well one, i would have low self esteem if i was rejected from some one i liked. but being overweight, people dont like you because your bigger than them, but also not much of that will do it, if you are rejected by someone you like makes you thinking no one likes you and if you are rejected by someone important such as a mom, that will make you feel unimportant and just in the way thats where thinking negitive about your self. thinking about things such as good things you have done or things someone has said about yourself that is positve. it doesnt matter if you are smart or not because thats just a competition of what you know and what you memorized. so be nice to your self and everyday look into a mirror and talk to yourself being nice.
