Beuce was a bit disappointed to learn that there were requirements to face the guardians. Then again it wasn't all that surprising. He'd only heard bits and pieces of information regarding their existence in his studies. Yes, Beuce had studies. I know, i know, shocker. Yeah but he'd never heard of the mark of mastery. Although, he did wonder what determined the difference between just a regular old keyblade wielder and a master. "So, how do we take it? If we just need a master to give it to us, can't someone in the order do it? Because if that's all it takes, i'm ready now!" Beuce said with confidence. He talked like even should they give him the test, as long as it was multiple choice he had a pretty good shot at passing. Then, those guardians were all his. Little did he know it wasn't going to be that easy.
In addition to Karina and Kel, R himself went around and gathered together their allies, telling them to collect in the main hall of the mother crystal. Eventually, in a medical bay, R came across a familiar assassin. R knew the man fairly well. He had robbed the man of his family as a child, many years ago. In Twilight Town, he had defeated him and spared his life, only to have him fight against him in the war at the keyblade graveyard. However...There was something different about him. The air around him was no longer hostile and filled with malice. "Tell me, R. Why did you kill my family?" Satsujin asked. He didn't look over to the heartless, simply remained at Caleb's bedside unflinching. His tone wasn't accusatory or spiteful. He legitimately simply wanted to know R's reasons for doing what he did. There was silence for a moment, Satsujin simply awaited an answer. "Your family, the Akechi clan, were tyrants. They ruled the world, oppressing it with an iron fist. I sought to free them, but i was young. Violent. There was surely a way other than what i-" "No." Said the assassin, somewhat surprising R. "You were defending the people..Protecting those who can't protect themselves...I shouldn't begrudge you for that...But, my entire life has been nothing but a grudge..." The assassin stood, and dropped down his kimono, revealing scars all over his body. Their origins varied, from training, from a job he'd been on, but they were all the same. He'd endured them from a grudge against R. That was why he continued to live. "If that grudge is dead, so am i. Yet i still remain. So, am i nothing more than a ghost then?" The assassin turned around to R, with a serious look on his face. "If i am a ghost, then i ask you...Give me form." The heartless nodded. Reaching out a hand, his finger touched his forehead, as darkness spread out over Satsujin's bare skin. However, this wasn't simply hollow darkness creating a shape, it was similar to the named weapons R had used to combat the power of Excalibur. This darkness was incredibly powerful. As the darkness finished taking form, it hardened and solidified into armor. "This is the armor of the night. So long as it is with you, the shadows will hide you, offer you shelter. Were they really so ignorant as to not realize the situation and began fighting amongst themselves again? Taking off, he ran to the capital building, followed by Ghost. "I know but i had to finish the quote." Beuce said in his own defense as Gexln accused his quote of being kinda gay, but what happened next enraged Beuce. RIENZEL WAS NOT WRITING THIS POST, or...wait...A fist collided with Gexln's jaw. How dare he bring logic into this! He claimed that Rienzel wrote his posts, but that his were his own. As the umbrella pierced Beuce's chest, he looked up at the man holding the other end. "No Glen...I am your RPer!" He called out as the small 1 floated above his head. RPG logic of you're fine unless your HP hits 0 just saved the man's life. Then bitchface mcgee walked in and began lecturing them. As she said that they pissed her off by destroying the room. With the umbrella still in his chest, he and Gexln simply looked at each other and gave the other a high five. That's when her and Kross challenged them. Ananta was all up and challenging Glen, but Beuce was up against Kross. Swinging his umbrella at the man, the second it touched him even the slightest bit, something extremely uncommon happened. Umbrella went off. Instead of a simple 1 appearing above Kross' head, a massive golden 999 appeared and he went flying. However, he was caught by a dark figure, looking very pissed of..."Oh uh...Hey R. How you doing budddy? I was just...Um...Sparring with Gexln to train! yeah! That's what we were doing!" "Spare me the excuses! You fools can't let go of petty squabbles long enough to work together for the fate of the worlds! Now be silent and continue to the main hall, both of you!" R said angrily. The entire room seemed to darken under his anger. There was silence for a moment afterwards. R, the normally emotionless and melancholy leader of the dark became quite fearful when he was angry. Beuce simply put up his hands in a "whoa man" fashion, and began walking to the main hall.

Reading over the riddle, he made a thinking face. "Actually...I found it. I feel like the answer is on the tip of my tongue too." He said, possibly giving cat some confidence in the book. He was somewhat curious as to why exactly she needed a powerful healing spell. He made a mental note (literally he pictured himself writing a sticky note and putting it on the refrigerator) to ask her about it shortly. Opening his mouth, he began to read the hint as to the guardian's location and identity. In the depths of darkness, awaits the light. Guarded by sages of time, made older. Unlikely, these three, now hold the key In the mystic eye of the beholder. "I feel like i know this one..." It was then that Seiza entered the room once more. As he asked if they had any questions, Beuce walked over to him, motioning for Cat and Kel to follow. "Is there a holo-almanac we can use somewhere? I've seen them before, and one of those things would be really handy. If not..." He placed the book on the table, the page containing the riddle of the light guardian open. "What do you know about the elemental guardians?" Beuce questioned the gentleman. He seemed to be the librarian of the world. He'd probably have read that book, possibly even been the one to translate it, and had much more time to think about it than any of them. Plus, he'd been able to study the different worlds. It's entirely possible he would outright know the answer as to their identity.
Beuce glared at the sith lord nobody. He dodged the rubble, falling from the ceiling. It hit the ground with a loud crash, shaking the room. The smoldering red rune along his arm in the shape of phoenix wings began to glow, he was going to use the elemental guardian of fire's ability. With an unexplained surge of emotion, he charged across the room at Gexln, umbrella in hand. The man nearly had tears in his eyes, in fact, it couldn't have been more dramatic if there were intense music playing and they were standing in lava. ... ... oh wait. yes it could. Launching a Megaflare at the ground, he ignited the entire room, turning the floor molten and blowing off the roof. "YOU WERE THE CHOSEN ONE! IT WAS SAID YOU WOULD DESTROY THE WALL, NOT JOIN IT! YOU WERE TO BRING BALANCE TO THE FOURTH, NOT LEAVE IT IN DARKNESS!" Sprinting forward, he launched a blast of magical energy which was nothing at all like the force due to this not at all being based on star wars shut up. With all his might, he pushed against Gexln. "You were my brother Glen....I loved you!"

"That was the hint for the guardian of fire. Given the first few lines, i'd say it's some kind of dragon. Not only that, a dormant one. One that's been sleeping for a long time. Although, the part about the tomb and the sun may both be indications as to where it's at. I don't know of a lot of sunny tombs..." Beuce said, thinking for a moment. What could it mean by that? "Maybe the sun is some kind of metaphor...You know this would be a lot easier if we could just google worlds that fit the descriptions of these things on the order's holo-internet thing. In fact, we should ask Seiza about it when he gets back.." Beuce turned to a new page, and a new guardian. "...You said you were looking for healing magic, right? Light is usually the element paired together with healing. Maybe the guardian is what you're looking for." He skipped ahead until finally he reached the Light guardian's page. Then he awaited posting the riddle as Krowley hadn't told it to his writer
The doors to the library itself screamed impressive. One didn't even have to enter to know what lay beyond would be of a similar nature. Sure enough, the room didn't disappoint. Books as far as the eye could see, and sunlight to illuminate the room. The only inhabitant of the room aside from the group that just entered was a silver haired man named Seiza, but they left shortly. The thought as to what happened if they touched something other than specified device briefly crossed his mind, but he had better things to worry about. Beuce immediately went to work, searching for the book he wanted. If he was going to be able to take on someone as ridiculous as Nequa, he wasn't going to be able to close a gap that big through hard work and dedication alone. Some things just can't be overcome with force of will. He needed something extra, something only a certain few things in all creation were capable of granting. "Maybe...But what section would it even be in?" He searched through the books, until finally in the section about magic, he found it. It was an incredibly dusty, ancient book. On the cover it seemed to be written in a different language, but luckily enough someone of this world had taken the liberty of translating this particular copy. Taking it over, he sat down next to the girl who had been looking in the same section as him, the one that stood on Glen earlier. He hadn't caught her name. She had a determined expression on her face, as though she were trying to force information out of the book by force of will. "So, what're you looking for? I'm Beuce, by the way." Well, so far he wasn't hitting on her. That was impressive for him, although if you placed a bet that he would by the end of their current conversation, you'd likely have made a wise investment. "What the hell?" He asked to no one in particular. "It's always gotta be riddles with these people...I hate riddles. Why can't they just say "This guardian is here, this is what it is, also here's a detailed description of how to beat it. have a freebie, on us." Sighing, He looked to the girl across from him. "You're not by any chance good with riddles are you?"
The Warden didn't pay much mind to what Maye said. He knew well enough that there were few in this world who could stand up to him. With outlaw at his side, there wasn't really much danger wherever they went. In fact, their reputation was strong enough that even a majority of the guards wouldn't fight against him, and as long as they didn't alert Mordecai's most elite guards, there was hardly any threat of even resistance. As long as they weren't stupid about it, they could send a message just fine. Outlaw was being his typical self around Maye, it was no wonder the woman disliked him. "Defeat doesn't sit well with me. My targets may as well dig their own graves, but if you manage to land yourself onto my personal **** list, you're already six feet under. Defeat only put you higher and higher on his priority list. Not to mention made him more driven to seek you out. It was almost childish the way he hated to lose and sought to get back at the person tenfold, but there wasn't a man alive stupid enough to say that to his face. "We leave now." As difficult a task it was to endure the pain of Cierra's heat, Orpheus bore through the pain. Eventually, it began to lessen. He could hear the girl moan as she slightly regained consciousness. When she was awake, her body temperature lowered. Blood trickled from his undead, slithered its way across the ground, and onto his hand, repairing the tissue. This was nowhere near enough to keep up with the rate it was damaged from her heat, but it was still better than nothing and eased the pain, if only slightly. "Cierra, you've got to remain conscious. The more you slip away, the closer you are to death. You have to hang on. Sven is on his way with a healer. You must focus on something. Speak with me. Tell me..." Orpheus thought for a moment, trying to come up with a subject quickly. "Tell me of your past. Why Was the warden after you? What did you do to become a target of his?" "Hark!" Jedediah called out as the cries for help echoed through the tunnel. He recognized the voice, it was Gwen, as well as Hunter! His allies and rivals in arms! (Well, he thought so at least) He couldn't let any harm befall her. Sprinting down the tunnel at full speed, he easily surpassed Emi and the others. For one, his running speed was above average by quite a bit, and most people would tire after a few seconds of running at their absolute limit. Due to his god given power, he was unrestrained by such earthly limits, if only for a short time. It wasn't long before he could see them up ahead. The spirits were assaulting them, and they clumsily fought back, unable to do anything against the spirits. "As god's chosen savior, the champion of humanity, In the name of the holy spirit, i command you to cease!" He screamed at the spirits as he slid between Gwen and the spirits, deflecting them with his shield entitled Avalon. "How fare you, my lady? I hope that you are unharmed." The green haired Paladin said, looking back at Gwen with a heroic smile. Shortly after, he looked over to see Feo, his sadistic smile in tact. "You scourge! How dare you hex and manipulate the spirits of the dead into harming my comrades! There's only one creature alive that could possess such a foul and wicked power..." Jedediah began, his tone filling with spite. He shot Gwen a glance, indicating for her to stay where she was. He charged at Feo, skillfully evading contact with any such spirit due to his reflexive abilities. As he approached, the force he'd built up was enough such that he was able to, and ran along the wall for a brief moment before kicking off and forming into a spinning kick at Feo's face. "Perish, foul Demon!" Be it that conclusion as to his identity was correct, Jedediah's reasoning and assumptions as to how he came to it were a far cry from the truth. Beuce casually strolled along, when in the corner of his eye he saw possibly the most dangerous thing ever encountered. A thick green wall of grass, a bush. Immediately, he backed away from it, hiding behind a nearby rock. He'd heard the legends about these...supposedly, there wasn't one in existence that didn't contain that man...Garen, the might of demacia. He hid in the fog of war these things produced, and as soon as an unsuspecting bystander walked by, the guy leaps out with his greatsword, spun at you, and then out of ****ing nowhere this gigantic sword falls out of the sky and kills you! True story! Well, not this time. This time, he'd be the one to get the jump. He pulled down the mask which covered his mouth, and from his throat, a jet of flames spurted out and engulfed the bush in flames. It didn't take long for the plant to completely burn to ashes. Seeing no body, Beuce assumed that his flames had killed the man and his sheer awesome had completely crushed the remains into nothingness. Behind it was sure enough, the exit to the tunnel! "Called it."
In a Shao Khan tone, Beuce screams from the stands "DESTROY HER! FINISH HER! MAKE HER RUE THE DAY SHE THOUGHT SHE COULD COMPETE WITH THE APPRENTICE OF BEUCE!"
