It takes the Arm moveset from one form/Character and put it into another Form/Character
E.G.
How master form spins the keyblade you can change the moveset of Valor into the moveset of Master and make Valor spin keyblades just like master in the same stance
It is like Neo-moveset but it changes the stance of a character/form
