@61, Idena Menzel is most commonly known as the Wicked Witch from Wicked. She's a broadway star and while I do love her roles, I believe Elsa was miscast. I had a hard time watching Frozen because I couldn't put the face and voice together. They didn't match and I found it irksome and had a hard time enjoying any of Elsa's scenes because of it, so I get where you are coming from.
