Don't take this film as "just some film trying to advertise a product." Sure, that's no doubt why it was able to be produced, but give it a chance based on the style of humor, the excellent animation, and the plot that can be relevant to just about anyone, not just a child or an adult.
I'm experiencing a train wreck. And I cannot look away.
Dude, take it from me: the trailers did nothing for me, either. It might help to know, however, that the directors co-directed 21 Jump Street (2012) and Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, and the writers co-wrote Hotel Transylvania. And uh....I liked it...so there's that.
lol listening to the radio
Keeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen
I like how the film has a more poignant and relatable and well-displayed central theme than every other film in the Box Office Top 10 Box, except for maybe Frozen.
Uh...that's Ellen... (not sure if joke)
I sound like Spike Spiegel and look like Vincent Valentine.
It's computer generated, but specifically in a way that appears to be stop-motion, and just about everything you see is modeled after some actual Lego piece, from the water to the smoke to the lasers.
More like my friends who don't use said program and having to find people I want to play with who do use that program.
But Origin :\
Thank you. I'm honestly getting sick (lol I'm actually a little sick) of all the cynicism.
Have some more.
I'm gonna guess we can't try this too anymore.
I really don't think that the friend zone is as terrible a concept as you guys make it out to be. And I'm saying this as someone who does NOT support people using the term often. I have experienced moments where the friend zone is the most accurate term for what happened between myself and the friend I was falling for. I didn't expect her to come back to me after I fell into my rut, nor did I really want that after what occurred, but I did feel like she had led me on: we were going on (what were essentially) dates (just us two seeing movie and getting dinner and hanging out at a park.) If my own experience doesn't count as friend zone, I don't know what more would have to have happened to qualify as that. All that being said, I do believe that the friend zone exists, for men and women both, but the stories I've heard of being friend zoned? It rarely matches in my opinion.
There are moments where people are legitimately friend zoned. However, such instances are the exception rather than the rule. Thing is, most heartbroken people (be they male or female; it isn't exclusive to guys) will construe any moment spent with the person they were pursuing a romance with, as having been something conveying romantic interest from both parties. The person in the "friend zone" has his/her judgement clouded by an often overemotional response.
Hey man, you said it.
Please stop trying to play the White Knight, it never works in your favor man.
