I have experience in hacking GTA3 ( small mods though ) I have a few things to help mod/modtools.. but they are mostly GTA3 tools.. But my GTA3 had stopped working on me. so .. Could you hack games like the sims1 , ... you know what.. all my comp games mostly dont need to be hacked or you probably dont have them.. so The Sims 1 please?
