wow it looks good. simplicity can go a lot further than having a whole heap of effects sometimes and this is one of those times XD its really nice, i cant think of anything to critique here.
i'll try, dont expect it anytime soon though.
wow, it's pretty nice only thing i can think that could change just a tiny bit is that the red text is a bit hard on the eyes, if you made it just a little bit darker the tag would be prefect.
i find that photoshop elements is not always good to use. I use CS2. anyways to the sig. overall it is good but the outline of the text is way too thick and it detracts from the tag, maybe if you lowered the pixel size of the outline of the text it would improve a bit more. 7/10

making a tag is not always about putting a whole heap of effects around the stock or in the background. simplicity can be as good in a sig as anything else. i like it, although to make it look a bit better, you could try having white and a light grey colour and using the gradient bucket tool so that the background doesnt look so bland.
