There's plenty of ethnic diversity in AC main characters though, Itallian, Welsh, native American, I'm not sure if Altair's exact ethnicity is stated, I never beat AC1, and a french, black, slave woman. The stuff that happens in the background of AC is the exact sort of history distorting stuff you want. Women weren't prostitutes, they were actually just using that to help a secret brotherhood achieve justice! You're complaining about the world being stereotypical of that actual time period it takes place in, while AC is trying its absolute hardest to promote equality when in actual history it's not the case. In history women were not generally treated very well, they're still not in a lot of cases, that's why this argument is even happening, so saying that AC needs to go back and make it so throughout history women were actually treated and acted completely different just seems silly to me

I hate when people use the logic that AC has revisionist history that they can and should just rewrite history to remove any potentially mean stuff from it. The point of AC, from the start, has been that history is just like what we thought it was... but there was a secret conspiracy going on in the background the whole time. It's a fictional world, but it's a fictional world that has insane levels of research put into it to keep things more or less accurate Which means we'll probably see a lot of her, because AC can't resist making their characters best buds with any historically significant character from the time period they choose for each game
