Having watched some full playthroughs of Arrival, it's a much creepier, well-done game than the original in every aspect. The biggest downside to it is how it's just so short, like the last two levels should have come a lot later, with more build up to them. I definitely look forward to more games from Parsec, cause of how well done Arrival is.
Pro-Tip: if you buy Fable III, immediately return it for a better game, followed by praying for forgiveness from whichever deity/celebrity/telephone box you worship.
And just when it seemed like the mainstream survival horror genre was circling the drain. I can't wait for gameplay footage.
Super Buu, easily. He's absorbed Gohan at his full potential, Gotenks in SSJ3 (though that obviously only lasts so long), and Piccolo (still a nice addition even if nowhere near the other two), along with his own strength. Kid Buu's only got his own strength as far as I remember. Of course, fighting a crazy opponent is a lot harder than fighting a (marginally) sane one, so Kid Buu is a larger danger only because he has no restraint. Had Super Buu also had no restraint...well, let's just say that Vegetto would have to actually try fighting him then (makes me wonder if he could beat Super Buu then...)
I tried playing DOTA 2, and I'm somewhat of a common League player. I seriously don't know why I sucked so badly at this game.
Haven't started.
?
Pretty much. If they're going to go ahead and do this to you on such (seemingly) meager reasoning, they're not worth your time and effort. Sorry, but you shouldn't have to deal with this kind of stuff from people you call "friends." I've seen it happen too often to some of my own friends, who got out of groups that didn't really value them.
Thanks...
Realized how dumb my post was. Sorry.
Think it's needless to say, mature content.
Oh, see that's the problem of not being able to read
(this took so long why the hell did I do this I bet millions of other people already did this ._.)
Mind if I nominate Vivi? (Crimson Azoth)
Exactly how I feel. Again, I love the game, but I have to agree with some newly arising critiques about it having ho-hum shooter mechanics (many fights literally felt like retreads of previous ones) and underplayed elements, like Elizabeth's Tears (outside of plot points.) If only we got to see what would happen if Booker rowed...
As I suspect to be how the story works out... I really love the game and all, but I wish it went into a lot more depth on some things, rather than expecting the audience to get it. Vigors aren't explained at all other than Fink taking the idea from Rapture's Plasmids (Exactly how are they made? What is Salt? Don't they need the sea slugs from the first game? Why don't more people than Booker and the Firemen use them?)
First, here's a little cushion to keep people from being spoiled by previewing this post. And I didn't bother spoiler-tagging because it'd be annoying to try quoting. So, I generally understand the whole story and ending of the game pretty well, but there was one part that kinda confuses me about the plot: Booker, if he accepts his baptism after Wounded Knee, becomes Zachary Hale Comstock, who helps fund Rosalind Lutece's research into Tears, rips in time and space, since she was trying to reach her male version, Robert, and Comstock sees Columbia, which he later founds. However, Comstock becomes delusional and sterile due to exposure to the Tears. So, in order to have a child, he has such a Tear into the universe of Booker if he hadn't accepted the baptism, and has Robert Lutece take Anna away, absolving that Booker of his sins and paying his financial debts. So later in the game, the Booker we play as ends up killing Comstock after finding Elizabeth, and that Comstock makes no struggle for his life...but I'm wondering exactly why Comstock would allow himself to be killed? Is it because he doesn't know about the 1980's Elizabeth giving the 1912 Elizabeth the coded note, which would keep her and Booker from stopping Songbird and destroying the Siphon?
Have to agree. Batman's my favorite superhero (well, tied with Iron Man), but he's been getting way too many big releases I think. I still am looking forward to Arkham Origins though, and I totally called it that the next title would be a prequel, because of...what occurs in Arkham City. And I hope that besides Deathstroke, we'll get some battles with Hush, Calendar Man, and maybe Man-Bat?
Oi~ Impersonations? Scariest game you've ever played? Scariest movie you've ever watched? What Pokemon would I be? Pick a Vigor Favorite & least favorite movies with Nicholas Cage?
It's to make up for the fact that everything else you have to buy for the iPhone is stupid overpriced.
