haha! i love this thread :D

i do think that even though the calendar couldnt officially be shortened to just two days, we really should emphasize the fun ones like friday and saturday.

people do dwell on the "sad" days of the week like monday and tuesday, but if we think about the happy days more, the ones we dont like can go by faster. :D

also, a good way to make ugly weekdays go by faster is planning cool stuff on those days so they seem better. i always make sure i eat ice cream on my mondays so thats what i have to look forward to! XD

but really... if there was only friday and saturday that would be totally awesome! haha...

"Yeah," Luke concurred to Elizabeth's question. "Let's hear it so William can get his answers and not be so grumpy."

"How much longer till we get inside this city of yours and get some food?" Luke asked Caspian, his tone a little rude again.

"Don't you all get it?" Van Helsing said, ignoring Edward's emotion. "He won't send her home. He never planned to."

"Then you agree to stay?" Dracula scoffed. "I'm glad you've chosen the right decision."

"Sorry," Van Helsing muttered, his attention on his weapon. "It's just... I don't understand what was going through her head, you know?"

Dracula caught his balance, happy he'd gotten a rise out of Beatrice. "Good," he commented. "Try to escape... I'll be very impressed if you can."

"Isn't that the way all women work?" Van Helsing muttered, taking out his gun and unspinning the revolver to reload it.

Van Helsing sighed. "I only meant for her to keep her temper to solve problems instead of provoking them."

"I want to see your strength," Dracula whispered, reaching out and putting his hands on Beatrice's shoulders. "You're the one seeming weak right now. A punch? Come now... you can do better."

Van Helsing nodded at Hannah's words. "You'd best not anger your comrades, Hannah," he added aloud, jerking his head toward Anna. "We've learned with... with Beatrice that angering those on your side does not turn out well."

Dracula braced himself and found himself forced backward a step. "I'm impressed," he spoke. "Now... do you really think you can get past me and out of this castle?"

Van Helsing went through first, the chill of the mirror not bothering him. He put Edward down on the chair by the fireplace in the sitting room, happy to see the skin almost healed over his fixed bones.

Dracula smiled, his jaw cracking back into place. "Show me your real strength," he provoked. "Do it."
