She chuckled and shook her head. "I'm fine. I promise," she said, then answered her phone, seeing it was Lexi. "Hello?" she asked, sounding happy. The sound of the rain hitting the ground was louder than her normal voice. OOC: I think Cliff should go gay ;D xDDD
She became angry. She wasn't stupid. "I'm stupid? And did you know I can put you back, just where you were!?" she shouted. She formed a barrier around the black dragon and pulled it down to the solid earth, hopingto do some damage.
i hurt my neck, because i was straining xDD mom says she don't want me to play anymore because when i try to hang on, it looks like i'm twitching and having a seizure XDD
She ignored the text, falling asleep while the pitter patter rain fell on her. She shivvered.
The bad energy finally released and she held it in the barrier. She gasped at his bad energy, forming into another person. It broke through her barrier, and she fell back, gasping at it. It was more powerful than she imagine.
She sighed. I'm fine, goodnight... xxx She looked back up at Seth, who she didn't see at first. "I like the rain," she mumbled, before laying back down, trying to fall asleep.
"Don't pay attention to him," she said, putting her hand on his chest. "This might sting a little, but you'll feel much better afterward. It's like, taking a bad clone out of you. You can still have all the powers, but under your own control... Just relax," she said. She made a barrier inside him, capturing the bad energy in him. She tried to remove it from him.
She heard her phone beep. She checked the text message from Cliff. She texted back to him. Not really. I'm out of the house for now. But don't worry, I'm at a safe place. See you at school tomorrow
Jessica ran to the park, breathing heavily. She went to the pole and got a blanket out of her bag. She laid down in the park, as it began to rain. She kept herself covered as she tried to sleep.
"Nice comeback junior. Come up with that yourself?" he asked. Jessica elbowed him int he face then kicked him off. "Leave me alone James," she hissed at him. James shook his head. "Fine, but here's a mere warning. If you split away his dragon side, there will be unknown destruction," he said, then teleported himself back to the lab. "Dumb girl will kill us all," he said.
Jessica walked into the living room. "Daddy, I'm going to-" she was about to say, and noticed he looked rather angry. She backed up a few steps. He looked over at her. "What the **** did you do!?" he yelled, smashing his beer bottle on the floor. She shook her head and ran into her room, locking the door. She grabbed her emergency bag out of her closet. She couldn't stay her tonight. She opened her window and jumped four feet into the tree, where she was on the second level. She coughed out, losing her breath. She now was stuck, with no way down. She whimpered, seeing her door breaking down. She closed her eyes and let go, falling to the ground. She grabbed her bag and took off down the street.
He chuckled and kissed Jessica's neck three times, going upward. "Why leave alone such a beautiful woman?" he hissed Jessica shuddered in disgust.
Jessica and her father arrived home. She slammed the car door and headed to her room, locking the door. "Why must he ruin everything?" she asked herself as she stood in front of the mirror. She frowned and grabbed a pair of scissors. She looked at herself again, then started cutting her long pink hair. "I guess, it's time i change my looks," she said. She cut her hair and got some hair dye out. She put the coloring in her hair and waited ten minutes, before washing it out. She blow dried her hair and fixed it up, happy with her new looks. She shook her head. "You'll still have them, but the part of you that is the 'beast', will have the same things. He'll be able to walk this earth, and do as he pleases. Do you want to do this?" she asked. James heard her thoughts, and snapped his fingers, transporting behind her, holding a dagger to her throat. "I wouldn't do that if i were you," he hissed. He couldn't use any threats.
James nodded and continued his experiment. He felt Jessica's mind fix on something. "My my, what is she up to now?" he wondered.
"It will be freed from you," she said, standing up and cracking her knuckles.
She squeezed her eyes shut a second, then opened them. "My mother, had this same power, and as it's called, the 'genetic' curse, i was hoping i hadn't inherited it. My mother would have patients just like you, except they had alter-ego's. It's very painful, but it will be like something like cloning. Your other, 'clone' will be the dragon part. I was a little afraid to tell you I could do that, where i haven't tried it before," she said.
Jessica shook her head crying. She put her hands on the side of his head, kissing his forehead. "Let me help you release it," she whispered. James pulled a lever to generate the power in the orb. He turned back to Kevin. "I'm a scientist, and I love to experiment on things. I can help you and your brother, but only occasionally. When I'm busy winning the heart of, sadistic girl Jessica, I might be of no use. I will join, but head this warning. Never trust your allies," he said.
She turned her face, obviously upset. "At least you were hanging up there in the air ready to fall to your death. At least you weren't drowning because you're afraid to swim!" she screamed, yelling louder at the second sentence. She took off running. James smirked. "What's the proposition?" he asked.
"You don't understand how scared I was with that maniac!!!" she yelled, her eyes full of tears, and getting slightly squeaky towards the end of her sentence.
