"THESE CLAWS AIN'T FOR JUST ATTRACTING MATES!" Beuce screamed as he was engaging in fisticuffs with a broom. Ducking under a swift bucket swing, a hard left hook snapped it in half. That was one more down, or up rather. The broom just regenerated back into another. This was getting really old. I mean, he had been fighting them off screen for a while but since it was off screen it didn't actually add to the count. Re-summoning his keyblade, he tossed a strike raid at one of them, slicing it in half before the keyblade rebounded and came hurling back to its owner. He would have caught it, but there was one reason he didn't. That being, the arm he tried to catch it with was lying in the library of central haven. So, he forgot that there wasn't any arm, and it flew straight past him. Welp. That happened. Even worse, it flew headlong into Karina. Bonking her on the back of the head, the keyblade splashed into the water. When she looked over, he stood there, him and a broom staring at her. "Uh...Broom! How dare you disarm me and throw my keyblade at Karina! I shall vanquish the for such a horrid act of evil! En garde!" He called, summoning his keyblade to him once more. Taking up a fencing stance, he slashed away at the broom before him. As expected, it simply regrew into more of them. Also Beuce killed the other brooms for the post because yeah, writing. What a drag. That was when he noticed a horrible sight. Glen was being drowned by Karina, and Kaida was helping! He knew what he had to do. Flipping back over the desk which Karina had flipped in a rage earlier on, he started using it as a raft in the water. After climbing on it, he took out a coconut filled with a fruity drink and began sipping it. This was going to be interesting. Time to see if Glen has the ability to survive among like...four people trying to murder him via drowning him. He could help him, but he decided not to. If Glen asked about it, he could always just pull the "I'm crippled now" card. Then if he kept up about him not doing anything, then he'd be an insensitive ******.
"Whew, thank ya hon." The white haired female said, thanking Silvia for healing her. Honestly, she had no idea what the hell had just happened. They were just attacking lasers and rocks were falling on them, then raising back up to fall on them again. Like, seriously, what was that about? They kept beating them back, but like rats they just kept popping up elsewhere with more of them. Although, bright side, now they knew they could attack Ezekiel and it would work. Not entirely sure why, but it works. Just then, she heard a voice commenting about their ability to hit lasers. "Right?! like what even. I'm no expert on arcane magic 'n shit but i don't think we should be able to do that. And what was with the rocks? They were FLOATING UP INTO THE AIR AND DROPPING ON US AGAIN! What the actual fuck?!" Beucette sighed, finishing her angry rant about how nonsensical what had just transpired was. "Anyways, guessin' yer the miniboss o' this here group? God, why are you such a pussy compared to that other guy? Vlad 'er somethin'? Actually i think he's just op as fuck....Oh. Rienzel's character. Well, don't that explain a lot..." Shaking her head at her RPers habit of making characters who were stupidly villain sue, she went to battle. Hefting up her enormous greatsword which was easily bigger than she was with unexplainable ease, she lunged at Alastor. Given the massive size of her weapon, the speed she went at was shocking to say the least. Beucette used Quick Blitz on Alastor!
Ra used thunder on Orpheus because why would you ever use fire?

The arcane being resided in the fortress of Magus Ascension. Surrounding him were the four individuals who, outside of himself, made up a majority of the power of the guild. Ezekiel was in his locus of power state. Blue streams of energy flowed upward from the ground furiously into his form as the stone pieces floated around him in a sphere. His true arcane form was more clearly visible to any who looked upon him. One after another, blasts of arcane energy were fired in the direction of the opposing guild. So far, they'd managed to fend off what he'd sent at them to some extent, but that wouldn't last. It was only a matter of time before their guild hall fell, and with it, them. He looked down upon the members of Sapphire Eclipse. While about half of them were defending their guild hall, the other half was foolish enough to try to challenge them directly. Among the forces attacking was a golden haired individual wearing brilliantly shimmering armor. Ordinarily, this would be accompanied by a full helmet, covering his face, but he'd left it in the guild hall. The four others he traveled with, along with Ra himself, were utterly destroying any opposition they came across. Perhaps Ra's strength had grown since last they met. However, it wouldn't be nearly enough. It was time he sent out the guild members who acted as his trump cards when there was a large scale battle happening. "Orpheus, Thea, Yana, Alastor. You four, save for myself, are the strongest members among the ranks of Magus Ascension. It is time you showed them the power held by our guild. I trust you will not disappoint me." Ezekiel said to the four. If they were to be deployed directly, then he was serious about destroying these people. It was his will that they died, and these four were the envoys of that will. "Yana, I believe you have business to settle with some of the defenders of the guild. The young man who delivered our message, and his lover. Do as you will with them. Alastor, you are to engage the others who are protecting the guild from being destroyed. They cannot possibly handle both my power and yours simultaneously. They will fall soon enough." The remaining two elites were to be defending their own guild. The attackers had split off into two groups. While one seemed to be struggling decently well, the other faced little to no difficulty. Their spells brought ruin to all who came against them. Had circumstances been different, he may have considered allowing them to join his guild. "Thea. Prove that you will follow me loyally. You are to dispose of the second group who dare attack us. Do this, and you will be rewarded greatly." With Thea given her orders, that left only one elite, and one position he could be given. "Orpheus. I entrust you with the task of bringing my brother before me. Kill his allies, make them undead, and force them to mutilate the survivors, but Ra must be brought to me. He will watch as his guild dies, knowing he brought our wrath upon them, and then join them himself. " The ascendant ordered. Orpheus smiled grimly from beneath his hood. His eyes were obscured, but from what could be seen, they were full of bloodlust (lol). "You each know your tasks. Go forth and teach them the folly that is opposing us." The necromancer known as Orpheus had been sending out hordes of undead to assault the enemies this entire time, but now it seemed that their master wished for them to go out and battle them directly. Very well. So he commanded it, so it shall be. They would do their part in the battle and go forth to destroy the enemies of Magus Ascension. Orpheus raised a single hand high into the air and uttered a foul sounding incantation. "Despair!" He called out the name of the creature he summoned. Green energy spiraled around him from his orb and black arcs of lightning shot into the ground. Cloaked in shadows, an unholy abomination rose from where his power had touched. A skeletal steed, draped in cloth as black as night itself. It obediently stood by its master, awaiting orders. It was still and silent as the grave. There was no breath from it. It gave no false illusion that it was alive. It was dead, given strength to move once more by the dark magics of the necromancer. Mounting Despair, Orpheus was prepared to leave and meet Ra's cohort in combat. He looked once more at the other three of the elite four. "Best of luck to you all. Should you not return, i'll be sure to put your bodies to good use. You'll make exceptional champions in my ranks." With a sick laugh, one could hardly tell if Orpheus was joking or serious. Perhaps a bit of both. The rather frightening individual waved a hand once more. The shadows collected into black doorways. Shortcuts in space through the darkness. Four doorways stood in a row, each ready to take one of the generals to their destination. "One last gift to the three of you, to help ensure no harm comes to you. While you'd make splendid undead, you're a tad more useful while living." Around each of them, undead rose from the shadows at their feet. Each of them had six. Three familiars, Two Minions, and a Champion. "Farewell." With that final parting gift to aid them in their battle, Orpheus' steed galloped through the shadowy doorway at his command. Emerging on the other side of the corridor, he looked down upon team king from a rooftop. It seemed they were making short work of the undead he had sent against them. Good. Perhaps they would like more of a challenge. He overheard one of them complaining about not even getting the opportunity to fight due to his teammates' strength. "A stronger foe is what you want, is it? I'll consider it your last request." Orpheus strode down, commanding Despair to leap from the building. It landed without much difficulty in front of them. He received an angry glare from Ra, who seemed displeased with one of the four elites showing themselves. He likely wasn't about to underestimate him as one of the mages they'd been fighting. Ra was on his guard. "Who are you?!" Ra asked, readying his staff and charging it with magical power. Orpheus laughed at the question. "Who indeed. I am the man who tears the veil. I am one with the grim reaper. Both death's defiant and its bringer. My name is Orpheus. I am one of Ezekiel's four elite mages. Now then, I believe we both know why I'm here. " With that, Orpheus summoned several undead around him of different varieties, ready to fight for him. "Allow me to guide you to the afterlife." Also Beucette attacked the laser so yeah.
Ra used thunder, joining in the rain of lightning upon the heathens who thought they could challenge team king. Beucette was all "bitch please" and cleaved a laser in half.

So, it seemed that brooms were the cause of all the water in the tower. Mickey, trying to practice his magic, put on Yen Sid's hat and animated a broom to do his work for him, but it did it a little too well. Now, they needed to destroy the broom to stop it. Mickey took an axe to the thing, but apparently its passive was one of those where it didn't die when it died. Go figure. Now, they had to defeat the brooms themselves with their awesome protagonist powers, and it would probably go down. Maybe ignite it or something to keep it from healing. Willing his keyblade to him, a glimmer of light appeared just to the right of Beuce, followed by a metallic clank. "...Right...forgot about that..." Beuce said, looking down at the weapon as it lay on the floor with no hand there to grab it. "Lets try that again." This time, he willed it into his left hand. Vanishing from the floor, the keyblade appeared once again in Beuce's grasp. Now that he had his weapon out, it was time to mop the floor with these brooms because cleaning puns and stuff. Yeah! Let's go! Stabbing his keyblade into the ground, the wielder began to glow with a brilliant white light. Taking a deep breath, he willed his magic to the surface. As far as he knew, he was the first of the group to actually use this skill. "Faith!" As he spoke the name of the spell, a column of light erupted from the ceiling and effortlessly tore to pieces one of the brooms. Next, another broom was decimated by the rain of light, then another, and finally a fourth broom met its end by the hands of the beam of light. So, he lasered four of the brooms to death, which would have been totally badass had they not just reformed with more of them than there were before. That sucked. In any case, four brooms joined the ever growing ranks of the sweeping army which apparently also decided to go and carry water. "Dude, if these things were given an order like 'hey, broom, go punch Nequa.' that'd be awesome. It'd be like Kel that didn't run out of phoenix downs. I mean, they probably would have about as much chance against her given these things likely didn't have much damage, but they could probably zerg rush...er, broom rush her." Anyway, there were now twenty brooms in total. Maybe if they attacked them enough they would die. Great strategy. Couldn't possibly backfire. Flourishing his keyblade, he cut down another of the brooms. Maybe if they destroyed the pieces before they regrew, it'd stop them. Worth a shot. He shot an orb of fire at one and slashed the other in two. Well, that didn't work at all. The pieces the broke into just reformed once again. "This is going nowhere fast." He didn't know why they didn't just tie them up or something. That would be far too intelligent.
Ra for group 1
For Ra, buying and Equipping 3 magic armlets. Leaving him with 35 Jewels and giving him an extra 6 magic and 3 mp Ra will also be storming the guild hall. For Beucette, Buying and equipping a titan chain. Leaving her with 0 munny, and giving her an extra 4 strength and 3 speed. Beucette will also be defending.
The S-class members had sprung into action, while the rest of the guild was protected by its master. They all went to attack Ezekiel. Yet none of the four mages standing behind him moved to help him. They simply stood there, watching the situation with varied expressions. They simply let Ezekiel handle it. Each of the S-class members approached him with a different method of attack. Requip, Dragon Slayer, Take-Over, and Earth Magic it seemed were what he was up against. "Ascension, Locus of Power." The stone pieces which gave him a relatively human shape blew away from him as the words were spoken. They now orbited the arcane being in a large sphere around him, revealing his true arcane form more clearly. It was less humanoid now, and lacking any sort of face. Instead it was merely the vague shape of a human. "You may stare...But your mind may collapse!" The ground beneath him within the sphere created by the stones cracked and broke apart. Bright blue energy spewed forth from the partings of the ground and collected into Ezekiel. "Mage Chains." Spectral chains of energy wrapped around Mikasa, however they did not restrict her movement. "Shocking orb." An orb of what seemed to be electricity emerged from his "palm" and flew toward Caliborn, breaking through his wind and striking him. On contact, it exploded and sent electricity spiraling throughout his nervous system, temporarily disabling his motor functions. Next came Cassandra. "Eye of destruction." Magical power gathered overhead and delayed for a moment before condensing into a column and creating a large explosion on the ground, blowing the purple haired woman back. Finally was Edric. He'd been the last to arrive, and the last to fall. A beam of energy, not unlike the one he'd tried to kill Leviathan with charged in his hand. Only this time, it was empowered by his locus of power. Charging it further, it grew in size and power. "Arcanopulse!" Ezekiel yelled. Right as Edric was about to make contact with him, he loosed the beam. This time, it collided head on with Edric's chest. The man went flying back, slamming into the barrier that protected the rest of the guild. With Edric down, it was time to finish the fight. Ezekiel loosed his final attack on the wizards. "Rite of the Arcane!" At the wizards, Ezekiel fired three shots which traveled at breakneck speeds toward them. They were small, but the amount of energy condensed into those shots was unfathomable. The first two collided with Cassandra and Caliborn, while the third headed for the demon, Mikasa. Mikasa, who had previously been dealt no apparent harm, suffered the worst of this particular attack. As the energy made contact with the translucent chains around her, both of them ignited into a spiral of power around her. Ending his barrage of spells, the stone pieces collected once more around the monstrosity. Ra could only watch, helpless behind the protection of Evanora's barrier as Ezekiel defeated all four of the S-class wizards which challenged him. His brother's power had grown unimaginably since last they met. He wasn't even sure the magic council would be able to stop him at this point. Their only hope would be to defeat him with the help of Evanora. However, he wasn't the only one they had to worry about. Those four behind him...There was no doubt they were powerful forces, else he wouldn't keep them in his presence. "Hoooohee girl you shoulda been a tank. You got a knack for pissin' off baddies. You'd draw the aggro somethin' fierce." Beucette said in a friendly tone, putting her arm around Scarlett in a playful manner. Apparently she'd forgotten that she hated her five minutes ago. "Well, that there's an ass whoopin' if i ever saw one." She commented in regards to the battle against Ezekiel. "The courage of your comrades has presented me with a thought. I will give you a choice. I will leave this guild hall, and destroy it from a distance. That much is assured. However, the delay will give you all a chance to escape. I will allow you to flee, and live on as witnesses to the events of today, but you must leave these four here. Should you choose otherwise...You are welcome to attempt to face me. Should you make it through my generals, you will have earned the right to challenge me for the right to live. The choice is simple. Flee and live on, or stand and fight, and die by my hand." With that, Ezekiel exited the guild hall and proceeded down the street until a veiw of the horizon came into sight. In the distance, a horrific abomination could be seen rising from the ocean Ezekiel created with his ability to **** that area in particular. A writhin mass of bones and sinew carried atop it an enormous fortress. The guild hall of Magus Ascension. "Master, what are your orders?" Asked one of the four mages who accompanied him. He had a hood up, so his face was hard to see, but his skin was completely grey, and he carried an orb with him. "Send the weakest guild members at them first. They will make certain of their choice, and die along with the guild hall. After that, Orpheus, you can salvage their ashes and transform them into wisps."
It was fairly possible that had Leviathan not walked into the room at that very instant, Ra would have been reduced to ashes. However, the nonchalant way he brushed past Ezekiel was not something many would be able to pull off. The man had courage, there was no question about that. Courage, or unimaginable stupidity. Which it was would never be known. However, he'd succeeded in turning Ezekiel's wrath away from Ra for the time being. The arcane being stared at him, unable to comprehend the insolence displayed by the new entry. "You would command me? I would ask your name, but you won't live long enough to be remembered." With that, it seemed Ezekiel had decided to end him then and there. Raising a blue hand, crackling with power. Ra's swift action saved Leviathan's life in turn for saving his. A moment before the energy was released, Ra swung his staff, hitting against the stone plate on his arm which contained his form from destroying everything in the area. It only knocked it off course slightly, but it was enough to miss Leviathan. A beam of power emerged from Ezekiel, obliterating everything in its path. Tables were ripped asunder, the floor beneath it was scorched black, and the wall it hit was completely reduced to ashes. The shock wave of the blast may well have blown its target off his feet, but he would live. However, Ra had succeeded in reclaiming the position of his target. "Your bravery is admirable, but has earned you your death. There will be nothing left to bury."
Ra was somewhat surprised when Caleb grabbed the front of his armor. Evanora had said that he came to deliver a message. Right from the moment he'd heard the message had to do with him specifically, he had a fear of what it was. With each word that came out of the boy's mouth, the realization of the fear only grew higher and higher. A man who was no longer mortal, but had become magic itself...There was only one person that could be describing. He knew who it was, but the mention of his name sent Ra into a cold sweat. His breath grew heavy. "Ezekiel..." He repeated. "He is a madman. So obsessed with power that all reason is lost upon him. He sought to obtain power beyond reckoning, and succeeded long ago. Once, he was my brother. Now, there is nothing left of the man i knew. If he truly does seek to wage war with us..." He turned to the S-class wizards, looking between each of them. Finally, his gaze rested on Evanora. "He has set his sights on this guild. If i thought leaving would grant you safety, i wouldn't hesitate. However, there is no reasoning with this man. His mind is clouded. He is drunk with the power he has attained. You've claimed Sapphire Eclipse to be the strongest guild. For everyone's sake, i hope you meant it." Ra finished. No sooner had he finished speaking, an inhuman voice echoed through the guild hall. It was deep and layered. Looking at the source of it, Ra's heart burned with rage. "I see the scars i left on your mind have not faded, my brother. Good. I expected nothing less from one of my witnesses." The figure which stood in the doorway was far from human. Unimaginable amounts of arcane energy compressed itself into a humanoid figure. The amount of power that composed this man's very being was awe inspiring. Behind him stood four mages, who stood silent. Thus far, they'd said nothing. Only Ezekiel was speaking. The sound of metal clanging against stone reverberated throughout the room as Ra tore off his helmet, meeting the eyes of this new arrival. "You are no brother of mine, betrayer!" Ra's deep red eyes were filled with the fires of hate as he glared at Ezekiel. He marched up to him, and met his gaze head on. There was silence between the two for a moment as Ra stood unflinching in the face of Ezekiel. "It would seem i was mistaken. Your memory is not as accurate as i had believed. It is not I who is the betrayer, but you." "You turned your back on me! You sacrificed your pride, your humanity, your family, everything! When i refused to follow in your footsteps, you threw me away along with it." "Have you forgotten why i did it as well? You shared the same dream as I. To become the strongest in the world. I have achieved this, but you let fear stop you. You abandoned the path halfway through the journey, and are lost without a reason." "No, Ezekiel...The road split at that moment. You took the shortsighted path to the destination, which will only bring you ruin. I have walked the other path. When i arrive, you will find yourself surpassed by the one you thought to have left behind." "It would take only a spark of my magic to end you." Ezekiel spoke as though it should be obvious, yet the man in front of him was not able to comprehend it. Should no one intervene, it was likely he would attack Ra right then and there, before moving onto the rest of the guild.
Terra.
I'd like to swap out Quick blitz for Aero
Ra was engaged in combat with the spirits when suddenly his vision began to blur. It was filled with a white light. "What...?" Ra asked rhetorically. After a few moments, he found himself standing in the center of the guild hall. Before him stood a drained looking Evanora. He didn't know exactly what had had happened, but he could infer that they'd been summoned back to the guild for some reason. Given her drained state, it must have been important. "Why have we been summoned?" Ra looked down at the unconscious boy on the floor. Leading up to him was a trail of blood, tracking back to the entrance. "...What has happened? Who is this boy?"
