It seems you can only go back as far as three months, whereas before you could back to your very first IM with someone, unless I'm missing something. Is there still a way to see your entire IM history with someone or not?

    Thanks for the suggestions.

That would make for a lovely suggestion for the core of Chrome. I know in Firefox you can choose what you get when you open a new tab, and one of the options is a completely blank tab.

I've clicked X on the panels to remove the websites, though the panels are still there. How can I remove these panels completely when opening a new tab?

This is from February 1, 2015, but it still continues to send a strong message.

What an emotional video here. Personally, it didn't emotionally hit me too hard, but that's because it's not something I dealt with myself. Does that mean it makes it less sad or that I don't care? Of course not. My heart was full of compassion for them--or more specifically, Austin, the guy who had to deal with it, but it takes a lot to make me tear up in general. Ironically, seeing sad things like Riley in Girl Meets World being bullied or other things like the video below will make me tear up more than things that actually happen in my life.

Here is the video in question:

Just a warning that if you get emotional easily, you may want tissues nearby.

A lot of comments show nothing but support; however, there are unfortunately a lot hateful or mean comments. The guy's boyfriend was comforting him throughout the whole video--what an awesome boyfriend!--by basically rubbing his body all over (chest, thighs, etc.) and giving him small pecks on the cheek. Unfortunately, many people have gone and said that that was sexual and distracting from the main point of the video, and that they would feel the same if it were a straight couple, though I highly doubt that's the 100% truth for everyone. Typically speaking, yes, touching like that is usually--keyword: usually--sexual, regardless of the genders, but in a case like this, it's not. It's for comfort. The thing is, regardless of the genders and sexualities involved, touch in general is just a very common technique used to calm someone down who's going through a rough time. If comforting someone has to get physical in order to make some impact, then that's what has to happen.

Not for this video or couple in particular, but with any video or couple of similar nature, I suppose I could see an argument being made if the genitals and buttocks were being touched. But hey, even then it could necessarily not be sexual and be just for comfort. Anything is certainly possible these days.

I think this user's comment says it best:

So my computer has had two more unexpected shutdowns since I first reported it in this thread a while ago. One two or three days after the first one and one about less than an hour ago, where I couldn't even get the computer to come off sleep and had to do a hard reboot and delete the previous restoration data to resume Windows and restart Windows. Basically, the same as turning the computer off and on.

I've picked up on a pattern, though. It only happens when the computer is on sleep. For some reason, my new computer has never stayed on sleep; the monitor will, but if I put it on sleep or if it goes to sleep from idleness, the fan will stop spinning, but will later turn back on by itself. Anyway, from some research, others have had this problem and it's generally a pretty minor issue because, other than that, there are no other issues. It's actually even recommended that you disable the power saving options like sleep, which are just to save power in general, I believe. It's not really anything to do with the computer itself. A screensaver should be enough. However, for now, I just increased the two options by 15 and 30 minutes, respectively.

I won't say your opinion is wrong because it's an opinion, but here's the problem with that, and I mentioned this in my post: that can happen with a person of any sex. A hairy man (both sex and gender) could go into the men's restroom and create a potentially dangerous situation for the young boys, and vice-versa a woman could go into the women's restroom and cause a potentially dangerous situation for the young girls. People only seem to care about the young girls, but not the young boys, and while I realize females have had it a lot worse, and I do have empathy for them, it doesn't change the fact that young boys--or, rather, males in general--are and have also been victims of sexual harassment or assault. However, they're expected to not whine about it because they're men, and men always want sex, so they should feel proud and like a player because they had a woman or women all over them in the cases where it was a woman or women that sexually assaulted them. That's sadly the view many have when it comes to males being victims.

Apparently stores allowing people to use the bathroom based on their gender identity is putting girls at risk for sexual assault. That's a horrible crime, no doubt about it, but, um, first of all, what about the boys? Boys can be victims, too! Second of all, both boys and girls are already at risk even when people use the restroom based on their sex.

If anybody needs to be boycotted, it's people like these: https://www.facebook.com/ChristianConservativeAndNotAfraid/posts/933467153438842 In fact, they should be arrested for extreme discrimination.

50 minutes behind schedule, but I still made it to class on time. If I hadn't yelled at our driver (who's also my friend) to stop, the lady could have gone under.

I gave our driver a hug when I got off at college earlier, assuring her it wasn't her fault. Not really anything she could have done.

Yeah, that idea is something that would depend on the game, in my opinion. Finding Nemo isn't terribly difficult, for example. Kind of off topic, but this is my favorite track:

And yeah, you can usually find the music to most games without an official soundtrack on YouTube, and as long as the uploader isn't profiting from it, I personally don't see an issue with it. YouTube is where I always go to to search since it's a trustworthy site. However, then you have even "smaller," if that's making sense to people, games like Rugrats: Studio Tour and its succeeding games where you can't find it anything. (I finally managed to find Search for Reptar about a week or two ago.)

Just listen between 9:12 and 11:29:

Great music, no? What I like about Studio Tour is that not only does it have level music (and different pieces of music if there's more than one stage in a level), it also has music that's used only for level introductions on levels that have them. In the case of the golf courses, the music is the same as the hole you're on, just slightly different--I don't know how to explain it, though.

I mean, lots of people like that stuff, so either provide a soundtrack with all the songs (Arc the Lad: Twilight of the Spirits has an official soundtrack, for example, but doesn't all the music from the game, and that really bugs me) or provide an in-game player with all the music. Phantasy Star IV did it, and that was a SEGA Genesis game If it can do it, certainly it can be done for all games on newer systems since then like the PS2.

Yup! That's another good idea, or in general, something that makes sense to said game. Finding Nemo, for example, a game that doesn't have an officially released soundtrack, could have had you unlock the music by getting a 100% on the game from beating all the levels, performing all the tasks in the levels, and completing each level's mini-game you unlocked by completing all of the levels' tasks.

Some games already do this, but I think it'd be neat if all games did it or had done it, especially those smaller games that don't really get official soundtrack releases--the only way to get those soundtracks is by people using software to get them from the disc--though all games in general, even those with an official soundtrack release.

Anyway, I think all games should have or should have had every single piece of music that they use as unlockable after accomplishing a certain task, and then you can go into the options to listen to the music. The Dynasty Warriors series is an example that does this. You can go into the options and listen to the music you've unlocked by playing the stages and picking sides.
