I suggest that you lose the border, it doesnt look right with the sig and IMO i think this looks a bit unfinished. Try adding some pen toon lines and some smuding around the render itself and you may not think it but the render does look a bit blurry. Download some vector brushes and read some tutorials as well.

Veronica's shoulder's slumped in disappointment. She missed her brother so much and she was willing to do anything to see him again. "Oh okay..." she muttered. She slipped out of her chair and walked slowly to the door. She looked out and saw a helpless looking man leaning against the wall.
