I have both a DS and PSP, I'm looking forward to both the same. In 358/2 Days I'm excited to learn more about Roxas and the Organization, KH2 left out so many things about them. BBS has new characters, I have no clue how they play a part with the Organization/Xemnas and I have to find out!

I can't help you with translations. For the subtitling, your gonna need to ask the person who subtitled them. Or follow this tutorial on adding/creating subtitles for videos.
It's too bad not many people played CoM before KH2 came out. It's such a major part of the story line.

Finding my way through Hollow Bastion in KH1 was my worst experience as well. It was a pain. Worst moment was when Donald hit Goofy after he came back to life in KH2, I was like WTH?

Definitely Larxene. She made Sora feel bad just so she can have a laugh. She even states, "I'M a bad guy". She called Sora heartless when he couldn't remember Naminé's name. Plus she has no respect for dead bodies (Riku)! Out of the entire Organization, she was the most violent.

Only if a boss fight is frustrating. Like in KH2FM, I had to beat Demyx like 4 times because I got killed by the Heartless you have to fight directly afterwards. (Critical Mode, level 1)
