"I'm over 3 centuries old. I'll be 400 in the next few decades I think..." Yuka pondered.
Chiyon gave Jendra a death glare. "Do you want to be a pile of dust?" she asked darkly hold her sword up.
"None of the young vampires these days have any respect." Yuka said, she cringed at the fact that it made her sound old.

She briskly ran to the backyard. As she walked into view of the backyard she saw Rik standing there. "What the hell are you doing here?" she muttered, know that he would hear her.

that part was pretty creepy to me too. I hated the temple in the desert, it creep me out big time.
