I use a program called Switch. It's pretty simple and free. Just type something like Switch Converter into google.

Okay, this is constructive criticism, okay? You did not draw the top one, am I correct? Only the bottom one. The top was your reference. SO with that cleared up... the head shape seems to be right, but the face is not angled correctly. The eyes, nose, and mouth should be at an angle because the head is tilted. Also, the one of the eyes is smaller than the other, and the right one is tilted at an awkward angle. I think it doesn't go out enough or something. Also, the bottom right half of the cat's chin isn't poofy enough. You made it go in a little bit rather than being rounded like it is in the picture, making the head look a little too small. Keep practicing and I'm sure you'll improve :)
