Everywhere I go, I'm seeing people bitching about april fool's jokes (Not on this site, I should note) and massively praising anybody 'bold' enough not to do one. A common complaint I'm seeing is "it's always so obvious, and nobody ever falls for it!" which just strikes me as odd, personally, while as a kid there was a definite possibility of a trick actully working, I grew out of it before I hit my teens. I've just sort of enjoye the crazy stuff people do on april fool's. Reviewers taking on a different style, fake trailers, all that sort of stuff. I honestly don't get the hate it's gotten this year.
My head's spinning D8
What do you think? Personally, I'd prefer the classic colours, the... 'improved' palettes are kinda... garish.
To celebrate, let's have no visible partying
I dunno what is this anyways
Just finished it 10/10 would cry again
One of the first things I noticed about this site was the woefully out of date music listings. I did a search. Found uh... http://kh-vids.net/threads/about-the-audio-archive.98246/ and also http://kh-vids.net/threads/about-the-audio-archive.98246/#post-3144273 ... So yeah Just wondering, is something going on with that? If people are too busy, I could probably do it...
I dunno why, but I feel like ranting about my teeth tonight I hate orthodontists. They're the worst people in the world. "You put the braces on two sizes too small!" "Ah well, I'm off soon" "Can I eat with my retainer on?" "Yes, though it might be difficult" -Eats with retainer without any problem, promptly ruining it- "That'll be 100 dollars for a replacement" "I thought you said I could eat with it on" "I didn't think you actually would" Those are some standouts among over a years worth of memories inwhich not a SINGLE visit went without them screwing up in some way. And at the end? I asked when would be a good time to stop using the retainer, their reply? "Make your own judgement" So years later, I still don't know if I shold be wearing a retainer. So yeah Satan, basically
Just found out about this channel. They're doing a gritty reboot every two weeks, and so far it looks awesome!
http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news/view/122542-Miyamoto-Prepares-Nintendo-For-His-Retirement This guy is responsible for some of the biggest names in video games... ever. And he's working his way to a retirement. Tis a shame But Maybe now we can get Paper Mario games with actual plot now.
What is the one song you can -almost- always turn to to lift your spirits? For me, it has to be You're Not Alone from Final Fantasy IX, in its many incarnations Especially the second half. When you get to that more upbeat section... dem feels
This may seem like a strange thing to talk about, but with a proper HD Kingdom Hearts drawing inexorably closer, I was wondering. Should keybades be shiny? In all current icarnatiosn they have a faded, almost pastel like colouring. Should they take on a more metallic sheen in future games? (For clarification, the poll is basically just a sliding scale from futuristic Apple sleekness, and Keyblade Graveyard level rust)
I've been looking everywhere, but I can't actually find the interview where Nomura says Mickey is talking to Sora in the Station of Awakening. Can anybody cite it for me? All I can find are people quoting it, but with no source
There are two ways trophies are usually handled with remasters. Either they reward them for pretty much everything, leading to you getting pretty much all the trophies just by playing normally (The first Sly game literally gives you two trophies for beating the final boss) The other is where the developers presume expertise on the player's part, so there are very few trophies for main gameplay bits, and instead they are rewarded for technical or difficult things. Personally, I could see KH1 being very hard, and CoM being somewhat frustrating (because 'get all cards' is almost definitely a trophy, and getting Ultima Weapon is pure luck) I think we can all agree that Days is going to be pathetically easy, however. Unless they throw a curve ball. Like watch the movie 20 times. Or say Days is the best game in the series with a straight face.
ha... haha ha ha ha
Do you prefer the idea of the main character of KH summoning a character to aid them in battle, or forging a link with them that allows them to use their abilities? Now, before you answer, try not to think about wherther you liked summoning in KH2, or D Links in BBS or whatever, and try to think of it as just the concept. Do you prefer the idea of your keyblader summoning someone to their aid, or drawing on their power?
