The internet rules are that you only win if the opponent admits defeat or ceases to continue the fight. Try it in an Arizona summer ;>
Guys, remind me to never argue with anyone online.
I too can Photoshop.
You shall be summoned another time.
It doesn't change the fact that Riku did have depth for most of the series, and potentially could when the next game releases... I didn't mention Sora for obvious reasons.
Riku though.
Only the first meeting of Ryuuko and Senketsu was "creepy and rape-y," but like...how else would you have shown that he's a schoolgirl uniform that needs blood to power-up? No wait, there was Ragyo too, but the point of that was that she is exploitative to the max. Also I'll argue with anyone who doesn't think it's an awesome empowerment series.
Source.
My favorite kind of magic: Lesbomancy.
Just discovered this. Thanks. Innkeeps are impossible without hours of getting better cards.
I really wish the cooler bosses were just part of the campaign in some way. Here's to hoping that the DLC delivers more on the non-grindy stuff.
HOW DO YOU GET BETTER CARDS HOLY SHiT. Every innkeep and the guy in Vizima is wrecking my deck. I don't know who I can even duel, and I don't plan to talk to EVERY NPC. Halp.
Kazumi and Yoshimitsu will probably be my mains, at least whenever I do get the game. I've always enjoyed Tekken, but never owned a game ._.
...
Even though the game does feel easier than Dark Souls 1, it's not at all an easy game; you're still being made to learn the game's mechanics or suffer constant death, and it's still more important to play smart than to grind levels. I really prefer Bloodborne to the Souls games because of the much faster and aggressive combat (no blocking, lots more quick movements, guns, parrying, etc.) and the overall Victorian horror setting (that goes to certain tones as you progress which I love.) I'm pretty sure it's not canonically connected to the Souls game, but there are references: I only know of one so far since I haven't really looked much (and still haven't beaten Dark Souls 1) From what I can tell, it's a different universe.
Thought I'd make a thread for it here in case anyone wants to discuss spoilers or what-have-you. Anyway, this is my Game of the Year, unless Witcher 3 or Batman: Arkham Knight or Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain can manage to bring me more satisfaction. I absolutely love the combat, the lore, the atmosphere, the music, the visual aesthetic, etc. I've never finished a Souls game before (only maybe halfway through Dark Souls 1...) I even managed to get what's apparently the "true" ending. My only complaints are that the Chalice Dungeons don't at all interest me, and the ending is kind of disappointing in how it goes straight into New Game +. So yeah, anyone else finish it, or still going at it?
I GET IT GUYS I'LL GO SEE MAD MAX SOON Yay mentioning Final Fantasy VIII without negativity ._. Ugh why am I the only one hyped for Arkham Knight. (psssst Dead or Alive 5 is a damn good fighting game...just ignore the costumes you don't like. Hell, even the guys get skimpy if you want some equality. It's no worse than Soulcalibur now.)
Batman: Arkham Knight. No competition. I adore Asylum and City, and I'm really looking forward to a new story with even better combat and stealth. Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition is next for me, though obviously not as exciting since it's a remake.
Digital. Unfortunately, it's very rare to find physical deals for new releases, especially at such a big discount.
I caved guys I pre-ordered Batman Arkham Knight With the Season Pass Because It was $54 Instead of $90 I am a sinner
