This may be a spoiler but it's more of a theory: Spoiler I know a lot of people are saying this Clock Tower is the same one in Twilight Town and they're right and wrong at the same time, sort of. Basically we clearly see this is in Daybreak down now, but I think that if the theory that Twilight Town and Daybreak Town are one in the same, that is where the Clock Tower would be, in Twilight Town's clocktower. Because of this it's possible that's why we're going BACK to Twilight town, in order to go to this hideout and get the books. I don't know enough about Chi to say why this is important lol, and hopefully I'll have insight when the game is released for NA. Also, @Beucefilous pointed out to me that twilight, at an earlier point in time, would have been 'daybreak'. Twilight is the "soft, diffused light" from the sky when the sun is below the horizon, from daybreak. Daylight first appears at daybreak, so if it is an earlier version of Twilight Town it would make sense, because the new Twilight Town is AFTER the fate of whatever happened to Daybreak Town. I also saw somewhere saying Daybreak is the dark part of twilight, and we see a difference between Twilight Town and Daybreak Town in terms of colour scheme. Daybreak town looks really dark there, and even in other pictures it uses darker colours, while Twilight Town is much 'softer' and lighter Spoiler
"Titan would work well for you, Malkira. You're already a huge rock." Calxiyn commented. She listened to Ra's explanation of Arc of Embodiment. "Recreating the Hand of Midas may be hard. Luckily we have it already." Calxiyn laughed cheerfully. "Ra, you're going to be so powerful! I'm so jealous. Remind me not to fight with you one on one, I don't think the odds would be in my favour." She giggled again. "Hey, I wonder if you could make a Keyblade with that." She had her Keyblade appear in her hand. "It would only be a shame, though. There are different types of Keyblades. This one is Kingdom Key D, or Dark Side. This is a counter part to what my people believed was the Dark Realm. Somewhere out there there's the Kingdom Key, which is the Light Realm counterpart. There's also man-made ones. They're still special in their own right, but they aren't counterparts of the Realms and so they can't be used for the Realms of Light or Darkness. The man-made ones are passed down, so they're still magical. There's also another type of Keyblade, the Keyblades of the Hearts. It's all hard to explain." "If you made one with the Arc, I think it would be a replica, but I don't really know. I'm sorry, I went on a ramble didn't I?"
"It's this Magic that controls the nature. This world has a lot of magical energy, so much so it seems that trees and the like all have spirits of a sort. This magic is helping me connecting with all the creatures." She explained. "Of course we'll be here for the selection, we're eager to see what you'll choose, as well as the people who got first. We also want to see how Evanora runs her Guild. My Uncle told me so much about her, but I hardly have seen her in action." She blushed slightly before regaining her composer. "So, what Magics are you thinking of selecting? I can't help but be curious. You already fight with such rigor." Fae let herself melt as Ezekiel pulled her towards him. She kissed him back, putting her arms around his neck. "Really, now?" She questioned. She was going to point out how they were in his wife's castle, but she ignored the thought. She snuffed out the light, as she never like Fiyero see her fully when they were together.... * Later * Fae was sound asleep, her arms wrapped around Ezekiel, the blankets covering her lack of clothes. "I've had it with me for as long as I can remember. I suppose you're right. They must be wealthy, its encrusted in jewels..." Her voice trailed off. "Or maybe they used their last sum of money to get this for me before they died. I'll never know by guessing." She then turned to Dale. She blushed at his comment of being her boyfriend. It was so innocent. "I'd be glad for your help, Dale. Thank you." She squeezed his hand.
"This is so tedious." Mikasa complained as she lied down on her bed. Porlyusica was sitting on a chair, and Theodosia was drawing. "I'm going senile." She muttered to herself. Her voice was it's usually cold tone. "It's your own fault." "Master, don't say that to her!" Theodosia shouted. "No, your Master's right." She said begrudgingly. She turned to her side to face out the window. "I could tell you a story if you want." Mikasa rolled her eyes, but didn't let the little girl see that. "Sure, if you want." "It's a story about a little girl. It's a Christmas story. It was a horrible cold night, and in the darkness of the streets and the heaviness of snow was a poor little girl, with a bare head and naked feet. She roamed through the streets. The little girl had been running through the streets, and they were blue with cold. She worn an old apron she could carry matches, and held a bundle of them in her hands. She was selling them to keep her family fed, and she couldn't return to her mother without selling at least one, but no one would give her a penny. She tried to sing in order to get the attention of passer bys. Her voice was so beautiful, but not enough for people to give her any of their money. She was shivering with cold, hunger, and the sense of failure. Lights were shining from all windows, and there was a wonderful smell of turkey and peppermint in the air. It was Christmas Eve." Theodosia continued dramatically. "She sat between two houses at the very last corner of the street. She huddled herself, and she thought about the beating she would surely get if she hadn't come with any money. She lit one of the matches in her to keep her little hands warm. When she struck the first match, she saw before her an iron stove, the fire burned so brightly! She rubbed another match, and she could see into one of the houses. She could see into the dinner table, and could feel the warm food in her mouth. She sung songs of praises to the Gods. She found herself sitting under a beautiful Christmas tree, decorated better then any rich person's tree that she had seen. As the tree got higher and higher, it took her with it. It rose her into the stars, and she saw a star fall, and it left behind it a bright streak of fire. The girl thought someone must be dying. Her old grandmother, her taught her how to sing told her that when a star fell, a soul went up to god. She continued to sing happily, rubbing the matches against the wall. Suddenly, she saw her old grandmother, clear and shining. The girl cried out to her, singing to her 'Burnt out ends of smoky days, the stale, cold smell of morning, the streetlamp dies in the cold air. Grandmother, another day is over, another day is dawning'. The girl lit a handful of matches to keep her grandmother there, and the matches glowed with a light brighter then any star in the sky. Maybe it was an angel, but she hugged her grandmother dearly. Suddenly, her grandmother seemed to change, into a being she had never seen before. They both flew upwards into the brightness and joy above the earth, where there was no pain or suffering. But in the dawn of the morning, there lay the poor little child, with pale cheeks and a smiling mouth. She had been leaning against the wall and froze to death. There was a faint singing in the air." Mikasa seemed to have tears in her eyes, but she turned away to try and hide them. "This is very sad." "No one imagined what beautiful things she had seen, nor into what glory she had entered with her grandmother, on Christmas Eve, for you see, the Grandmother had not really been her Grandmother, but the Celestial Spirit King, who every day listened to the voice of the girl at the humble request of the girls grandmother. He carried her up into the Heavens, and made her into a spirit that sings. Her name is Lyra, and though she doesn't remember her horrible past, she still sings as beautifully, and will comfort other children on dark winter nights such as this." "So she's still alive?" Mikasa questioned hopefully, seemingly invested into the tragedy. Theodosia nodded. Theodosia then held up a picture smiling happily. "See, she has angel wings! It's because she passed on, but she's part of the Celestial Spirits now." Mikasa wiped her tears away. "That was a very emotional story. I'm sure it would make anyone cry." She said, as if to defend herself. The little girl laughed.
Johanna smiled at him again. "Dale, I've been thinking..." Johanna still held his hand in hers. "I wonder what happened to my family. I think I'm old enough to know the truth, and, I think that now... is just a good time. I want to find these answers. I love the Guild like they're my flesh and blood, but I can't help but wonder..." Johanna fiddled with Dale's fingers with her own, running her fingers along one of the tips of his. She looked at her necklace. "'Together in Paris', the Music box. I wonder what it all means." "It seems we've embarrassed the happy couple, Guild Master." Cassandra chuckled as she spoke to Evanora. She looked on with a kind of quiet pondering. "What is on your mind, Cassandra?" "Oh, nothing, Guild Master." Cassandra replied. She then decided to speak what was really on her mind. "Why did you not want Mikasa to go through the Memory Transformation?" "Moving on doesn't mean you forget about things. It just means you have to accept what's happened and continue living." Evanora replied to her without a second thought. Cassandra looked at her, in almost a shock before she stopped speaking again.
Florica nodded. "I understand. Maybe one day you'll feel differently. You will grow, I imagine, Vance. Sometimes it's better to fall with honour then to succeed with hidden disgrace. I never asked you to be one of us. I don't think you could be." Florica paused. "You must talk to Shani yourself. I only know what I know of her and nothing more, she may feel differently." "Well..." Shani's voice trailed off. "It wasn't too many people, rather, simply that I needed to clear my head. It's loud in there." Shani ran her hand through her hair. "Maybe we should go back, I'm sure there's somewhere quiet in the Guild Hall. Don't you have a room? That way your father can find you." Shani suggested. She thought about Thea's question. "Well, of course. It's a part of life and tradition. I've thought about in in great detail." She laughed. "But that would require me to get married, and I'm afraid no man would choose me." She chuckled jokingly. "I have a large ship, in which my crew and I travel all over the world, to different places and find great treasures to bring back to our families." She knelt down to Thea's level, and moved her hand outward as if she were gesturing to the ship, as if it were in front of her. "A child on an adventure like that may be a bit dangerous, unless they're as old as yourself, of course.' Shani continued, unsure of what exactly she meant by that sentence. "Zeph has recently come to me with a job request, but apparently we need a ship and I said that I would take your Guild Mates. Maybe you and your father would both like to come."
Spoiler YOU'RE RIGHT. It's unknown what Marluxia controls beside the dusks, and it's the same for Lexaeus, Vexen, Zexion, and Larxene! Just to make sure I looked on the Wiki and made sure that I wasn't reading it wrong, but in the first Paragraph of Xigbar's description it says he controls the Snipers, while the page for Marluxia and the others don't : O Edit: THAT MEANS HE HAS TO BE AROUND THOUGH RIGHT? BUT WHY? WHY? WHYYYY Edit two: I mean, if not around in the world he at LEAST has to be alive. But if he’s human or a somebody can he still control the nobodies? Does this all mean Marluxia never really DIED? WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN?!
I think you mean Olympus Here is my personal reaction to it: Spoiler I'd post a more in depth analysis but it's past my bedtime I'm going to save it for CI and the Podcast. I will say though I liked how Sora is reacting to his environment more, like falling into the river. Also that the Marluxia heartless intrigue and confuse me, since story wise I don't know why the heck anyone would bring Marluxia back, but at the same time the presence in the Tangled world made me think that he's going to have something to do with the plot there. I mean, flowers are kind of a theme there, right? But that's a theory for another day. Also, during Sora's fall from grace, I saw this: View attachment 43820
My school actually has semesters similar to college ones, but ours is ending next month ahah. Right now my grades are: Biology: 73/B World Religions: 81/A- Study of Canadian Law: 83/A- English: 89/A It's not as great as I'd like them to be but currently that will still get me on honour roll sooo
"He seemed to be... happy?" Shani asked curiously. She smiled again at the little girls innocence. She then turned bright red and couldn't seem to speak. A few stutters came out of her but not much else until she breathed deeply. "Um, I, well." She was still frozen in her position, looking away for a moment to keep her composer. "Well, in our tradition, for a female to marry a gadjo would be a worse violation of the marimé code for a Roma, yet I think that overtime they would accept it, as we are in different times then we were many years ago. Marimé is a state of impurity brought on a person by a person. There are a lot of rules surrounding that as well...." Her voice trialed off. "But The King has always been understanding and doesn't mind the marriage as much as long as they are prepared. I'm sure your father would be, if he were to..." She stopped. "But of course he wouldn't. He would need to marry someone of his own status and well-" Then a realization hit her. "You asked about me wanting to, not your father... well..." "I don't know a lot about your father, young one. I couldn't say, as of, right now. But I do enjoy his company."
Florica shook her head as Vance spoke. "Did you have to give that kind of an answer, though? I saw no gun to your head." Florica told Vance. "There's something you need to understand, my lord, I knew what you were saying was for show and nothing more, but it doesn't change the fact that you cannot put aside your nobility for the sake of your friends. I understand we don't know each other well, but it was also one of your Guild Mates being insulted." Florica paused. Her voice was quiet yet it had a sternness to it as well. "We should hold ourselves with honour, and that we should always be honest and stand up for what we believe in." She then continued, seeming to debate whether or not she should tell Vance the following. "I told Shani, you will never be able to be with her how she would like. You'll already be shunned from the community for a time, and you could never adopt our way. And even if she went against everything, Shani has intense intelligent and sense of self, and if she knew what I knew, that what you were saying was for show she would hate you more then the anger she has now for what you said." Florica couldn't stop once she started. "I know Shani like I know my own mind, and though she is fierce you will never find anyone as trusting or as kind." The words continued to fall out of her mouth. "She trusts you to be on her side as friend, and if you can't do that I'm afraid that she'll want nothing to do with you. And maybe I won't either. I understand the position you feel you are in but I don't accept that you must do what you've done." "My name is Shani, child." Shani corrected. "Please call me 'Red'." She spoke to Thea. "You didn't hurt my feelings..." She looked at the girl as she spoke. This is Vance's... child? She couldn't help but laugh at the thought, and she laughed even harder when she swore. "It's not very becoming of a lady to swear, I'm sure your father would say." She smiled at Thea endearingly. She knelt down to her level. "I appreciate the apology, but you really did nothing wrong." She continued. "I don't think you have to worry about me spending time with your father anymore, little one..." Her voice trialed off sadly before she tried to give the girl a fake smile. "So the good lord is your father, eh? It must be nice having a big, powerful wizard as a father to protect you. Your father must love you very, very much." Shani spoke sweetly to the girl though this was a side of her she would seldom show to anyone but children.
Nessa said nothing in response to Vance, but looked over at Shani. She noticed that the girls demeanor had changed. Nessa laughed. "It's been a pleasure, Vance." She said, promptly ending the conversation. Shani, not paying attention to the rest of what Vance had said to Nessa, grabbed her cloak and went outside the Guild Hall. "Shani-" Florica called after her. Florica, had, however payed some attention, and sighed heavily. Shani wandered around outside, the night shadowing her as she walked across the streets. She wondered what would become of her, and she looked around the city. She had to go talk to Clopin. "Things have been alright. It's odd being in this world again. Time doesn't move as fast as it does in the Kingdom." Clara explained to her. "I've already have talked to my uncle, since I was here. I heard about the tournament and I was overjoyed to be able to attend." "The Kingdom is almost back to normal now. You can barely tell it left. Clara has been reading through the King's old books, and she's learnt a lot of magic will has led us into a new age." Captain Candy smiled at Alessia.
"I has't not a husband yet, mine lord." Her voice trailed off. "You suspect false motives and yet thee still decideth to speaketh with those folk? That is a dangerous game, mine lord." Nessa spoke. "Oh, of course I am not offended, lest I just worri'd about thy thither " Nessa gestured to Thea. "I suspect those may capture that lady and taketh that lady for a ransom. As thou hath said, thither art moo of those folk then thither art of yourself and thy guild. Aren't thee worried about thy daughters safety? I've hath heard the most horrible stories..." Shani got up from her chair, but Florica held arm and pulled her back down. "He suspects us to have 'horrible motives'?" She spat at Florica. "Let me go Florica. If not to speak with him then to let me leave I want no more part in this." "If you go over and cause a scene you'll prove her point and we don't want that. What would they Roi des Thunes say if he found out we had angered a noble women?" Florica hissed back at her, though her voice was still quiet. "There seems to be some kind of competition for her hand, we could tell his majesty and possibly be able to pay off the debt at the tavern. Then we won't have to move again. We won't be able to do any of that if you go and intrude." "To hell with her money, I'm starting to want her blood." Shani put her hand on her pistol. "What has gotten into you? I've never seen you act this way before and this is unbecoming of a person, never mind of a women as intelligent or intense." Florica whispered to her. Shani looked away, almost embarrassed and she didn't reply. Florica looked at her questionably. "Do you have feelings for him? The worse violation of the marimé code is if you were to marry a gadjo. He will never adopt the way of life we have and he would never be accepted. You've already gotten away with quite a bit. I know that The King is accepting and understanding but even still... Shani..." Shani nodded though she looked away from Florica, her demeanor changing. "Let's leave soon."
Calxiyn blushed at Ra's comment and smiled as she received it. "My strength comes from my friends, I couldn't have done it without you." She grinned at Ra, and then gave a smaller, sweet smile to Malkira as well. "I cameth to see how you'd fair in hurlyburly and thee hath lived up to mine desires and beyond those folk." She spoke to Vance sweetly. "The guild wilt wot many people of royalty, I see familiar faces hither myself. I'm not surpris'd thy Guild would hast such esteem'd guests. " Nessa paused. "However, thither art some people hither of the unsavory kind." She glared at Shani before turning her attention back to Vance. "Mine eyes wilt dissemble me, mine lord, but, is that a G*sp* thee wast speaking to? Someone of thy status of course, would never associate thy self with a G*sp* wench. Such Heathens. I suspect thee knoweth better. I can't imagine what those gents would say about thee if 't be true those gents kneweth." Nessa spoke unnecessarily loud in order for Shani to hear her. She glared at her again. "But I'm sure thither is a sensible explanation, I would like to hear it." Shani saw the women glaring at them and saying horrible things about her, and she turned to Florica. "Should I go and set her straight?" She whispered to her companion. "Aren't you curious to see how Vance responds. Try to look like you haven't heard a thing, see how he reacts. You can judge a lot by a man's character this way." Florica told her, calming her down. "But if Vance doesn't, I do suggest we stand up for ourselves, and deal with Vance at a later date, is that alright?" "I agree. Thank you, Florica." Dominique couldn't help but give a small smile to Zwei as he sat down. "I am overjoyed to see you again. When Samantha got the invitation she didn't hesitate to invite me as well, you don't know how badly I've wanted to see you. You battled so bravely in the tournament." She then looked down at his hand to see the ring she had given him was still on his finger. She laughed quietly. "I see you still have it, that makes me very happy."
Lately I've been thinking about the Kingdom Hearts Community and that relationship with the game in terms of writing up original characters, roleplays, artwork, and fanfiction etc, but I wanted to focus on FanFiction in particular. So I actually have a few questions to ask and I'd like to put in my own ideas on it afterwards. 1. Have you ever read Kingdom Hearts FanFiction, if so how often? (Once in a while, every week, etc) 2. Has this FanFiction been about Future Games that are yet to be released? (A lot of 'Right After Kingdom Hearts 2' Fanfiction was popular it seems before we realized there were going to be 3+ more games before the release.) 3. Has this FanFiction had 'OTPS' or any kind of shipping, if so, which ones? 4. Do you think that the FanFiction has played a role in keeping you interested or within the 'fandom' in between games while waiting for Kingdom Hearts 3? You can also put in your own comments if you haven't read any FanFiction. But if so I'd like to know why (if any reason lol) For me the last question is probably the most important one when I've been asking this. For a lot of fans of different series, FanFiction is a way of keeping the 'hype' going. Kingdom Hearts is different in the way that it's fanbase has grown up etc, and a lot of people have been writing Fiction that is strictly Kingdom Hearts based for YEARS. From what I can tell it really has kept a lot of people going because even if it's not canon if well written it's 'new content'. Community is VERY important and I feel like there's a large community of writers who really kept people into it, and it's much easier now with Tumblr etc. Edit: If you've WRITTEN Fanfiction and have some extra insight on the Fanfiction community in general for KH I'd love to hear your experiences, what you write etc
Calxiyn looked over at Malkira and frowned, seeing there was some kind of seething emotion coming from Malkira. Calxiyn smiled falsely as now she was upset. "Thank you Malkira! That means a lot to me!" She continued, then looking down with a hurt expression on her face. She looked back up and tried to smile again. She then saw her hand was still on Ra's, and pulled it away, embarrassed.
"Thee must protect thy father, but telleth not of what I hath said to thee or else he wilt bethink thou art speaking in false-hoods. Stealing thy father forsooth, those gents all steal of course. Thee do see that wench?" She pointed to Zeph. "They're all the same, the very lot of those folk. Sirrah, they're g*ps**s, they'll rob thee and thy father blind." Nessa explained to her, as if she were an old women telling a believable folk tale to a child. "I recently did a mission at Sian, it was beautiful. It sounds lovely, to remember your childhood in full." Her voice trialed off. "I'd-I'd like to see that picture of your sister, I bet there's striking resemblance between you." Calxiyn smiled. "I've always wanted a younger sister, but fate wasn't so gracious to me." She laughed it off again though now there was visible pain in her voice as well as her whole holding of herself.
Calxiyn smiled at him again. "I think you already have, in a way." She giggled. "Will you tell me about yourself, Ra? Where did you come from, what was your home like?" She questioned him as she swung her legs back and forth under the table. She moved her hair behind her ear again before looking at him eagerly.
Calxiyn thought about his words, and they stroke a cord in her memory. She saw an image of her father in her head. "Let me tell you what I wish I'd known, when I was young and dreamed of glory - you have no control: Who lives, who dies, who tells your story..." She spoke these words to Ra as it was in sync with the memory. "Ambition can be a dangerous thing. It can consume you. Your ambitions become too large, and you become obsessed... you lose what's most important to you." She continued. "I'm glad I helped you find what's most important." "i'm still searching... for my light." Her voice trailed off, and then she smiled at him again. "I'll be at your side for as long as you want me to be."
Nessa looked towards Thea and smiled at her kindly. She remembered her from the previous mission. "Oh, Lady Thea what a pleasant surprise." She smiled at her. "Oh? That's just my resting visage." She smiled. "But, good child, prey-tell, who is that women thither." She gestured to Shani with her whole hand polity. "Surely, the lady hasn't been in thy father's valorous company?" "Your laugh is so cute." She blurted out as she giggled again. She then noticed his chance of expression, and put her hand on his absentmindedly. "Hey, are you okay?" She looked at her hand, but didn't move it away now as she didn't want him to feel bad when she was honestly concerned. "You don't need to thank me, I didn't do anything." Calxiyn laughed again, moving hair out of her face. Zéphyrine smiled as some of the boys decided to dance near her person. "Ehhh!" Cheering them on, Zéphyrine raised the music louder with the band. With an arm raised elegantly, the other on the purple dress, Zéphyrine carefully stepped and spun, activity enjoying the dancing.
