OOC: Daxma, first of all, Tobirama isn't faster and stronger that Madara. Check the stats again. Also, even if he was faster, it'd still be difficult to outmanuever him due to the Sharingan. Madara witnessed two new moves and added them to his "portfolio." He leaped back with a jerk and evaded the first attack. And was hit by the second, but the majority of the electricity was blocked by his Katana, stinging his hands and and deflecting the majority of his blast. He sheathed his Katana. Whith his newly freed hands he then grabbed ahold of his chain which was still attacked to the scythe. With a mighty tug, he swung it, along with a large portion of the Mud Wall, which grew around the scythe to stop it, towards the two Shinobi who stood in his way. Whith his other hand he reached for his fan, "Wind Rock Barrage Jutsu!" The bolder attacked to the scythe shattered into smaller rocks as it clashed into the gust of wind. Creating a shotgun effect mixed with bolders and wind. This Jutsu was specifically selected because it nullifies the combination Jutsu Tobirama just utilized. I think Cecil's placement was a little low. But I think they were totally right about the placement of Bartz. And I KNOW they placed Kefka way too high.
Jiro felt is body get weaker, and weaker, until finally he collapsed. Between the intense pain of the poison, and the chakra being sapped quickly, he soon found himself unable to move, perhaps it was a waste of Chakra to use the Fire Jutsu. His vision blurred, and blurred, until finally he saw dark. I'm sorry... Madara sensei... Madara Uchiha was impressed by the level of his oppoent's Jutsu, and promptly added the first move to his list of techniques. However, he wasn't going to lose at this level. Dodging the water dragon bullet wasn't easy, and if not for his Sharingan, he would have been finished. Flipping forward closer to his opponent, he drew forth his War Fan. "Wind Release: Air Bullet!" It was a super jutsu amounst Wind releases. And it took quite a bit of chakra to muster that level, however, combining the actual Jutsu with the fan as a medium to generate the neccisary wind, made the move a lot less taxing on him. Upon landing, he drew forth his Katana, and charged forth. Any attempt to evade Air Bullet would be predicted with his Sharingan, and countered accordingly.

He turned around towards his back and and saw a flurry of blades comming towards him. He managed to evade several, however one hit his leg and the other hit his arm. Immediately, he felt a massive burning in the general area. Much more than that of a regular wound. Poison! Jiro immediately recognized. He wasn't sure if it was going to be fatal, or just deabilitating. Either way, he knew he wasn't going to last too long in the fight. He wasn't sure if his reaction was a reflex, or a panic, placing his hands together to make a sign. Snake, Ram, Boar, Horse, Tiger. "FIRE RELEASE! Fireball Jutsu!" It was aimed in the general direction of the blade wielder. And for whatever reason, he felt fatigued using that move. He hoped that he would be saved soon, as he believed either one of these opponents outmatched him. Madara immediately recognized a forein presense in the room. And hearing what he had to say, he replied. "Our mission is not the boys eyes." He grasped ahold of his chained scythe, and hurled it towards the figure.
IDK, but he reads pron, and is infactuated with a girl he met when she was 7, and he was already an adult. Also, his character bio in Dissidia notes, "Cecil is good with children." However, he did end up marrying a grown woman.
