    KHV's Top 10
    ~Worlds~
To date, there have been over 35 worlds featured in the Kingdom Hearts franchise. While most of these are Disney, there are still some originally created favorites from the Square Enix side of the department. When traversing through these worlds, it is often to "teach" the characters something, or lead them to a new world. Some worlds may not have a purpose other to entertain select fans. But what is it about the worlds we like? The films they're based off, the musical score, the plot, the enviornment? Once again, KHV's Top 10 explores voters choices and why certain worlds may be more popular than others. So here are KHV's Top 10 Worlds of the franchise.

    #10) HalloweenTown
    Votes: 5
    Average Ranking: 5.4
The only Tim Burton world thus far to be featured in the series. Halloweentown is based off the 1993 film; The Nightmare Before Christmas, and comes with a spooky theme to match it's name. Halloweentown is always dark and really captures the fun side of terror with the atmosphere, to the heartless you face. In Kingdom Hearts 2, this world was expanded into "Christmas Town," which being the opposite of Halloweentown, still kept that same atmosphere in the light all around feeling of the season themed world. While everything may seem dark and grey, this world is full of surprises and terrors to keep you returning.

    #9) Keyblade Graveyard
    Votes: 5
    Average Ranking: 4.2
A barren wasteland of fallen keybladers, the Keyblade Graveyard is the result of the legend of the keyblade war. Where people fought over the light of Kingdom Hearts, which eventually caused darkness to overtake the heart of all worlds with the only remnants of that past being the keyblades scattered all across the world. With nothing but mountains and earth as far as the eye can see, it tall maintains a certain charm about it. In Birth by Sleep, it fulfilled its purpose of being a fitted setting for each character's final battle.

    #8) Symphony of Sorcery
    Votes: 6
    Average Ranking: 7.5
To all melody and music lovers, you will find yourself immersed into the sights and sounds of Symphony of Sorcery. Based off the 1940 film; Fantasia, the locations and music are based off individual segments. Three of the films classical pieces were also featured as part of completing the world; The Pastoral Symphony, The Nutcracker Suite, and The Sorcerer's Apprentice. Some of my favorite moments include the rematch with Chernabog (Giant dark satanic monster and final Disney boss in the first Kingdom Hearts) and when Sora and Riku compose the Dearly beloved track together. Based off one of Disney's first films, it still captures the magic of Disney and desire from Nomura, who wanted to do this world for quite some time.
    #7) Beast's Castle
    Votes: 6
    Average Ranking: 6.3
Fighting alongside Beast in the first Kingdom Hearts, the player never really gets to see where he and Belle are from. In Kingdom Hearts 2, Beast's Castle appears as the dark and enchanted castle in which beast and his castle staff had turned into their respected cursed forms. The enitre setting of the world takes place in the castle, where everything looks dark and abandoned, save for the grand ballroom. Beast's Caslte is based off the 1991 film; Beauty and the Beast.
    #6) Radiant Garden
    Votes: 6
    Average Ranking: 5.6
Originally introduced as Hollow bastion, Radiant Garden is home to many Final Fantasy favorites and the human forms of the first 8 members of Organization XIII. A lush and glorious kingdom, it is filled with many fountains, flowers, and a very bright setting. However, this beautiful world only gets to be explored in Birth by Sleep and Kingdom Hearts 2. This was due to Maleficent's take over which transformed the world into Hollow Bastion for over a 10 year gap.
#5) The World that Never Was
    Votes: 6
    Average Ranking: 4.8
The World that never was is home base to Orgnization XIII, as well as a world engulfed near the darkness. So much in fact, that many a heartless and nobody will be spawning everywhere. The most notable landmark is in the center of the industrial city; The Castle that Never was. Most of the world' exploration takes place inside the nobody themed castle and is heavily featured at the end of Kingdom Hearts 2 and prior to Roxas' mission in 358/2 Days. This dark city world was recently featured in Dream, Drop, Distance as the final world and continues to hold it's setting as one of the worlds closest to the darkness.
    #4) Destiny Islands
    Votes: 6
    Average Ranking: 4.3
The place where it all began; Destiny Islands. One day, you're collecting provisions for a raft and being competitive with your pals, the following night, you find your island being engulfed by darkness, causing you to summon the keyblade and go on a most epic adventure through many worlds. Ahh childhood... Both console games ended with Destiny Islands, both showing lovely CGI, accompanied by a memorable ending, and an Utada Hikaru song. It's featured in every game in the series, but is only playable in the first. Little known fact; If you rearrange "Destiny island," you get "It's Disney Land."
    #3) Hollow Bastion
    Votes: 8
    Average Ranking: 4.3
Hollow Bastion is the heartless-transformed world formerly known as Radiant gardens. It was featured heavily in both Kingdom Hearts console game.It was Maleficent's home base where she assembled the council of Disney villains in Kingdom hearts, and home base to Sora and the previous Radiant Garden residents in Kingdom hearts 2. While there were alternate means of travel in the first game (Lift stops, Bubbles) the second game is more explorable by foot, allowing the player to explore new areas. One area that is shown but cannot be accessed is villain's vale. (The towered base of operations for Maleficent and Pete) while everyone has their reasons for liking this world, one thing I enjoy in particular about it is the music track; "Scherzo Di Notte." Eventually this world is returned to it's original state of Radiant Garden, but based off KHV's voters, this variation of the world holds some favored memories and areas.
    #2) Twilight Town
    Votes: 9
    Average Ranking: 4.0
First seen in Chain of Memories, I didn't recognize this world at all. Originally I was trying to decipher if it was from a Disney film, but I later found out it was an original world. Twilight Town is the home and "birthplace" of Roxas. A very serene and pleasant town, it is one of the more expanded worlds to date in the series. You get to spend your time traversing the areas for a whole week in Kingdom hearts 2 as Roxas, so there is plenty of time to see what the town has to offer; Struggle battles, paid jobs, wide range of space. Twilight Town has an "endless sunset" charm to it, where it always feels like the end of the day. It plays a very emotional role to Roxas and holds some of the more memorable talks a the top of the town's clock tower. Because after a hard day, what's better than sitting with your pals, eating sea Salt ice cream, and watching a never ending sunset. (Though I think I might get annoyed at a sunset that never sets...)

    #1) Traverse Town
    Votes: 10
    Average Ranking: 3.3
So after the traumatic experience of having your home destroyed, you black out and are awoken by a dog licking your face. Dazed and confused, you don't know where the heck you are, only that you aren't home. Yes, to many long time fans, Traverse Town holds a special place in their gaming heart as the first playable world that kick started your journey into the world of Kingdom Hearts. (In the series sense, not the heart of all worlds sense) Many firsts are experienced in this town; first Final Fantasy cameo, first Party members, first Emblem Heartless Boss battle, first magic spell learned, first Summon gained, first world to feature characters outside the Final Fantasy series, and first Secret Disney boss. The 3 district layout is upgraded to 5 in Dream, Drop Distance, where thanks to flow motion, players can traverse through traverse town like never before. While the first 3 districts have a Victorian setting, the 2 added districts hold a more modern appeal. Whatever your reason for liking or disliking the world, Traverse Town was the first to hold your judgement.

At the end of every month, an announcement thread will be set up to reveal the topic for that month. Your choices should be ranked 1-10 (#1 being the top pick) and will be sent privately to Krowley. Why send it privately, you ask? This is to keep things anonymous and more anticipated instead of easily predicted.

Yes, news is slow and with less than 2 months before the Japanese release, and all magazines are getting all the latest news info they can out there. Famitsy Weekly is no exception. While no new information has been distributed, you can at least enjoy the scans, courtesy of True gaming.

    KHV's Top 10 - #4

Hello to all loyal and newly joined members. I'm Krowley; one half of the news group team on this lovely site you visit. Due to the shortage on recent news, the staff has permitted me to start up a new little project that everyone can take part in! "KHV's Top 10" is a biweekly countdown of members' top 10 choices regarding subjects related to kingdom hearts. The subject in question can vary from characters, places, objects, etc. As for how the subject if decided upon, this could be based off recent Kingdom Hearts News or popular requests. (If anyone has a favored topic, feel free to suggest one!)

Instead of hearing staff's boring opinion, members are able to chip in their own ranked selections that will be tallied and averaged at the end of the time frame. At this time, either Mike, or myself will post a new topic after the previous results have been announced. That's right, Mike has graciously accepted to take part in this now, dual project. We will each by doing 1 countdown per month so there is always a chance to have your opinion heard!

Every two weeks, an announcement thread will be set up to reveal the topic for those two weeks. If you wish to have your say, simply send your own top 10 picks via Personal Conversation to the Reporter who is currently hosting. Your choices should be ranked 1-10 (1 being the top pick) and must be sent privately, not posted in this thread. Why send it privately, you ask? This is to keep things anonymous and more anticipated instead of easily predicted.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This week's segment is dedicated to past worlds seen in the series. Anything from the 2002 game to Dream Drop distance is up for selection.
NOTE: Worlds vary in their differences, and certain exceptions (Prankster's Paradise/Monstro, Hollow Bastion/Radiant Garden) count as separate worlds due to their level structure and design.

    KHV's Top 10
    ~Most Wanted Final Fantasy Cameos~
Final Fantasy has delivered us many characters from the Final Fantasy Franchise, and there are still many more that could make an appearance. the members of KHV have spoken with many they had in mind, which included the sent in picks of over 50 characters. (and this was just from 13 people) Many of our favorites have already been inducted into the Kingdom Hearts series, but which characters outweigh the rest and deserve to be introduced? Here's the forums Top 10 picks to that answer.

    #10) Terra
    (Final Fantasy VI)
    Votes: 4
    Average Ranking: 7.0
Terra Branford is a mysterious young woman. Like the nobodies of the Kingdom Hearts series, she starts off emotionless, and yearns to uncover more about her origins. Raised as a weapon of destruction, she presented herself as easily scared and confused. It isn't until later on, where she gains more assertiveness and manages to discover her true past. If she were to appear into the series, she wouldn't be the first teenager to be used by adults.

    #9) Vanille
    (Final fantasy XIII)
    Votes: 4
    Average Ranking: 6.3
Oerba Dia vanille is a bubbly and kind character. She remains upbeat despite her hardship-filled past and is often very emotional at times. Yet despite this, she is optimistic and tries to find a silver lining even in the most grim situations. With these qualities, I could definitely see her in a Disney series like kingdom Hearts. Girl also knows how to accessorize. Look at all of those trinkets she wears!
    #8) Laguna
    (Final Fantasy VIII)
    Votes: 4
    Average Ranking: 3.0
Laguna is a laid back, but kind-hearted individual. He is your typical lovable protagonist, but not without his quirks. He gets nervous around women and at times, can't get his wording right. His weapon of choice is a machine gun as well as other infantry related arsenal. He came close to making this list, and wouldn't need to be if he was placed in Birth by Sleep. For those who do not know, Laguna was originally planned to be in charge of the PSP game's Mirage arena. This was cancelled as to not interfere with his appearance in Dissidia 012.
    #7) Genesis
(Final fantasy VII - Crisis Core, Dirge of Cerberus)
    Votes: 5
    Average Ranking: 4.0
Genesis Rhapsodos is the main antagonist in Final Fantasy 7 - Crisis Core. This character derives from SOLDIER, and is another victim of the Jenova Project; a series of experiments aimed at creating a human hybrid with the alien creature Jenova. throughout out his arc in the PSP game, he finds obsession in a famous poem called LOVELESS as he believes himself, Angeal and Sephiroth to be the poem's protagonists. Genesis is actually based off the real life musician Gackt.
    #6) Zidane
    (Final Fantasy IX)
    Votes: 6
    Average Ranking: 6.5
Zidane Tribal is similar to Sora when it comes to making friends. He jumps at the chance to find allies and helps those in need regardless of the situation. Odd, since he's a thief, but it's those qualities that got him from kidnapping a princess to unfolding events that would lead him on a quest to protect the planet. As a thief, he uses short swords and daggers when fighting opponents, yet rarely uses his tail. Sora's original design actually reminded me of Zidane. A lovable little scamp, he would make a fine addition to all the mischief makers of the series.
    #5) Fang
    (Final Fantasy XIII)
    Votes: 6
    Average Ranking: 5.5
Oerba Yun Fang is a tall woman who is a very capable fighter who don't need no man. A very stubborn lady, Fang hates backing down and strongly believes in the power of luck. Most of Final Fantasy XIII, she works on her own personal agenda in protecting Vanille from a terrible fate. Wielding a double bladed spear, I wouldn't mind seeing this character manhandle the heartless and show the keybladers how it's done. To those who didn't know... she was originally designed to be a man.
    #4) Gilgamesh
(Final Fantasy I, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, XI, XII, XIII, Type 0)
    Votes: 6
    Average Ranking: 5.2
A recurring character in the Final Fantasy series, Gilgamesh has been on both sides of the good and evil spectrum. While his role is often minor, Gilgamesh is the most recurring character in the franchise and often serves as a persistently comical boss. These appearances often associate him as a traveling sword collector on the hunt for the legendary sword; Excalibur. As a blade collector, how could this man not appear in the Kingdom Hearts series yet? Many others have sought the keyblade's power, it's only a matter of time before this Genji suited character stalk his way into the series.
    #3) Vincent
(Final Fantasy VII, Dirge of Cerberus)
    Votes: 7
    Average Ranking: 5.6
Vincent Valentine is an optional party member from Final Fantasy VII. This alluring undead man is yet another victim of Professor Hojo's experimentation, which allows him to shapeshift and use abilities in the series. A gun wielder, his dark and brooding personality has made him one of the most universally adored characters in the Final fantasy franchise. His character design is well praised and his change over the course of the series is interesting as well. If this character does show up, I hope it's somewhere spooky or with a macabre-like atmosphere.
    #2) Kefka
    (Final Fantasy VI)
    Votes: 8
    Average Ranking: 5.9
This psycho clown's antagonistic appraise is matched only by Sephiroth. Kefka Palazzo is short tempered, loud, destructive, and a complete sociopath, and it's those traits that make him likeable. While past villains, are serious, cold, and distant, Kefka shows his humorous side when dishing out on the protagonists. Albeit dark humor, but when that cackle begins, I just find myself very intrigued. Where they would fit this character, I'm not sure, but I do hope fans find him eventually.
    #1) Lightning
    (Final Fantasy XIII)
    Votes: 11
    Average Ranking: 4.8
Is anyone really surprised? As the franchise's second head female protagonist (first being Terra) Lightning has made a name for herself and has become one of the most iconic characters. Heading into her 3rd installment of the FFXIII series, she continues to be, in the words of Misty, the Final Fantasy flagship character. Which is hillarious, since her character was originally meant to be flirtatious and have more sex appeal! (Oh, early development...) I'm sure many fans who wished to see her added to the series, noted a "leaked" picture of Lightning carrying a struggle bat. A fake article said she would appear in Kingdom Hearts 3D, but this was confirmed as a hoax when the artist released her step by step prank. So whether you love her for her allure, attitude, or pink hair, Claire "Lightning" Farron has received the admiration of many and made the top of this list.

    KHV's Top 10
    ~Organization XIII Members~
Organization XIII was assembled in hopes of creating the ultimate heart of all worlds; Kingdom Hearts. Sadly their plans were spoiled by kids with keyblades, but we still see them popping into the series now and again. Whether it be them or their human counterparts, the Organization members have left their mark on the series, and here is KHV's Top 10 picks on their absolute favorites of the bunch.
This week's graphic banners were brought to you by the lovely Sumi.

    #10) Vexen
    Votes: 5
    Average Ranking: 6.8
The Chilly Academic. The more scientific of Ansem the Wise's apprentices, Vexen is cold and calculating with a weapon to match. Vexen uses a shield and has power over ice, giving him the power to freeze his opponents, but like mot cliches, the smart ones, are among the first to go, and in Vexens case, he was the first. His demise came to be when he decided to take the plans into his own hands by revealing more than he should have, and in any organization, if you cannot contribute to the needs of the group, you will be "Let go." Up until the end, Vexen kept his cold and cowardice personality. So How cold is he? Enough to create replicas from the memories of young children and manipulate them to the needs of adults.
    #9) Saix
    Votes: 7
    Average Ranking: 6.4
The Luna Diviner. Though not part of the original six, Saix is Xemnas' second in command, controlling operations in 358/2 Days and ensuring them out in Kingdom Hearts 2. He has a calm demeanor, but if necessary, he will go full out berserk with no self control. He carries a bladed weapon called "Claymore" which like him, becomes more savage when entering a berserk state. One of the more emotionless of the bunch, Saix appears devoid of his human self and accepts that he is a nobody. With this in mind, he still desires to regain his heart back, and and even planned to overthrow the organization with past friend Axel to retrieve them. However as Axel grew a closer bond to Roxas, Saix reformulated his plan to get his own back, but sadly never came to fruition.
    #8) Zexion
    Votes: 7
    Average Ranking: 5.0
The Cloaked Schemer and youngest of the Organization next to Roxas and Xion. One of the six founding members, Zexion has dominion over illusions and a vast array of magic. When first spotted in Chain of memories, this character had no weapon, and could not be fought. In the revamped Playstation 2 version, we see his weapon of choice to be a book called "Lexicon." As his subtitle implies, his character always seems to be using his manipulative and strategist skills against his foes. His expression is almost always constant and in Birth by Sleep, his human counterpart Ienzo (Not to be confused with our Sectional moderator of the same name) never spoke and carried the same, straight face. His mystery may be what gives him his popularity, but I personally
    think it's the hair.
    #7) Xigbar
    Votes: 8
    Average Ranking: 5.3
The Freeshooter. Xigbar can be quite enigmatic at times as while he is laid back, he always knows more then he lets on. Most likely one of the more informed members, he earned Xehanort's trust and has been going along with the villain's plan and is even a part of the new Organization XIII partly displayed in Dream, Drop, Distance. His weapons of choice are two snazzy arrow guns that can be combined into a sniper rifle styled weapon. when fighting, he also exhibits power of spacial gravity, allowing him to attack from above, teleport, and go straight up Topsy-Turvy on you! In 358/2 Days, Nomura expressed that Xigbar was his favorite character to play in Mission Mode, stating that his attacks have a high range, but slow reload rate.
    #6) Luxord
    Votes: 9
    Average Ranking: 7.3
The Gambler of Fate. Being the only Organization member with an identifiable accent, Luxord is a well versed and associates himself with any and all things related to cards. While most of his dialogue is references to games and gambling, his personality is far from playful. He gets to the point when in a conversation and prefers to skip the formalities instead of banter. We don't know a lot about his origins, but if he was one of the final 3 members to be defeated, I would love to see what he acted and pursued before becoming a nobody.
    #5) Xemnas
    Votes: 9
    Average Ranking: 6.2
The Superior; Leader of Organization XIII and nobody of long running villain; Xehanort. Xemnas and his smooth and seductive voice was first introduced in Kingdom Hearts 2 despite having first appeared in Hollow Bastion in Kingdom Heart Final Mix. Like all his Nobody member, Xemnas shows little to no emotion and keeps his eyes on the big picture; Kingdom Hearts. His weapons are quite different than his human counterpart, as he wields 2 ethereal blades (KH variation of light sabers) right from his hands and uses other laser based attacks when facing him. Though he and his organization perished, it won't be the last we see of him, as Xehanort always manages to put some incarnated cameo of himself in a game.
    #4) Xion
    Votes: 9
    Average Ranking: 3.4
One of the more reserved organization members, Xion's time was unfortunately short. She had a quiet personality, and the second female member. (Not to mention the nicer one by far) A lot of sympathy goes to Xion for her desire to be happy with Axel and Roxas, but can't, because she is held back for her constant questioning of her existence. This little neophyte was drawn form Sora's memories and was mistreated amongst her fellow members, being regarded as nothing more than a tool. Emotionally fragile, it isn't until the final quarter of the game, where we see some her best moments. Her final moments in 358/2 Days are some of the most touching in the Kingdom hearts franchise. She made her impact and was voted "Best New Character" in the 2009 Nintendo Power Awards.
    #3) Roxas
    Votes: 9
    Average Ranking: 2.4
The Key of Destiny. A nobody who has made himself well known indeed. The nobody of Sora, Roxas is shown to be more aggressive than his heart owning counterpart. He shares many traits with him, but is more quick-tempered and a very fun opponent. (That Dual wield.) Another fact is that Roxas is the only other character aside from Sora to be the main focus of a Kingdom Hearts game. (358/2 Days) He realizes and accepts his fate, but does so in an honorable manner. You'll find this character is often fan dubbed by our resident reporter; Mike.
    #2) Demyx
    Votes: 10
    Average Ranking: 6.4
The Melodious Nocturne. We never truly got to see much of this character's minor role in the organization, so how has he gotten so high on the list? He's lazy, never serious, and a coward when it comes to a fight, so how has he gained such admiration? Well, maybe it's because he's that unique. While other comical organization members got by on their wit and sarcasm, Demyx got his quips from being lazy and cowardly. his unique weapon of a sitar accompanied with the dominion over water clones is also very notable. This nobody even has his own Air walk shoe! So for whatever reason he's adored, it often fades when you recall fighting his clones on a timer.

Flurry of Dancing Flames. Originally planted as a trump card in Castle oblivion, he has come far in terms of character. In Chain of memories, he did his organizational duty in ensuring there were no traitors amongst the nobodies. A double agent of sorts, he weeded them out, with little to no remorse for his fallen comrades. In 358/2 Days, we see him soften up to fellow nobodies Roxas and Xion. He shows a calm demeanor and a sarcastic fun loving personality that makes him feel like he has a heart. His fondness towards his friend Roxas has kept him reappearing throughout the series in his now human counterpart; Lea. In the end of it all, his wit and fiery personality has earned him the titles of KHV's favorite Organization XIII member. Got it Memorized?

    KHV's Top 10 - #2

Small Update: Krowley will be filling in for Mike this week.

    KHV's Top 10
    ~Keyblade Wielders~
As the series progresses, we see that while wielding a keyblade is a rare, the characters who wield are shown to be quite interesting. Their fighting style, storyline, or even just personality, we have our reasons for why we like them. Two weeks ago, KHV was asked which appealed to them most, and here are the results! (On a side note, it saddens me that Master Xehanort did not make the top 10)
Graphic banners made possible by the talented Ienzo.

    #10) Terra
    Votes: 7
    Average Ranking: 6.72
Terra is the first character in the series to show the effects of how tempting the darkness can be. A classic hero being drawn over to the dark side never gets old to me. Though he is with good intention, Terra has been used by Master Xehanort time and time again, inching him that much closer to be used as his pawn. While he is a slow in combat, Terra is a hard hitter and one of the more powerful keyblade wielders. His time in the spotlight was short, but he still continues as part of the series, leaving fans to question what will happen to his possessed body in the future.
    #9) Lea
    Votes: 7
    Average Ranking: 5.91
Lea hasn't been a part of the keyblade crew for very long. We don't even get to see him wield the weapon until the end of Dream, Drop, Distance. (And even then, he only summons it) A very strong, supporting character, his motives and actions have usually been questioned, but his fiery personality has made him a fan favorite. Seeing him first in Chain of Memories, we didn't know much about him, but as the games release one after another, we see his more humane side and his valuable friendship with Roxas. All it took the creators, was to put a keyblade in his hand for fans to love him even more.
    #8) Vanitas
    Votes: 8
    Average Ranking: 7.44
The only Antagonist keyblader under 50. (Looking at you, Xehanort) We first got to see this masked boy of darkness in Birth by Sleep, where he is both cruel and cunning. The fights against him are similar to Riku's dark mode, with the exception that most of Vanitas' attacks are more shadow-like, with him constantly shifting from all angles. His voice is a nice change of pace from the past-puberty Haley Joel Osment's voice as Sora. While he appears to be just in his teens, he still manages to pull off a threatening atmosphere. Even with the skirt.
    #7) Roxas
    Votes: 8
    Average Ranking: 5.03
A nobody who has made himself well known indeed. The nobody of Sora, Roxas is shown to be more aggressive than his heart owning counterpart. He shares many traits with him, but is more quick-tempered and a very fun opponent. (That Dual wield.) Another fact is that Roxas is the only other character aside from Sora to be the main focus of a Kingdom Hearts game. (358/2 Days) He realizes and accepts his fate, but does so in an honorable manner. You'll find this character is often fan dubbed by our resident reporter; Mike.
    #6) Ventus
    Votes: 8
    Average Ranking: 4.28
Call him Ven. If you thought Sora was naive and caring, Ventus was the first to pull it off. First appearing in Birth by Sleep, he confused many a fan with the uncanny resemblance to the nobody; Roxas. (Explained as the game progresses) Having a heart without darkness, this character goes from world to world, doing good and making friends while trying to find and bring his friend; Terra, back home. While he is childish, he is not without a fighting spirit, as shown with his quick paced keyblading style. For such a happy guy, he has one very sad theme.
    #5) Aqua
    Votes: 8
    Average Ranking: 3.97
Aqua has the honor of being the first playable female keyblader in the Kingdom Hearts franchise. Not only that, but we also see her reach master in the same game. She not only has a main storyline, but a final chapter, and secret episode to play through afterwords, giving her the most play time in Birth by sleep. A nimble magic user, she is proven to be light on her feet and Nomura himself described her combat style as "Tricky." Responsible and selfless, she has sacrificed a lot for her friends and will do whatever she can do keep them safe.
    #4) Xion
    Votes: 9
    Average Ranking: 6.38
One of the more reserved wielders, Xion's time was unfortunately short. She had a quiet personality, with similar fighting style to Roxas. A lot of sympathy goes to Xion for her desire to be happy with Axel and Roxas, but can't, because held back for her constant questioning of her existance. Emotionally fragile, it isn't until the final quarter of the game, where we see some her best moments. Her final moments in 358/2 Days are some of the most touching in the Kingdom hearts franchise.
    #3) Sora
    Votes: 9
    Average Ranking: 4.99
What would this "Top 10" list be without the protagonist of the series himself; Sora. From Destiny islands and beyond, we follow the young boy's journey to see new worlds and find his friends. Fairly easy going, Sora is a friend to all he meets. Sadly, his naive and trusting nature is one of his weakest traits. Nevertheless, he a childish and lovable protagonist who we've gotten to see grow in the last 10 years into a... childish and lovable protagonist. Even when all odds are against him, Sora never forgets that his friends are his power!
    #2) King Mickey
    Votes: 10
    Average Ranking: 6.34
"It all started with a mouse." But not in this story's case. For a Disney icon, Mickey is quite the quick little slasher. His majesty is a strong and major supporting character who has been with the series every step of the way; From Birth by Sleep to Dream, Drop, distance. He is the only Disney character to wield the weapon, and he's under 3 feet tall! With Donald and Goofy at his command, the lighthearted King is there to lend a hand.
    #1) Riku
    Votes: 10
    Average Ranking: 2.10
Recently promoted Keyblade Master, Riku has been shown as one of the most developed characters. Starting off with Sora and Kairi on the islands, Riku wanted more from life. To set sail for new worlds, and see what else is out there. Upon his departure, he recklessly sought out all he could, not fearing the darkness, only to be later enslaved by it. Since then, Riku has not only conquered the darkness, but managed to use it to his advantage. Walking the road to dawn, he has earned his spot as KHV's #1 Keyblade wielder.

    Episode I - Fright Night
Krowley's Korner (Title coined by Jayn) is a little Radio segment I decided to make, which consists various themes from several different media. This media includes anything from the 8 bit to orchestrated themes deriving from shows, anime, films and games.
Tonight's theme is of course, Halloween. I've put together a track list of 25 themes in honor of the festive day, which is totaled to roughly 80 minutes.
Unfortunately, I won't be present at the time the Show begins, but I hope it is enjoyed. If It's well received, I will continue putting together more episodes. Enjoy the first installment beginning at 8:00 PM EST
