For years I bottled it up. I'm not the type of person that shared her feelings with others so I kept it in till it all came out in tears, usually when I went to bed. Now-a-days, if something happens, I'll go out for a long walk in the park to clear my head. Or if it's something that's made me really angry I'll run. And I'll run hard. xD I suppose I should talk about it to someone but I don't like showing anger or any aggressive behaviour. I do find exercising to be a good way to vent anger, probably cause you're tiring the body out and you're releasing endorphins.
