Reached their limit? If they are wanting to keep it in a 'CGI graphic style', then, yes, they have reached their limit..perhaps. However, I doubt it will ever end. Final Fantasy is what Square Enix is known for and it will never go away.

CnC time! =D CnC: Good signature. I've never seen your other work, but I'll trust this is your best signature yet! Although it is good, it can be better. The signature has a 'burnt' look to it. I haven't made signatures in months, so I have forgotten the names of the tools used to make them. But, it looks as if you have too much contrast or something. Another thing, the stock isn't blended in with your background. Add more depth with more layers. Take away the 'burnt/dark' look and add eye-catching colors. Sharpen your render and make it stand out more. Overall, good work. =]
