It's supposed to make Sora use Roxas's attack moves. I don't know if it's his Dual Wielding moves, or his normal attack moves though.
Alright, just make sure you throughly check what the code does. Sometimes codes can be REALLY weird, trust me. :)

I tested it already and it works, I even fought (And beat) Sephiroth in that Form, so I KNOW it works. Just Don't Use: Reaction Commands and Growth Abilities and you'll be just fine. :)
