It's just ridiculous that one piece of DLC costs as much or more than the TRILOGY cost me.
I really really want the DLC but EA never discounts any of it...
Finished Kyoukai no Kanata / Beyond the Boundary this morning. Pretty good anime. Absolutely amazing animation thanks to KyoAni, and I got pretty attached to Kuriyama Mirai and the rest of the cast. Some really confusing events that don't get explained in the end, not exactly intellectual in writing, and some arcs occur at lightning speed, but all in all very enjoyable. Now to wait for the sequel movie to come out on Blu-ray.
BTW, do you know how to keep the damn thing from spinning with the cord? I just want the mic to face one specific direction but it doesn't really...
All in all, what did you think of the finale and the ending? I personally still hate it. Felt completely out of left field and unfitting for a sci-fi adventure. Spoiler Especially didn't like how Shepard is treated like some God damn messiah figure. It felt like my (mostly) well-written narrative got handed to a 2deep4u high school writing student at the last moment.
started Wolfenstein: The New Order yesterday. It's a fantastic return-to-form of pre-Call of Duty FPS games. It doesn't always take itself seriously, nor is it completely silly, hitting an entertaining and engaging balance. Duel-wielding 20-shell shotguns and unloading them into armies of Nazi squads. Unexpectedly strong writing and voice-acting. I'm loving it.
Asylum has the best atmosphere, level design, and pacing. Still my favorite, just slightly over City. City has a few really interesting side-missions, and improved on the combat and movement a lot. Origins is the worst one, a clear display of WB Montreal not knowing how to be Rocksteady despite trying to do everything just like them. Knight has a terrible PC port currently, so I'm waiting until it gets fixed.
It's not just the ending; there's stuff throughout that I criticize the game for, a big one being how utterly dumb the idea of Kai Leng is given the game's world.
Three weeks since release and Batman: Arkham Knight is still playing like crap on PC...
I'm a little more convinced by Joker, but it's more so Leto's acting than the visual design. The trailer itself is just...I'm not even sure how I feel about it.
And this is the stuff that gives me the most anxiety about being on the road.
I'll be honest, the only parts of the movie I really liked were the very beginning seeing how Hell does work, and the fight with the more devil-ish Janemba, and like you said, the fusion itself was way too skim on actual fighting. Didn't care for the rest.
Wow, I know some people may not think so, but I consider 55 rather young these days... Rest in peace, Mr. Iwata.
I'd prefer not turning this into a debate thread.
My God I could never pay that much attention to any hobby I have.
Forgot to add this one to my post. Basically, why bother talk about how "nobody is talking"? Why not just start talking about something?
Spoiler: How about them "Inclusive Gender Options"?
She has read ("I think") 21 volumes, but says the anime "weirds her out" because of the difference in visuals. I've not really started on it to be honest. Saw bits of the first episode, but I gotta give it a focused watch.
Yeah, I looked up some authors who did die before finishing their series, and I'm thinking I mixed it up. Embarrassing since I told my girlfriend that the author died >.>
They add no substantial conversation, always end up with posts like:: And don't serve as much more than a reminder how much time the "active" people here spend on the forum
