you have a good boyfriend. As Catch the Rain said, try chewing on gum and keeping your hands busy. My mom sucks on dum-dum pops on planes to keep her mouth at bay, and knitting or crocheting is a good way to keep hands busy. If you want I could make a vid of some easy finger-knitting and crocheting (it's so easy a caveman could do it) to help ;3
I used to be Sasumi, another Kentuckian. Hon, nobody is perfect (god I hope I don't sound like f*cking miley cyrus) but we all have to do the best we can. It's not easy, I know. I walk the path of a doubtingly stable person (mentally). You have to try. Little things. try smoking half cigs instead of whole ones, find some new friends in addition to your current ones to help you pull away slowly. Any little piece is better than letting your life go down the drain.
