Pretty sure he was joking. :)
You've been in the shadows for so long and I hardly ever see posts from you, so I thought maybe you left or something. Nice to see you're doing well!
You're alive!
Even if we love said character to death. ;)
That user title suits you.
I'm not, but spam away, Sir Alex! :)
I miss your blue and you being staff. :( I was just thinking about it lately. Hope everything is going well with you.
It's not that bad. I've gone a week without showering before, though this was when I was younger. I don't really do it now. I'm at college most of the time now, so I shower daily, but when I'm on break like now, I try to take a shower at least bi-daily.
It also depends on the person, too. Not everyone deals with it. You might be one of the lucky ones. To this day, I have never dealt with depression, so when I had my wisdom teeth removal surgery, I was perfectly fine afterward other than not feeling well and having a small fever the night of and being sore and having to take it easy on eating for a while.
At least you don't have to undergo chemotherapy (mostly as a precaution, though) like my mother does, so consider yourself lucky. You could have it worse. Best of luck.
I think there's something wrong with me. My most frequent grammatical error is when I write "different" when I mean "difference." KH-Vids, is there something wrong with me?
Couldn't you rent it first?
I guess another way to put it is to simply say don't rely too heavily on reviews. Play the game first-hand and see what you think and then go back and look at, say, five good reviews, five in-between reviews, and five bad reviews, and see what you agree or disagree with in each.
Here's an example of what I mentioned: http://www.gamefaqs.com/ps2/583527-dragon-quest-viii-journey-of-the-cursed-king/reviews But, anyway. Honestly, reviews, positive or negative, don't mean anything. You should play the game first-hand and see what you think, not rely on a bunch of reviews. A game could have overwhelmingly negative reviews and you still like it.
This is me making a post on your profile.
That's why I ignore reviews unless they're positive. The negative ones are just full of a bunch of whiny people making up ridiculous statements and complaining about everything. Like on GameFAQs, you'll have 20 good reviews of a game, but there always has to be that one idiot who whines about the game not being good enough and blah, blah, blah.
Okay.
Okay, but making a change in your preferences--for example, your time zone--and then saving your changes will automatically set you as invisible which I don't think was a desired result, and there's no way to reverse it. It's thinking you unchecked the box even though it's not visible. I'm invisible right now to non-staff, for example, and I can't set myself visible again because that option is hidden. I see that the current activity box is still there, though, and that works in conjunction with the online status option.
And then when I went to my preferences to change something and saved, it automatically unchecked the show online status box even though it's not visible which I can't reverse. It appears in a few areas, but to make things simple, we'll use the Preferences section: View attachment 44767 It should be directly below the signatures option: View attachment 44768
