I guess I can understand it better when put that way. I even said myself I could see how Rosemon's burst mode transformation could be seen as such, but Lalamon's digivolution to Rosemon not so much. I don't view it as sexualization, but rather just part of the digivolution and showing what changes are happening like with the others. I guess what gets me is they'll show close-ups of changes happening in the male breast area or the male waist/groin area, such as a belt being put on--albeit, the groin isn't the focus, but still--but not the females'. Like, I understand the why as it's always been that way, but I personally feel it's unfair that males can walk around topless while females can't, and that's why I feel this way about the edits regarding Lalamon's double-warp digivolution. On the subject other, non-sexual, but ridiculous, edits, however, the very first episode of Digimon Data Squad had Agumon punch Marcus in the groin, and in the dub instead of showing Agumon's paw making contact, it shows a comical star whatchamacallit. I thought they were rice balls in both versions.
Part of it is that in Japan the show is aimed toward teenagers whereas in the US it's aimed at ages 11 and below, but still. People act like sexualizing something is the "OMG worst thing ever because sex is gross1111" Kids are going to see that stuff eventually; it's useless trying to keep them from it However, for this specifically, I fail to see the sexualiation, so my previous statement still applies.
