Vexneah was standing outside in the halls again. She didn't see anything useful, and if she did, she probably missed it. Right now, Vexneah was thinking...about the others... She hadn't seen them in a while...especially Nulix... She was wondering...if they had done anything productive in the time they had been apart...as short a time as it may have been... OOC: *ahem* Sorry, I just finished watching the dramatic finale of an anime, so that's why this post is so different...and I haven't been posting... Yeah...anyway... Rubie alighted in a nearby town. It was quiet...and peaceful... She relaxed her guard, looking around. "I am kind of hungry..." she smirked evilly, calmly walking around, looking for someone who looked innocent enough... *** Bann was still in the cage, exhausted from his many attempts to escape. He used another ounce of strength and slammed his body against the cage, but only managed to rock it. He fell to the bottom, tired and out of most of his hope...
Rubie walked outside, flipping pages through the book, scanning the spells it held. "Forget walking..." she spat to herself, extending her wings and taking flight, reading as she went.
Rubie sighed, "I'm going to take a walk...and do some reading..." she muttered, pulling out the 'borrowed' book.
"I guess I should say something... So, good luck..." Rubie nodded at Hunter, suddenly frowning, "If my bird had a hard time, then you should be more careful..." she smirked.
Rubie scrutinized Hunter, "Not sure if I should tell you..."
"Hunter?" Rubie asked, her face showing slight curiosity.
Rubie was following Cole, "I did look for him, but he's nowhere to be seen..."

When no sign of an alarm was heard, Vexneah smiled, "This is a nice twist." she sighed with relief. She looked at Gale, "Just keep looking for something!" she called, running towards the other direction. She began to look through some files...
OOC: Cya... BIC: Vexneah excitedly paced around, looking for something that might come in handy. "Y'know, I'm surprised that we didn't trip an alarm or anything. This room looks important..." She paused for a moment, waiting for an alarm to ironically go off. OOC: Darxess has returned! ^_^
Vexneah chuckled and noticed a door next to her. She turned the handle, and surprisingly, it was unlocked. She opened the door and it revealed a research lab-like area... "This looks promising..." Vexneah smirked.
"Whoever we can come across first... We'll just keep looking, and who knows, we might find something helpful..." Vexneah shrugged.
Vexneah found herself blushing slightly, "It's...alright..." she grinned again, "Yeah, we should go find them! It's way better than waiting in here." she nodded and headed for the door.
