So I'm an Orthodox Christian, and if I were to be paired up with say, a Jewish girl, then there'd probably be problems between the parents (hers and mine) and I'd have to let her go. If not, then I'm not very big on religion anyway, so who knows? Maybe she'll be driven away by the other stuff.
