I don't see why they couldn't have, say a minute or so, for prayer, and if folk wanted to they could pray and pray according to their beliefs. I can't understand why a Christian is leading a pray if the school isn't Christian. Though, I guess its done more so out of tradition than Religious beliefs? I don't know, we don't pray at sporting events here.
