Jessica breathed slowly, her mind going numb, along with her body. She didn't want to think of anything, or think of the future. Only the then and now. "Cliff," she whispered softly.

She breathed harshly, still leaning against the window. She let her mind drift, and she was out.
Jessica gasped, backing away slowly. She turned and started running. Oh no... they have it..
She stared in his eyes, shaking slightly and gasping, holding her hand up to her lips. She almost stumbled back in the river when she saw him. "You look just like him," she whispered to herself.
She coughed out water also, breathing slowly. She put the ring on her finger. "No... I almost lost my ring," she said, looking back up at him, frowning.
Jessica felt around the bottom of the river bed, until she pulled up her ring. She couldn't find out how to get up into the air. She kicked but fell right back down. She breathed out, and kicked around, her heart pumping faster and faster.
