Ed looked around. "I guess that means Yumiko's here to huh...?" Ed continued to walk. "Now... I better get started on searching for the criminal." He paused, and gave a sigh. "This isn't right... I should be helping Yaten..." He came to a stop. Friends or duty...? "So... did that feel any better..?" Train asked as he set the glass on a table. "...Was I of any help...?"
I dunno.... I'm kinda busy.....
"Silly me, and here I though you had learned your lesson and became your own person." Ed turned to walk away. ".... She's in her twenty's now right...? Dont you think she's a bit old for a baby sitter? You should trust her more.... But whatever." Ed shrugged and started in the opposite direction. "Well, seeya around." He waved without stopping or turning. Train slowly tilted the glass forward, and the red liquid slowly started pouring down.
So.... He was kidnapped eh...? That would explain why he's not been around lately....
"I really don't know..." Ed looked down. "I went to go get a picture, but someone took the last wanted poster..." Ed sighed "Hold still..." Train said as he held the glass to Yumiko's lips.
"You said it didn't kill you right? If it's something that you need to take, then I don't see the harm in lending a hand." He said. Ed shook his head. "No, I'm hear on official State Alchemist business. Apparently, there's a criminal loosed somewhere in this area." He replied.
*scratches head* I think I missed something...
"Hmm I'm not sure I understand... but..." Train took a glass. "If it hurts to drink, then you keep your hand on your neck, and I'll give it to you." He said with a smile. "I can go eat some other time." Ed chuckled. "Well well well...If it isn't Yaten!" He grinned and put his hands behind his head. "...I'm surprised you haven't died without me here to look after you." He put his hands back in his pockets, and looked at the ground. "... I've sure missed you, Yaten..."
"I know what you mean. I have the same problem with milk... Oh and food. Yeah, I like to eat things, but I don't get to have very big meals that often..." Train said before pausing. A loud grumble came from his stomach. "Oh quiet you!" Train said as he gave his belly a large slap.
Train gave a sigh of releif. "Then, why'd ya make the poison...?" He asked with a puzzled look.
Without a word, Train knocked the glass from her hand. His silly grin was gone, and in it's place was his famous glare. the pupils in his yellow eyes arrowed, and his eyebrows pushed down on his forehead. He stood silent for a moment, before giving a heavy sigh. "I don't care who this is for... Nothing good can come from this evil... thing." Train closed his eyes, and slowly opened them, a sincere smile appearing on his face. "Besides...Why would you want to do that...? Life is precious." He said with a smile.
tch, I'm busy tomorrow... So I probably won't be on til the night time.
"Nope!" Train said with his usual smile. "Alot's happened in my past, I'm not really worried about something as small as the name of my hometown. I know where it is, I just never get a chance to go there. It's just as well though, there's nothing for me there anyway." Train looked at the glass of water. "Um.... what's that for...?" He asked cautiously. OOC: Ya know what? Just for the hell of it... Ed wandered the halls. "Man... Another all girls school... this brings back memories..." He looked up chuckling to himself, as if he were remembering something from the past.
I guess she's too good for us now...
Bah! How unlike you to just drop by and then leave without another word!
"Oh, it's nice to meet you Yumiko. As for me, I know plenty about my past, just not where I'm from. I still remember My parents, what my house looked like, my teacher, and everything." Train said.
Well, it is Friday. Surely that is the greatest miracle of all.
Train shook his head. "That's enough about me. What about you? I'd feel beter talking to you if I knew who you were." He said with his usual smile.
I suppose that's all we can do sometimes. Thankfully, I don't have to worry where my families money is going. We have enoughto survive, and as long as that stays true, I don't really have to worry about much else. Evening Destiny. How are you this fine afternoon?
Train held to his hand to his chin and thought for a bit. "I'm not sure I remember.... I don't really have a home. My Job requires that I travel alot, so my home is usually some cheap hotel." He put his hands in his pockets and thought some more. "...As for my original town, I don't really know..." He said.
