I didn't notice ._.
THIS IS STILL GOING ON SERIOUSLY Goku fanboys....just stop. You're embarrassing us fans of DBZ. He cannot beat Superman. Get over yourselves.
...I'm just gonna let it go and let someone else do this.
The "Man of Steel" thing is purely a nickname. He's obviously a hell of a lot stronger than that. Exactly how are Doomsday and Darkseid weaker than Perfect Cell and Majin Buu? Not pointing to you directly, just anyone who wanted to say "POWER POLE LOL" or something stupid like that.
Oh boy. For one, not sure honestly if it'd be more fair or not, since Vegetto is a lot stronger than Gogeta and without a time limit...not being brought up anyway. Get over the Black Hole thing. Seriously. That was just one example of a list of amazing things Goku wouldn't be able to do. And Goku's died to Piccolo's Special Beam Cannon and Perfect Cell's explosion, both of which are a lot weaker than Darkseid. How do you train to survive the vacuum of space? Holding your breath longer? The fact you brought up the Fusion Dance between Goku and Vegeta states you don't understand canon. Goku and Vegeta cannot successfully perform the Metamoran Fusion Dance, because Goku is too much taller than Vegeta (Trunks and Goten, on the other hand, are like, an inch different maybe) Spirit Bomb doesn't work against Superman, no matter how big. Superman isn't evil. Not sure how this theory proves Goku stronger than Superman honestly. Maybe I'm just reading it wrong and overthinking. Destructo Disk probably wouldn't pierce Superman's skin-tight aura, but I won't argue about that one because I'm not sure.
I wish. That was one of my favorite battles ;.;
Actually, parts of the anime, and all of the movies (except for "The History of Trunks" for the most part, and maybe Bardock: Father of Goku), are not canon, and I'm wondering if the reference to Broly happened in the translated dubs only rather than the original Japanese. The manga alone is the canon for DBZ, as the anime features dozens of useless fillers, as well as some incorrect ones, like Vegeta destroying a planet, Vegetto (or "Vegito" if you like the weird spelling) fighting Buu in Base Form before going Super Saiyan, and just about anything else that wasn't in the manga. But this is pointless if they bring GT into the fight at all, because that entire series is not canon.
What exactly doesn't make sense? And Superman could do the same...though he obviously has never needed to, being a defender more than a destroyer (like Goku)
Don't ask me, I didn't write it, but you're kinda overstating one thing over the other stuff. And exactly why is there no way for Superman to kill Goku? And why wouldn't he be able to bat away a Ki blast? I get that some of you guys are Goku fanboys, but seriously, this is getting ridiculous. I like Goku more myself, but Superman is just the superior fighter.
Gogeta isn't Goku though. Completely different fight and level of power. Goku was moving faster than a speeding bullet in the video too, just like Superman... Superman doesn't have to do more than simply punch the planet's core, and in some versions, he can sneeze and destroy a planet...if not a whole damn galaxy. He's literally "Overpowered Man." Yeah, he's between those two crashing planets. Here's just a few things Superman has gone through. Also, if anyone brings up magic again, know this: Superman is not weak against magic, he simply is not invulnerable to it, meaning that the Power Pole exerts the same amount of force on him as it does to any other DBZ character.
New Pokemon game coming out. Draw some Pokemon ideas.
Not confirmed officially yet, but here's some (probably true) info on the Legendaries: -Xerneas is based on Shishigami (forest spirit like this thing in Princess Mononoke) and possibly Boreas, the Greek God of North Wind [Grass/Fighting?] -Yveltal is based on Yatagarasu (three-legged crow that represents the sun), and possibly represents South, if Xerneas represents North [Dark/Flying?] -"Z"-named Legendary has something to do with rivers...serpentine, in all probability, to represent the letter "Z", possibly based off of the shachihoko Also, I found some speculation on various forums (ok one) that Chespin's line is military themed (love this), And here's a neat fan-made theory of the final forms for the starters. I really like all of them: Spoiler
And there's this
Movie =/= Canon And he does that in the video...did you guys even watch the video?
Apparently you do need to watch the video, along with watching quite a few Superman movies, and reading a lot of Superman comics. When you're making a joke post, make sure you make it look like a joke, cause I couldn't tell :[
Why would that work so well against Optimus Prime though? He's around 4 metric tons of metal, not some spirit thing. And the death spell probably wouldn't work against Optimus either, though I'm not sure how well it works against non-organic beings. Still, one blast from Optimus's cannons, or a knick from his weaponry, no more Potter.
I'm not sure if you guys should spoiler tag your posts or not...maybe just stick a warning to people not to read past the first post until they watch the video. Anyway, Spoiler I kinda figured Super would win it, when they talked about the surviving multiple Supernovas and such. Sure Goku is freaking strong, but he's nowhere near as durable as Superman. First, he died when Cell self-destructed (something Superman no doubt would survive), and later on, he wouldn't be able to stand a chance against Super Buu (having now absorbed Gohan, Piccolo, and Gotenks) if he didn't fuse with Vegeta into Vegetto. But guys, don't get so butthurt if you were rooting for Goku...it's just a fictional battle, and not even the only one for these two.
