"No need to apologize, Aly." Daisuke chuckled. He scanned the area and found the sewer cap that was the entrance to the underground city. Hegrabbed the rim with one hand and dragged it along the ground until the hole was fully visible. "Ladies first." He chuckled again, pointing at the hole.

Yuka massaged the temples of her head as a persistant migrane lingered in her head. She had not eaten in quite a while and she was starting to get short-fused. She had been so busy preparing troops and training them for the possible oncoming battle if they invaded Chiyon's base of operation that she just didn't have time to eat. "I might as well go out and hunt something." she muttered to herself. Yuka got up from her desk and went to the window, which was several floors up from the ground. She jumped out, armour formed on her feet and she landed on the ground with a soft thud. So much for keeping things under control. With a heavy sigh she straightened herself out and made her way to the ladder that lead up to the surface where she would begin hunting for her first meal.

It's an anime I recently finished watching (and bought) at an anime club I go to. Just wandering if anyone else has watched it. It's supernatural-themed and I think the storyline it pretty good itself and there's plenty of blood spilled to keep your attention.
As far as I know, there are two seasons of this anime. Shikabane Hime Aka and Shikabane Hime Kuro.
Here's the list of episodes: >>click<<

"Jesus Christ, that man should be more polite to women, that was really rude of him." Honoka slowly stood up. A sharp pain tingled in her left shoulder she then realized that it was dislocated. Not even wincing at the increase of pain, Honoka firmly grabbed her own upper arm and popped her shoulder back into place, in the process it made a cracking noise that always made her stomach squirm. That always gets me she shuddered inwardly.

When it comes down to it, it all depends on what you are doing. If its something like learning the piano, it could help you concentrate better if you know what I mean.
Listening to music (like the classical or really mellow stuff) can help you relax and concentrate more if you are doing a task like reading or writing something, or even typing up an essay. But if the task is something like, lets say for example, driving a car or you're building something in your woodworks class, then I would say that listening to music would not be a good idea as it can lead to you being distracted and you could get injured because of it. When it comes down to it, it really all depends on what the student (or yourself) is doing.
