Donations from the grateful students of his past allowed him to have enough Col to make a fair price. Only one or two would need a crystal so he could take whatever was left for himself. "How about fifty Col for all one three hundred Col for all three?" He knew the prices for one night at an inn. So he thought he was being more then fair. His head tilted, someone had fallen again. But they were alright, so he let them be. The twins were taking on their second boar. He smiled, they were advancing quickly. His eyes flickered back to hers and he gave a small smile to her.
He nodded his understanding before leveling his gaze at her. "I teach. People come, and I tell and teach what I know. Free of charge, of course." His eyes strayed from her for a brief second as one of older students fell flat on their bum. In a blink, his dark eyes were on hers again. "What have you got? I'm sure a few of them will need healing of some kind after this."
...Just don't break her heart, Misty...
:OOC: Sorry for the slowness. Been real tired lately. And I have limited comp time. But I'm still here and interested. I'll be replying to Mono, asap. Though his little group had fanned out, each remarkably getting into the swing of the fighting system for the game, he made sure to subtley keep them in a disorganized line. Since that would allow him to see them with one eye, and use his other eye for seeking anything that could be a threat too his students. Such as the young woman who approached him after giving a glance the twins way. He folded his arms across narrow chest and cast his dark gaze at the smaller person who waved to get his attention. That gesture made him relax, just a smidgen. He didn't bother telling his students that he'd be talking to someone, that might throw them off when they need to pay attention in battle. Besides, the peripheal of one of his eyes was keeping a close tab on them. So, giving her a little nod and a small smile he spoke to her. "Hey, what can I do for you? You wouldn't be interested in learning a thing or two about the game..would you?" He took in her appearance. Checking to see if he'd be the one learning something from her. But at his current skill levels, he couldn't detect much, if any difference between them both. So he let his question stand.
The Brick Bible by Brendan Powell. In summary. The First Testament, completely illustrated with Legos.
This is so awesome. Have you given any thought into condensing it for a VN? And what do you recommend for art work for the spaceships? I have never seen one in a VN?
Would everyone all be OCs? And I suggest that since it's a college the professor takes them to other sections of the school or city. Which will be modeled or and named after the different subsections of the forum and the professor can use the group and these trips as life changing tools?? Just snowballing here.
That's perfectly fine by me. I was trying to join the group soon.
@What? I agree with you on the music front. Classical music is what I enjoyed while reading VN's with Jayn. And they seemed to be most fitting no matter what the occasion. Though I do think rock is versatile enough to, not compete with, but be inserted into certain sections of the VN. When I think of music, I think of Pokemon or VN's where each character/area got their own song that fit them. I think we should implement that, musicwise. @Jayn I like our little Generated protagonist. If anything, we should keep her an OC and give/call her a proper forum name. Her age is alright, I was around that age when I joined, lol. I don't think her background matters much, in all honesty; her randomly generated life story seems good enough for our purposes which, is for forum fun. I just don't think we should care about the protagonist's background unless it really matters, like Jiku mentioned using the divorce for dramatic effect at one of her low points of the story. Which would be perfect, otherwise, it's fine to me. About her sexuality, I don't mind it at all. Makes her more unique. How many of use have EVER read anything with a lesbian protagonist? Plus, how neat would this VN be with a female lesbian saving a forum from crashing and burning while taking a little break with her currency to play some kind of "Name the Lyrics" game or whatever in the KHV-Chorus section? I love the idea of seperating the VN from the other version of the Musical, because why would I waste my space downloading a VN where I just click through it in under 15 minutes or so? I can just watch the Let's Play. If people are willing to put in the time and effort to make the VN even better then it would be without the extra fun and content, then I am all for it. Plus I cannot be the only one who'd think it'd be a little pointless in a linear VN which just something simple like a..'Save' and 'Resume Chapter' feature. That would be great, but a waste of the creativity us members could provide. I will type up and respond more later. This sleepyness is really getting to me at the moment. PS: Sorry for any errors.
The morning was over. The warm and bright sun directly above the little group Yugure stood in the centre of, signaling that it was early afternoon. Perfect weather to be outside. Speaking simply but in a nice orator's voice, he instructed the group on the basic points of fighting, despite his being younger then 3/4 of the groups. He was didn't even have his weapon out, boars were no match for him at this point, so in this area, he didn't lower himself to use weapons on them. His little group however, would be fighting a good amount of them. "Now, you know the basics. No double teaming." He laughed and gave a discreet nod to two females, twins stuck in the game together. "You need to learn that this place is dangerous, and sometimes, there will be no one too help you." His face was grim as he spoke that second sentence, but as a good teacher, he had to feed the good and bad thin, to make sure that they learned his lesson. "Put what I taught you to good use. I will not come to your aid, because these guys are child's play." Yugure smiled at the ones who showed disdain at his harsh sounding words, "I believe in you. We can beat this place, this game, together. Now get to it!" He gestured dramatically with fingerless gloved hand towards the waiting boars they'd sectioned off for themselves.

Dragonlance: Rise of the Dragons. Storm of the Tempest. I forgot the author's name. I couldn't remember if my class last read Othello or Pygmalion. I think it was Othello.
I was so upset with how short the first one was. I would love more Mecha games like it. I don't know how I even got my hands on the first one for PS2. Anyway, it looks worth the price. I will definitely add it to the list of games I wish to buy.
In the soundless video. When he's speaking, and that little kid is just dancing on the beach. I never even noticed the kid so much. But without the sound, I just think, "Man..that kid can dance. And he's doing the dance that Psy does."
Gangnam style. Silently. PS: i thought it was funny
Shh. Do you hear that? Someone singing "This was a triumph. "
