i do have to agree with the "kill one save a thousand" idea. im taking a philosophy class this semester in college and its teaching me lots of stuff like this. although lots of philosophers would disagree with me :D

i can take this from an anime i just finished XD: it might be nicely idealistic to try and think we can rid the world of evil and get rid of anything that can cause others pain, anger, vengeful thoughts, jealousy, etc. BUT the truth is we need things like "the devil" to balance out with the good. its part of life to have good and bad, so even if we had the power to get rid of "evil" thats just not the way things work :D
lol sorry but fear is part of a humans brain, a section of your physiche that your cant deny... everyone has some kind of fear of something sometime in their life. granted, some people's fears are greater than others, but we all can be scared of something :D
