to get you out of here. Zaxor and Trent will be here momentarily to clean up."
Kardas yelped, and belched, sending noxious gases everywhere. Xardius walked up behind him, and stabbed him. Kardas sucked in air and expelled it out his rear, causing Xardius to pale and nearly go unconscious.
Kardas twisted quite lithely, and kicked Venture in the gut, sending him flying. Xardius entered the fray, his sword blazing with fire, searing a blow across Kardas' wasit. Kardas roared and attempted to hit Xardius, but Xardius dodged. OOC: Next.
Kardas chomped down on Xane's shoulder, and sucked the sword in through his belly button. Xardius blinked.
"I eat you!" Kardas screamed, leaping on top of Xane and opening his mouth wide. OOC: Preoccupation with eating large male specimens...returned.
OOC: I kinda thought he'd come to us...
OOC: Well, how about Kardas...? We could kick his puny butt for real this time... Or Xardius could recount the heroic details of Eclipse's death...Or both...
OOC: Apologies. Had to take out the trash. BIC: Xardius shook his head. "Wing's up there, right? Maybe we should...wait..." OOC: Which of course puts all our characters into limbo until Wing can take them out....What do you want to do, Xane?
Xardius sighed. "Well, Eclipse took a while but we got him in the end. We've actually been fighting for a full 12 hours, since he had some kind of time warp thing..."
OOC: Yes, I had an emergency last night that took the whole night, but I'm back for the duration now. Though it took me a while to read up. BIC: The blood stopped flowing away from Sorion as the moon fell on him. Within a second, he was standing, his wounds closing. Sorion flipped his dark hair back. "Moonlight...shine down..." he whispered, and power rushed through him. He glanced at Wing and Liam, standing near him. "Another time, another place," he muttered, and shattered the barrier of twilight, stepping through instantaneously into a portal... *** Meanwhile, Xardius walked up to Xane and the others, followed by Maggie and Simon, who both looked a little worse for wear, with several bandages, Magge having a bandage across the head, and a thick one across her midriff. One of Simon's arms was in a sling. Xardius didn't look any different than normal; maybe a little dirtier. "Did you get him?" Xardius asked Xane.
OOC: It's cool, see you guys later. I'll just post one more time, then head out. BIC: Sorion blocked the blow as he spun to his feet, and prepared himself for Xane's onslaught.
OOC: I guessed that...and...maybe... BIC: Scourge got tired of waiting and simply opened the cage. *** Sorion flipped over, sending Venture end over end into the wall.
Sorion blocked the blow, and smiled at her. "You're awfully pretty. If I brainwashed you, it might be interesting..." EDIT: *** "Have you made your decision?" Scourge asked the Virus, his countenance a bit different than before...less tired, to an observant eye. As if he was drawing energy from someplace...
Sorion stood behind him, wiping his mouth free of blood. "Entertaining," he said, "but you're no match for the new moon." The moon began shining on him, and his sword began changing shape. His cloak whipped in a non-existent wind, and his eyes began to glow. In fact, power nearly rippled from him.
Sorion's sword flashed up, the point driving towards Xane's back as Sorion snapped back from the kick.
It might have worked if Sorion hadn't caught Xane's foot in his other hand, and flipped him into the air, smashing into his back with his own kick.
