Okaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay, so I mentioned in another thread a few weeks ago that I planned on doing a different event / game each month. July was/is > > Death Adventures, which is still ongoing for anyone that wishes to participate. Anyway, for August I am planning to do a forum - wide Scavenger Hunt. The purpose of this thread is to gauge interest in some of the ideas I have for months to come, along with getting ideas from people as to what type of events / games they would be interesting in, that I haven't come up with. I also need volunteers to be checkpoints in the Scavenger Hunt. Don't worry, you can still participate in the hunt even if you are a checkpoint! You just won't get credit for your checkpoint. It will be a partner event. Feel free to sign up with a partner when the thread is posted, or sign up alone. If you sign up and you don't have a partner, I will match you up; unless you find someone in the thread that is also alone and want to be with them. I had been browsing the site at 14 when I was in 8th grade. My friends were showing me how to make AMVs and so I was using video clips for a game I had never even played before. Ahaaa... I was 16 when I joined in '09. I was active right away on the site, but only in the RPA. When I finally became active everywhere and people actually knew of my existence, it was 2013 and I was 20.

@61 a big part of growing up is moving out. I've been on my own since I was 18. when i was 19/20, my boyfriend and i had to move back in with my parents for about 9 months. those 9 months were the worst time i've ever spent with my family. things that never bothered me growing up were the biggest annoyances and caused the most fights between my family and i. it was a relief to finally move out again, even though the place we moved to was a nightmare. the last year has been stressful and and one problem after another, but it has made things better between my family at the very least. i'm not sure what you have going on with yours, but there definitely does reach a time where everyone realizes it's time to move on with their life.
