I agree completely. Although, sometimes animals, usually racehorses, can get injured so badly that they can't expect to be healed. So they live the rest of their life in pain. At that point, it would be a kind act by the owner to put them down. I don't know much on Barbaro's case, but wasn't everyone sad when he was put down? Including the owner? There were probably other options, but maybe the owner cared so deeply that he didn't want Barbaro to continue like that. Look on the bright side, he's in a better place now. *shrugs* Otherwise, you're right. Animals deserve to be treated with the respect they deserve!
"It appears he's bonded with the cat-thing." Kiba stated.
"Yeah, she was looking for you. You'll have to ask that guy where she went." Kiba replied, pointing to Vecked, his eyes still closed. "Speaking of 'that guy'..." he muttered, opening his eyes to see Vecked approaching.
"Depends, is her name Maya?" Kiba asked, shutting his eyes.
"Hm?" Kiba muttered, not looking at whoever was talking to him.
Glad to see he has a soft spot for little girls... Kiba thought to himself, smiling.
"Well what do you know, he has a heart." Kiba chuckled, leaning on a wall and watching Vecked.
Vexneah found nothing in the room she was in, so she decided to travel deeper into the building.
"I have no need for a book." Kiba replied flatly, turning to walk away.
"I have nothing." Kiba muttered sadly, without looking back.
"That's pointless." Kiba stated, walking off again.
Kiba growled, "What do you have to do?"
"Whatever 'game' you might have in mind, I'm sure I don't want to play it." Kiba said, glaring at him.
Kiba growled and trotted away.
"You can't tell me what I am..." Kiba continued.
Kiba blocked his path again, "You know nothing about me..."
Kiba jumped in front of Vecked and in the blink of an eye, he was a wolf. "You don't tell me what to do." he said, growling.
