Marcus was there hours before it started and he helped with everything. He had to do something with the amount of nervousness and soda that made sure he had a nice healthy energy boost at the slightest convience. He helped wheel the TV's in on the carts. Eight. Two for each wall, and then he helped plug in the games(all of differing varieties), configure the channels and remotes for each T.V. He hoped someone would appreciate the old video game consoles, after all, they were the starters that took video games off the ground. He put two long tables together, in the center of the room and had the volunteer's move about and gather black markers so that he could mark the pizza's by name when they arrived. He hated flipping open random boxes to see what pizza was in which box.

The massive amounts of pizza were organized and stacked by whatever was on them from anchovi's to meat lovers and those weirdo's who liked hot fruit(like pineapple) on their pizzas. A team was disignated to mark the boxes and another team was disignated to stack a fresh box ontop of the marked one. This was very efficient until a boy named James dropped a box he was about to stack. Marcus narrowed his clear colored eyes and pointed to the door. There were no **** up's on Marcus' squad. Hmph. Moving on was simple, he'd chosen to buy canned sodas and juices for all and place them into two large coolers found near the edge's of the two tables. Two coolers on each end, each cooler holding a can and ice combo that would have the drinks cold by the time anyone arrived. It was tricky almost, ordering that amount of pizza and having it arrive at a time it'd be kept warm throughout the wait it'd take for anyone to arrive. Paper plates, napkins and cups were scattered throughout the tables and after that he didn't want to place another thing on the table, so he shifted his focus to the chairs, simply placing them in a half circle around the two T.V.'s while frowning when he didn't set up a station for PC gamers. Ah well, there was always next time. But now it was time for some music. A mass music playing device had to be found and soon the radio's holiday music was playing. Which was temporary until the party started at least.

Marcus soon heard a voice after he finished with what he assumed was everything, turning around in a bit of surprise he saw his roomate. The dark haired boy was nice enough, but sometimes Marcus felt as if he was going to ask him to smoke pot with him or something. What was his question again? Oh, pizza. "Yep, any pizza you can eat. Well almost, there wasn't enough table to go around." Marcus grinned and began to show off the labeling system he'd set up for the pizzas. "You're kind of the first one here...well, aside from the few people who helped," Marcus paused to turn to another boy before that boy could sit down, "Could you go get James? I trust him to play games, just not missions." The boy frowned not at the question, but at the word missions, Marcus stared him down blankly before turning a smile to Theodore, biting his lip soon after because he voiced his thoughts and said, "You don't think this party's dumb, so no one will come, right?"

Marcus was finishing up his dinner and sighed as the last of the food on his plate went down his gullet. This was great, his flyers were scattered around the school. The party was tomorrow and the room and help needed for decorating the room was already set up and planned to go into affect tomorrow. Today was not a bad day at all, surely his efforts would be rewarded with something.

His sweater was pulled down tighter as he headed back into the cold for the last planned time for the night. He couldn't spare any time for his gaming console tonight. He would be playing it and his many others tomorrow. He was giddy as changed into his night clothes. Sleep came quick when his excitement wore off, he briefly wondered who would come as he typed out a tumblr post and the fatigue of ripping and running through the school cast him into dreamland.

Marcus stood outside Cherno's door and sighed a little inward sigh. Still no sign of him or even a roommate answering his knock. Poor guy, must be tired after all he looked like he was passed out in the Pharmacy. Marcus shook his head and turned on his heel to head out of the boys dorm. He rubbed his shoulders as he made a beeline for the recreational housing. His left shoulder felt like he'd slept on it funny so it was slightly bothering him. He placed it in the back of his mind as he began to assign himself a mission. Task one. Find the computer and printer room. Hew found it in less then a minute. Task two. Find or create a good invitation slash flyer. It took some Googling and YouTubing, but he completed his first flyer ever. A video game extravaganza plus a pizza party. This place was cold. This place was boring. And what better way to welcome the few Bellhurst kids that trickled in on the train.

Marcus grinned at his brilliance and stood up from his computer chair after hitting the print button on the computers printer. He hovered over them, his grin replaced by a genuine smile despite the nervousness that flooded him. As he picked up the multiple copies he'd made. Like a man on a mission he plastered the a few flyers in the room he was in. The left a few more on the message boards of each room that held classes. He skipped the Gym and Gardens. Ignoring rooms like that a even pressing the invitations to the nearby trees, Marcus breezed into both dorms, dropping off the invites on the message boards there and randomly slipping them under doors before scurrying out of the last dorm.

Get down. Game on. You have thumbs so use them for something other then grabbing stuff! Come to party? Eat pizza? Play Video Games? We have all that and more! You're still on campus for a reason, you might as well have some fun till classes kick back in. We even have fun here! Well it will be here because the events tomorrow.
    Who: Every student on campus
What: A party to kill some boredom
    When: December 19th, 4:30pm
    Where: Ashvale's Room 12
Marcus was leaning against the trees near the administrator's office. All this scurrying about left him a little breathless and he realized he was still not done. He still had to host and plan the party. Ugh. Another reason why a friend would be nice, his online friends couldn't help him here. But this party could. Marcus put a smile on his face, at least he would get to spend. He hustled out of the cold and into the warmth of the building. Signing the right paper work and finding the right people to gather the TVs needed for his little event was also easy, he decided to reward himself with a little snack from the cafeteria, which .

Marcus chowed down merrily. This pizza was really good with his fries. His mind flickered back to that Cherno fellow as he let his mind wander to recent events. The Bellhurst kids seemed to be true, through and through. He thoughtfully began to chew his food as he figured he should double check on the fellow. He seemed like he was on death's door. Some food would do him some good! He could show Cherno the ropes despite being the younger one. He smiled a small private smile before heading back to his room after disposing of his tray. He made sure he was adquately dressed and bustled over to the room Cherno had told him the day before. Oh boy, his first day looking for a new friend and whamo! He might already have one, Marcus was getting nervously giddy so once outside the appointed door, he stopped, slapped his cheeks and forced his body to take a few deep breaths. "Marcus, your first impression must have been good, because he wants to talk to you again. So don't screw up. Maybe he'll go shopping with you." Merely saying that quietly outloud cheered up Marcus. The poor bum kid from Bellhurst looked like he needed a good friend and a new wardrobe.

Aside from an uncle and cousin who lived in Coy City before the flooding, Marcus knew little to nothing about Brookridge's neighbour. He could only hope they all didn't talk in the weird confusing manner that Cherno talked in. He made a mental note to check with his cousin before the day was through. He sighed, took one more deep breath which did nothing to still his beating heart and took the plunge. Rising his fist up to knock on the solid door of Cherno's assigned dorm room. Nervous Marcus prayed that the doormate wouldn't pick up. He was feeling three times the shy just thinking about it. What would he say? Duh he'd ask for Cherno. But what if it was another Bellhursty! And he tripped on his tongue while talking and looked like an utter fool. What if they were older boys. And cool, like Cherno, kind seemed, in a weird Cherno way. "Dude, calm down before you have a panic attack!" He berated himself quietly before applying three knocks on the door and tensing up as if a gun was in his hands and he was on a military mission. Some soldier.

Did the campus stink? He didn't know. He supposed he was oñ campus too much to know. Ah Cherno Plume! Weird name but cool sounding. Maybe he was a gamer too. Anyway, he didn't know if he needed directions since he seemed comfy right here. Marcus smiled at the boy's attempt to smile, proffering his hand and deciding he'd like to get know more about this bum student with the weird speech. "I'm Marcus, Marcus Nunn. I'll show you were the security and dorms are, you look beat.." He spoke calmly proud at not seeming to embarrass himself throughput the conversation.

It was with that Marcus lead Cherno about campus, compulsively telling about the buildings along the way from the pharmacy to the dorms to the cafeteria as well. "I'm going to bed now, but let me know if you need anything. We are in the same hallway! I'm in room 930. Get some rest, bro." Marcus gave the guy one last grin and left him, feeling a need to reward his good behavior with a few hours of gaming. When that was done he got ready for bed and then, went to bed.

Oh my God, it's a bum. Maybe I should tell security this guy is here. Cherno's bottle of pills rattled and it caused Marcus to glance at them and wonder just what this bum was on. To stroll into their school and bum out on the chairs in their pharmacy. Maybe the drugs make him talk like that... His brow furrowed in thought as he took a step back and glanced up and down the halls and rooms nearby the two boys. Aside from the lady behind the counter. No one had even entered this place, since he'd arrived. "The only old ladies here is the one at the counter." This comment was said in a low voice, in case the old lady behind the counter had sharp ears, and judging by her frown, she did.

Marcus wondered what he should do, the young boy began to fidget, he wanted to help, but the druggie said he was fine. Marcus briefly wondered if this was in the school's rules. He pushed glasses back up on his face and spoke to the guy once again. "You know, we can get you some help..., the clinic people are really nice too the addict people." Poor druggie, probably saw a hallucination. What was a sign of drug abuse? Big pupils, Marcus subtley tried to move in closer, just slightly, so he could check out Cherno's eyes.

Marcus sigh grumpily as not a new face appeared to him in the cafeteria. So he disposed of his tray and stood up to straighten his shirt, with that done he began to trudge back towards his dorm. He stretched, glad the food was so good here. He contemplated what to do aside from playing video games. Clearly the newsletter must be wrong, or inaccurate. How could they not be awake and eating right now? Shrugging he continued on his way before his phone vibrated in his pocket. Itwas a reminder from his Notepad app on his phone, telling him that it was time to pick up his spare glasses. Marcus didn't mind wearing glasses, he thought they fit his face and therefore made him look good. He also had a slight fear that his face was too mean looking, or too intimidating despite it appearing to be so young, so he liked that the glasses softened his face and his clear eyes. He made a complete three sixty and headed in the direction of the school's very own pharmacy, picking up that tune he left as he headed into breakfast. Soon he was at the entrance to the place he wanted to be and he pushed the doors open and stepped right on in.

Marcus pulled out his school ID and let the nice lady behind the counter smile at him as she checked it before vanishing in the back and returning with a pair of glasses. When he turned back around to head out, he noticed a very disheveled but unfamiliar face to him. Unfamiliar? Unfamiliar in every sense of the word! A Bellhursty was right here in front of him. What a rare pick up this could be. He looked down and frowned in thought though. What if the guy was a jerk, or didn't like him for whatever reason. Marcus was shy too, what if he could barely get a sentence out and then he'd be known to the Bellhurst kids as the Brookridge boy with the weird way of talking. Those thoughts were quickly wiped from his mind as he looked up at the guy, and saw that he didn't look too well. He wondered breifly why he'd be here and not in the clinical area as he approached the barely older male. "You alright, new guy, I can get a nurse if you want."

    DAY 17
    December 16th, Sunday, 8:30am
    [IMG]

Marcus was up at 8:30. Now it was time to power up the T.V., scoop up the newest newsletter and see what was going on in the Acad of Ex. He grinned at his knickname for his school, so he powered up his T.V. and headed off to the Mail Room to grab his letter. His eyes skimmed it as he yawned and pushed his glasses back up his nose, heading back into the house and plopping on his bed's edge. The T.V.'s talking becoming background noise as he skimmed the letter. Bellhurst kids were reported to have arrived last night. Weirdo's. Coming to school before it was nessesary. Marcus snorted and let the letter fall on his side of the room. His WinPlosion soon lit up green and began to hum as the local news was replaced by the newest shooting game on the market. Shooting Dead Zombies As You Live the Life of a Soldier III!

He settled the newest gaming head phones over his ears and let the sounds of dying enemies and flying bullets hit his ears with perfect clarity, the sounds so well placed that he could hear them from his left ear piece if they flew from that direction and vice versa for the right. His stomach rumbled after thirty more minutes of game play. Hunger? Man **** hunger. He had a world too save. Unfortunately hunger's call was too strong, and he had to put his controller down. He glanced about his room for a half eaten pizza or something. But he sighed, for there was none. He stood up and stretched, jamming his phone into the pants he was going to where for the day before slipping on a sweater over hiself. He began to hum as he rubbed his still sleepy eyes and wondered if the new influx of students would bring any cuties. He grinned and ceased his humming to push his glasses back up his nose. He'd just have to see for him self. It was time to camp like a cheap sniper in his video games. His bottom settled onto one of the seats of the cafeteria's tables when he finished selecting his early. Chocolate chip pancakes, bacon and eggs. Mm. He began to devour his food as he had his eyes swivel over the familliar faces of the Brookridge early birds.

Not a Bell in sight. Ah well, it was still early, and he still had some food on his plate. 'Last night was a little weird', he thought, as he yawned again. Still sleepy for breaking his bed time. It's as if the voice in his head went out of control and made him feel like stabbing someone. But he was already playing games, so he stabbed until his heart and mind were clear once again. 'Do I have a problem? Haha, no. I'm just a kid, and besides, I 'gotta be a soldier first class.' He dismissed the thoughts in his head and began to talk strategy with himself, he also let his mind wander over the RPG games he'd been wanting to play, but never got around too it, he didn't know where to even start. And he didn't want to use the internet. He wanted a friend to help out with that, to make it and the Acad of Ex, a little less lonely. He exhaled loudly, and took another chocolatey bite. It was still an early day.
