The graphics were weird at first, but the more I saw of the game the more I liked it. I've pre-ordered the special edition (with the wii remote and all) which is a first for me with a wii game. To be honest, I haven't been following news about the game for sometime so it should all be a surprise for me. Can't wait till next month!

The way I see it is, since Square have struggling recently with games (The fixed reviews of FFXIII and the disaster known as FFXIV), is that they're being very careful with this one. What I had thought was they used FFXIII and FFXIII-2 to judge how fans react to the games, what they did and didn't like, and use that to improve whatever they have planned for Versus. That's the way I figured it anyway. They really need a good great game to win back support of their fans.
