I will never understand why people like this series. I respect the fact that they do but i can barely giggle watching it. The whole show is based on American stereotypes and to be honest i don't like the characterization "nerd" that it seems to be written all over the show. I've watched 2-3 episodes and aside from a few funny moments it was boring. My opinion of course.
Is it true this about the Trinity battle? That not many people don't, or didn't since he spoiled it, know about it? I'm very intrigued now.

Sora's story. I like them both sure but Riku's story was a bit blunt. Short and he was just going around slaying Disney and Organization characters.

They weren't actually pointless, especially HG/SS. Sure, you don't like them but calling them pointless? No. I wonder about the existence of vehicles. How (if) they will incorporate them in the world. That truck on the cycling road...
Really? Didn't notice that. But again diagonal movement doesn't seem likely, although thinking about it, PMD has this feature. Maybe they will do it in a similar way?
