Aria yelled out when the swarm suddenly rained down on them like an angry flock of crows. The bracelet's light was practically blinding her as she felt the heartless push her back on the boat towards where Take was steering. And this time, she actually felt some pain. Unlike last time, she barely felt a thing when the heartless took a hit on her.

Once the chaos was over, Aria lowered her arms, shaking slightly as she looked around.
Maybe I was a bit too eager jumping into this... The girl shook her head and gripped her keyblade tightly as they were going towards little blue bubbles. "Not too fast at all," Aria replied as she took a couple steps back from Take. She was going to try what Chrono did a little while ago, even though it was a long-shot.

She aimed her keyblade at the dark swarm, trying to gather enough energy to mimic what she saw. She saw the little lightning bolts gathering at the tip of her rainbow colored keyblade and smirked to herself. "
Thunder!" she shouted, sending it towards the Demon Tower. "Ha, take that!"

It was surprisnging to say the least how powerful and how fast this dark swarm was. Hearing the woodchip and splinter did not sound like a good thing at all. She watched as Chrono got busy and sent out a Thunderspell towards the Heartless. Her eyes watched in amazement as it went forth and zapped the swarm, and then that’s when she realized she had no offense magic to help out in the slightest.

Oh greaaaaaaat,” she muttered to herself as she held up her keyblade. “Thank you Light Chaser, you forgot to teach me some things before I came back.” She was beginning to think she should have been the one driving instead of Take. “I am the powerful Light Chaseeeeer. I can bring worlds from the darkness, and have powerful magiiiic. But I can’t teach little girls powerful offense spellsss. Cause I suuuuuck. Okay, okay, but I can still contribute....” She raised her keyblade high in the air. “RAINBOW GLOW!

Both of the ships were surrounded by an aura of rainbow that made it seem like they were trapped in soap bubbles. It even gave off this nice feeling of warmth and a pleasant glow. “
Hopefully that’ll hold them off for a bit!” She called out as she lowered her keyblade. Aria then bit her bottom lip nervously, wondering how useful she was going to be during the rest of the battle. This was what I said I was afraid of happening...

Aria cringed at Glyde’s words. Obviously someone was super touchy about their fighting styles being called weak. “Hey now, I was referring to myself,” she argued. She creased her eyebrows and folded her arms over her chest .”We’re going to talk about this now, cause it’s just going to get in the way during our mission. I just got here like yesterday. I wasn’t with you guys previously. I’ve only seen how Take and Chrono fought yesterday, and I can only assume Illiana’s ability based on her status as a... general. I hadn’t seen you fought much, but gees, you must be darn good. I just didn’t want one team to be OP and then the other having me to deal with because of my lack of inexperience.”

She blew out frustratingly, making her bangs fly up for a moment. “Okay, fine, you go with Jim and Illiana since I’m assuming you two match in strength. I’m going with Take and Chrono.” She hopped on one life boat and then looked at the others, not wanting to waste any more time. “Well? Let’s get going then.”

It was convient timing for Jim to show up, and Aria grinned at the cabin boy. That saved them one trip and less time wasted.

Aria encouragely punched Take in the arm when he offered to help out. “Yeah! I bet you’re gonna be a good driver- I mean sailer.” She smiled and gave him a thumbs up before looking over at everyone. “Um... well. How about we split up like so; Glyde and Chrono can go with Take while Illiana and I go with Jim. Ooooor we can change it up? I was trying to split it up with the, er, ones with the stronger fighting style with the ones with the less fighting styles... Like me.” She smiled sheepishly. “Or I can hop the Take boat, and Glyde or Chrono can switch? What do you guys think?”

Aria was about to respond to Take when Chrono suddenly appeared out of the blue. She was half-expecting anyone to follow her, and was grateful to see she wasn’t the only one who wanted to take care of the situation. “Jim,” she answered his question. “We need Jim to help us use this life boat, cause it’s got weird buttons and stuff that we don’t understand... aaaand we should probably let them know we’re just borrowing it and not taking off with their stuff without asking,” she concluded, glancing at Take. “Good idea, I wasn’t thinking about that. But yeah, that is if Jim wants to help us. If not, I don’t know what else we’re going to do. The last thing I want is to put everybody in a panic in this world over something we can handle... without the drama.”

“Thanks!” Aria said in response to Silver. She yawned again and rubbed at her eyes, but she had her own dishes to do.

Not wanting to get wet, Nini meowed in protest and hopped out of Aria’s bag and back over to Take. She sat down at Take’s feet, staring up at him and tilted her head. She wanted to make sure he was completely calm by now and wasn’t going to go crazy again.

As she was cleaning up, Aria felt the ship sway under her and grabbed on to the counter. “Whoa!” She blinked and had a look around, seeing that Silver didn’t seemed phased by it. She wasn’t sure if it was normal, but something was telling her there had to be something amiss.

“Did you feel that?” Aria asked Take quietly. She then finished up her task and dried off her hands. “I’m going to go uptop.” With that, she hurried out of the galley and made her way up the stairs to the deck.

The wind hit her face and Aria blinked while looking around the deck. There was nothing unusual above her, but she heard something scraping on the sides...

The girl ran to the railings and held on as she looked down. She gasped when she saw a swarm of Shadow Heartless, but was surprised to see that they weren’t making there way up to the deck or seemed to pay attention to those aboard. She bit her lower lip as she watched them float off the ship and ahead of them, not liking the looks of this at all. Something had to be done. They were the keyblade holders after all.

Aria pushed away from the railing and caught one of the crewmen, who looked like a weird slug, finishing up their duties for the night. “Um, is there any way I can get off this boat for a little bit and get back on?”

It made some tooting noises at her, pointing to another set of stairs. Aria raised her eyebrow in confusion and then scratched her head. “Um, uh, thanks!” She then saw Chrono and Glyde and ran by them. “There’s swarm of heartless, on the sides, I’m going to check it out.”

The Teen was off again, running down the stairs and kept asking crew members here and there where to go. On her way, she ran into Illiana and briefly explained the situation to her while walking backwards, “Shadow Heartless. Side of boat. Gonna check it out. Night!” And then she turned a corner and was back on her mini quest again.

She was finally at the place where the lifeboats were stashed. “Made it,” she mumbled as she hopped on one. One look around though, and she realized that she had no clue how to work this this thing at all. “Uuuuuuuuh.... Well then...”

Aria giggled to herself when it seemed like Take was really enjoying the hot chocolate. “Marshmallows?” She suggested as she finished the last of her soup. She then took her hot chocolate in her hands and sipped it quietly. “Mmm, yeah, marshmallows would have made it taste better, but I didn’t see any. I was going to make some cool whip to go on top and add some rainbow sprinkles. That’s how my aunt and uncle used to make it. But that takes a tiny bit longer to make, and I don’t think we have all of the ingredients for that. Maybe next time.”

A yawn suddenly hit Aria and she tried to hide it behind her mug of hot chcooate. “Sorry, excuse me...” Having all of this warm soup and hot chocolate was making her really tired all at once. She hummed out as she rubbed her eyes and leaned back against the counter. “I must be getting sleepy,” she sheepishly admitted in a quiet voice. “It’s been a long day... Thank you again Mister Silver for the soup,” she said with a sleepy smile. “It was really delicious.”

Aria sighed out quietly in relief when Take seemed to take things over smoothly. Though Silver’s tone kind of made her heartstrings jerk, it was better safe than sorry to keep their keyblades less visible as possible.

It didn’t take long for the hot chocolate to finish, and she found mugs to dish Take, Silver, herself, and even a fourth mug up in the time Silver talked. She was offered the Family Stew, and she saw Take’s get an eyeball just in time. She gagged and covered her mouth, wondering what in the world was an eyeball doing in there, only to see Morph pop up.

Aria coughed, and then she giggled as she shook her head. “I was wondering where he was.” Aria reached for a small teacup and poured some hot chocolate for Morph. “Here you go~. I made Jim a mug too, if he wants one... Hot chocolate usually helps me feel better when I’m down...”

She took the bowl of family stew in her hands and had a cautious taste of it, pleasantly surprised with how good it was. “This is amazing. Reminds me-“ She cut herself off when she realized she was about say the name and talk about her homeworld and swallowed another mouthful to save herself. “Reminds me of what my uncle and I used to make. He has a robotic arm and leg, just like you,” Aria said with a grin as she sipped the broth. “Although his doesn’t do cool fancy things like yours does.”

She happy when Silver gave her a thumbs up and took a mixing bowl out with measuring cups and spoons. Aria heard the sound of food being chopped and glanced over to see Silver going to town with it. She blinked a moment, amazed with how fluid he was. She then shook her head and focused on the task at hand, measuring her ingredients and mixing it in quickly (but still not as fast as the cyborg).

She then had everything ready in a pot on a stove and then had to be patient in waiting for the liquids to warm up and brew. When she heard the question, she looked over her shoulder at Take and Silver, seeing the cyborg’s attention was on the younger teen. Aria kept stirring her pot, keeping her eye on the pair. It wasn’t that she didn’t trust Silver, it was that if Choma taught her one thing, it was to be cautious in other worlds with what you did and said. “
You didn’t get a good look during battle?” Aria asked with a slight smile.

Aria's eyes widened when Take seemed to apologize for the way he fought. "Whoa, whoa, it's okay!" Aria said with a smile as she raised her hands up in the air. "I just was worried about you, that was all. If anything, I was kind of wondering if you could show me how to fight sometime. The Light Chaser had me duel one of his students to see where I was at, and I only lasted like five minutes... I need to learn as much as possible," she mumbled as she rubbed the back of her head.

She felt better when Take said she didn't talk much, and then snorted out a giggle when Take called Illiana Iliama. "
Heh, I like that name better than mine. I forgot her name when we first met, so substituted it for Bread Girl cause she was really fascinated with the bakery when we were in Eventide."

She was about to carry the conversation more with Take when she heard heavy footsteps and glanced up. Aria almost thought she was at home again from that familiar sound, but then was reminded she was far away from Amerath when she saw Silver walk into the kitchen. Her heart fell for a moment as she stood by Take, quietly listening to Silver's words for a moment. So this was Silver's kitchen, or galley as he called it. That was sort of a relief for her. She then looked to her ingredients she grabbed on the counter, and then back to Silver. "
I'd like to try your family stew, that sounds nice," she said with a smile. "I was actually looking for the ki- I mean the galley. And I wanted to make some hot chocolate, but I didn't want to make it without asking if I could use some ingredients and whatnot. Er... may I?" She asked with a grin as she placed her hand hands behind her back and slightly swayed her shoulders in place. "You can have some too if you want, Mister Silver. That is, um, if I'm allowed to make it..."

She then heard the question and scratched her head a bit. "
Uh... how we managed to fight? Or how we got here?" Aria asked, not wanting to assume things.

The girl sniffled and quieted down as she listened to Take. She lifted her chin and watched him as he tried to piece words together the best he could. Even though he was having the hardest time forming the right words, it was sweet of him. It sounded as if he had gone through a similar experience, and knew how to deal with it to his abilities.

Aria’s lips curled upward through the tears as she took the sleeve of her shirt and wiped her eyes and cheeks. “No, I understand what you’re trying to say.” She cleared her throat and let her hands push her weight up to sit on the counter and rested her arms on her knees. “The people you love most will always stay with you no matter what; even if they aren’t physically here. And the bad things wanting my luck... or light, I guess... want to take that away from me. Which means in order to fight back, I have to take this loss and use it as a strength instead of something that’s gonna weigh me down. Because if I am down, that’s when I’ll be the weakest. And if I’m weak, then what good am I to protect everyone here who needs my help?”

She breathed out gradually to get her center again. “Thanks Takehiko... I mean it. Things have been so confusing and happening so fast, I don’t have time to blink.” Aria lifted her wrist and fingered the golden chain around it. “And being told I’m a princess of heart... a being of light... I don’t know if I should believe it. But if it’s true, then it makes a lot more sense why the bad things want to take my luck away.”

She then raised an eyebrow as she remembered what happened in battle. “I don’t think this is just a tracker, by the way... I think it has some kind of protection spell. There was one point where I got distracted, and one of the Pirate Heartless swung at my shoulder. But this golden light suddenly appeared, and I was hardly touched. While you guys were getting beat up, I was doing okay... Oh yeah, speaking of battles and getting beat up...”

Aria kicked her legs a little while dangling them there and stared at Take a moment. “If I bring you back from near death with a cure spell again, and then you throw yourself right back into the fire just to be near death again or even die... I’m going to bring you back from the dead and poke you so hard in the forehead, you won’t wake up for like... five hours. Or until we really need you and someone calms down my anger.”

Aria gave him a playful, grumpy stare and then giggled as she couldn’t keep it. She hopped off the counter and then approached Take, lightly poking him on the forehead. She then opened a cabninent above him to see if ther could be anything else to add to the hot cocoa mixture. “I’m kidding. But I will be kinda mad if my cure spells go wrong. I don’t want to heal you only just to lose you soon afterwards, kay? You’re a really good fighter. And if we lose you suddenly, I think we’ll be sorta screwed until we can get you back up. I mean, everyone was cutting it close out there. But I think I just don’t know what I’m saying at this point, cause I just got here and I don’t know everyone’s fighting styles. But it did concern me when you were... um... a little... enthusiastic? And you were near death all over again. Sorry, I’m just kind of rambling and talking too much...”

She wasn’t crying anymore and she didn’t seem depressed, but there was that ache inside. She felt it once when a friend of hers disappeared, but this one stung more deeply. But Aria had to move on, just like Take said. Mika wouldn’t want her to be sad for too long after all.

Aria jumped a little when she heard a voice behind her. She was so fixated on her thoughts she didn’t think that Take would actually follow her. When he mentioned about talking about her feelings, she reached up to her cheek and felt tears remaining there. “Oh...” She rubbed at it and then sniffed as she opened the cupboards to have a look around to at least see if all of the ingredients were there in the first place. “I kind of do, actually... It’s been a very rough and confusing kind of day.”

She found a can of cocoa powder, sugar, and she even found some kind of cooler box with cream and milk. She left the cooler items alone and then turned to Take while leaning against the counter opposite of him. “I had a lot of things thrown at me in a short span, but I’ll try to only say what’s bothering me most. Being with the Light Chaser was... weird. I didn’t know what was truthful or what wasn’t... and I was trapped there with him when... things went down for you guys...”

Aria felt a chill go down her spine and rubbed her shoulders. “I didn’t have any friends my age back in my homeworld. They were around, it was that... A lot of people didn’t like me... We have monsters that kind of look like wolves or bears. There were some other things too, but wolf like ones were the bigger threat. I was told they kept to themselves and stayed in the mountains before. And then when I was brought to my aunt and uncle, that was when the monsters started to venture near the farms and villages and attack people in broad daylight. Like they were possessed or rabid. So they thought I brought some kind of bad luck with me, and...”

She trailed off and looked down to the ground while trying to figure out how much she wanted to tell. Aria bit the inside of her cheek and then glanced at the threads by the Light Chaser’s own jewelry. “Then I met Mika... and she was the first person outside of my family to accept me for who I was; rainbow, happy, go-lucky, and a joy bringer rather than a curse bearer.” Her vision clouded over again and she felt the sadness wash over her again. “And now she’s gone...” Her voice cracked and she let out a quiet sob before putting a hand over her mouth and closing her eyes to bring herself together. “I-I know... I know it’s not anyone’s fault. I know that I can’t go b-back and change anything. I know w-we were going to go through hard times like this, but it’s just so painful.”

She grabbed her shirt in a bunch by her heart and kept it there. “I’m s-sorry I’m like this right now,” she said to Take as she kept her head bowed down. She was embarrassed to look at him while being so weak like this. “I just needed to cry, and I think I’ll be able to be alright soon... just for now it hurts...”

Aria stood to attention when Captain Amelia addressed them. "If you cause any trouble you'll all be thrown in the brig for the duration of the journey. This is my ship and you will obey any orders given from me without question." She faltered in movement, but then remembered the books she read and saluted her. "A-Aye Captain..."

She watched the interaction between the crew and the captain. Everything seemed good until it seemed as if someone was missing. Aria looked around, realizing she didn't see the rock guy they briefly met before things went down completely. Something had happened, and Jim seemed to be fully responsible for it. Aria's heart went out to Jim when she realized the gravity of the situation. Like their small team, they too lost someone important to them.

When everyone seemed to have scattered, she sighed out heavily and hugged one of her arms to her body. All of this negativity for one day was beginning to weigh heavily on her. The tea helped for the moment, but she needed something a little more.

She absently picked at the friendship bracelet on her wrist next to the cursed golden bracelet. Aria looked at Take and cleared her throat. "
I... um... I'm going to go look for a kitchen and make some hot chocolate." She forced a smile and glanced to the small group a ways behind them. Her eyes widened momentarily when she saw that they all got comfortable and were having a full-fledged tea party aboard. Which seemed really odd given the situation she had just witnessed. "Well then, eh... As much as I liked the tea, it's not really my thing." Aria sighed out and then rocked back on her heels, swinging her arms casually in front of her and clapping her hands a couple of times. "You're welcome to follow if you want. If you do, I'll make some for you too." She then nodded to him and then called out to the others, "I'll be right back! I'm going to have a look around!"

With that, Aria turned on her heels and darted off towards the stairs. She then descended below and had a glance around to make sure she was alone for a moment. Everyone seemed to have disappeared, giving her a chance to breathe.

She hugged her wrist with Mika's friendship bracelet to her body with and then the tears began to flow freely. Today was rough; she could have destroyed a whole world by leaving, she found out her best friend had died while she was gone, she fought in a tough battle, she saw the nightmare of her childhood in broad daylight, and someone died while they were taking care of the heartless without them knowing. The hardest thing though was losing her best friend. Aria was the only one left from Choma's team now. And although Atmos' students seemed really nice, she still felt very much alone.

Aria's shoulders shook as she forced herself to cry in silence. She swallowed a lump in her throat and took a deep breath as the hot tears flowed freely. With Mika gone, she felt a piece of her lost. She knew they all took this risk when they went to train with Master Choma, but she didn't think it would be this soon or it would even happen at all. Mika was her first best friend she ever had that was around her age, and accepted Aria for who she was with her weird quirks and all. Aria was going to miss her terribly...

Sniffing and feeling apprehensive about someone catching her crying, she wiped her eyes furiously with the back of her hand and then shook her wrists out as she walked. She peeked around the place, walking slower as she was on the search for a kitchen... If this place even had one.

Soon, she spotted a stove after poking her head into a doorway and breathed out in relief. Stray tears kept running down her face, and she muttered at herself to stop it while walking in to have a look around. It seemed pretty cozy, and somewhat organized too. There was the smell of savory spices and vegetables, which reminded her of her Aunt Anja's kitchen for a moment. Aria was familiar with the setting, yet she didn't want to go poking into someone's cupboards without permission. After all, Captain Amelia said if they would cause trouble, they would be thrown in the brig. And if getting into someone else's food supply was trouble... well, she was going to have to find the owner somehow...

Aria looked to Glyde who seemed really shaken and out of it as well. Illiana mentioned something about him having a flight and wondered if he fell off somehow during the last bit where she was out of it.

She was about to open her mouth and speak to him when Illiana mentioned Take smiling, and her being the reason for it. “
Huh?!” She felt her cheeks heat up and covered them up with her hands before looking over to Take to see how he took the teasing. The girl noticed that Take almost instantly seemed to withdraw in himself and close his eyes as he held his wrist. Aria frowned a bit and lowered her hands from her face. It was strange for her to see someone shut down so quickly like that and didn’t have a clue what was going on. Soon he mentioned something in an emotionless voice and walked off.

Aria looked to the rest of the group in confusion and then rubbed the back of her neck. “
I, uh, I’m going to follow him to make sure he’s okay.” She then hugged Illiana tightly and smiled a little at her. “Thanks for the tea.” She let go of the older girl and looked to Glyde and ruffled his hair. “Glad you’re still with us and you’re being taken care of now.

She gave the group a thumbs up before turning away and trotting a bit after Take. She then slowed her steps to give him some space, and then looked to her bag where Nini was hanging out. Aria opened the flap and stroked the kitten’s fur quietly. “
You doing alright, girl?” She whispered softly and then looked up to see Silver and nodded to him before looking to the captain of the ship. She realized they still hadn’t made their proper introductions to her yet and she hoped that them helping out would soften her heart not to throw them overboard suddenly.

In her haze, she felt all concern directed at her by three out of the four other members of her party. Feeling her cheeks flushed with shame, she didn’t want to look up to Illiana who was speaking to her. But she smelled something pleasently sweet and lifted her head to see a teacup being offered to her. “Th-thank you,” she mumbled as she sat on her bottom and then took the teacup into her hands. Some of the liquid spilled out as she shook, but she made herself bring it to her lips with both hands and blew on it gently.

She was asked to explain her story one more time and felt some grumpiness from having to say it once more, especially with how she was feeling at the moment. One sip of tea though, and she felt some calmness wash over her. It wasn’t hot chocolate, but it would do for now. She looked up at the sky and around, seeing they were really free and the black hole was far, far behind. Where it should be.

Aria then looked to Take and smiled weakly in response to his attempt of comfort. “I’m okay,” she said once more to try to get the attention of her panic attack off herself. “Really. Just the whole life or death thing we just went through kinda threw me off,” she lied. “I mean, I almost died once before, and that was scary.” Man she sounded like such a whimp. She couldn’t tell them her real nightmares though. They would think she was insane... or silly to fear such a childish thing as the dark. Heck, that was what this whole keyblade training was about; fighting the darkness. Master Choma said she would learn to conquer it in time, but she really didn’t have the tools of how such a task could be done.

She swallowed more tea and her breathing became more slower. Aria felt a sudden sense of homesickness, missing her aunt who taught her the breathing techniques to calm down.

After breathing in through her nose and out of her mouth one more time, she drank more of the warm liquid and then glanced to Illiana. “Speaking of which, long story short, I was saved by the Light Chaser... he put
Eventide in a state of sleep to restore it back, and then woke me up... told me I couldn’t leave because I was a princess of heart, a being of pure light. I’m stil trying to figure that out... anyways, the world still had darkness around it and me leaving would put the world in chaos. Or so he said...” She sighed out and slowly brought herself to stand up, wobbling a little. She handed her teacup to her friend that offered it to her. “I don’t know how much he said was true, but I went along with it so I could get back to everyone eventually. And then Torrin popped up out of no where and brought me here soon afterwards...”

She then caught onto what Illiana said earlier about a new member of their party and looked to Silver while brushing off her clothes. “You already met, uh... Mister Silver then? Yeah, we were introduced just before things went crazy. And to Jim too.”

Everything happened all at once as soon as the last of the Heartless were defeated. A guy suddenly showed up, who she assumed to be Glyde and finished off everything that was left. And then they were thrust towards darkness. Aria’s heart lurch in her throat by the sight of it as the world suddenly went silent for her. She felt so small, and absolutely terrified as her childhood’s worse nightmares were coming to life right in front of her. She shouldn’t see it though! She was wide awake!

She saw flashes of a dark creature dressed in a ragged cloak, holding screaming people and ripping into their chests with its long claws. Redish, pink light would float out soon afterwards, only to be eaten soon afterwards.

She did as the Captain of the ship said and held onto a railing on the ship tightly while holding on her lifeline.

Screams echoed in her ears and so did the image of the demon of her sleep. It turned to her, eyeless and sharp teeth dripping with drool. It then opened its mouth and let out a shriek.

Soon they were blasted to safety and back into space and the calm.

Aria regained her balance afterwards, her hands shaking. She swallowed hard and barely heard Take’s words before trying to focus on the exchange at hand. If she heard correctly, he referred to Illiana as a lieutenant? When did that happened? “
Yeah, we were worried about you,” Aria said as a side comment. “Glad you made it in time though,” Aria said with a thumbs up, her arm shivering along with her body.

She then looked to everyone else, seeing them standing, but they all seemed to be a blur to her.
She then focused on Chrono, forcing a weak smile to him. “We made it,” she said quietly to him. She then tried to make her way over to him, only feel her knees buckle.

Her breath got stuck in her throat as she went down, barely catching herself with her hands. She felt embarrassment wash over her and she lifted one leg to try to stand up, only to have it wobble under her and forced her to stay down. “
I’ll be okay,” she said to really no one out loud. “I’ll be okay. G-give me a minute...” She took in deep, even breaths as she tried to shut out her fears. Seeing her worst nightmares while she was awake was nerve-wracking and shook her to her bones. Her face was white as a ghost and she kept her eyes on the deck. Last she wanted to do was close her eyes to see that horrible thing again.

Aria was taken off guard by Take’s sudden burst of energy and glanced to him in concern. She just healed him; she didn’t want him to get badly hurt again! Perhaps it was his style of fighting though. It was strange, but she wasn’t going to complain... much. If he gets knocked unconscious, I’m gonna have to have a word with him, she thought in her head. She looked to Nini who jumped in her bag and ducked as a Pirate tried to swing at her. “I know, I know. He’s a little cray-cray right now.

She smiled to Silver when he told her thanks, and then looked to see a flash of silky dress jump on the large man’s head. She gasped and smiled big when she recognized the voice and the person. “
BREAD GIRL!!!” With getting distracted, she didn’t notice a Pirate heading her way. Aria raised her keyblade, yet stumbled back from the impact. Its’ sword didn’t collide with the keyblade though, and instead went towards her shoulder. There was no pain like she thought there would be though, only a slight stinging sensation and that bright light again.

Aria slashed at the Pirate in retaliation, knowing now wasn’t the time to talk and tell Illiana what was going on in detail. “
Yeah, I kinda just got here. We’ll talk later!

She then noticed the banter between Illiana and Take, and wondered what in the world she missed. There was a lot of things, she knew. But now wasn’t the time to focus on that either. Everyone was getting knocked down low, and she knew she didn’t have enough in her to keep them all afloat. She saw Take take down the last of the Air Pirates, and then saw there were four pirates left. “
Come on, we’re almost done with them!” She called to Chrono, Silver, and Illiana. (Cause Glyde didn’t make his appearance yet)

She positioned herself in the middle of her friends, keeping an eye on all of them to make sure none of them were hit down compeletely. Aria then noticed Take’s mood changed and became concerned for him. “
Take, are you holding up alright?” She called to him.

Aria stumbled as the explosion waves hit the ship. She then caught herself and finished off the last bit of Heartless. “They’re Heartless!” she responded over the roar of the noise going around. “Mo-... Ai-Aliens that pop up when stars explode, apparently!” Well, that was the most reasonable explanation she could come up with.

She peered over to Take just in time to see him take a huge hit. She winced in sympathy, wishing to help him somehow recover quickly. She then remembered some training the Light Chaser gave her and chewed the inside of her cheek. As much as she disliked him right now, there were many things he said were helpful. “
Cure!” She called out as her colorful keyblade was raised over her head. Green light enveloped her and then went around Take to help him back on his feet.

She then noticed a shadow in her preferal vision and turned to see a Pirate swinging down on her. She raised her keyblade up and winced, but nothing impacted her. Aria opened one eye, seeing a flash of light and her weird bracelet glow. The girl raised an eyebrow, wondering what in the world happened. What did this bracelet do exactly?

She then saw Silver get pelted and let out a quick breath before jumping back to work. She attacked the four Fiery Globes that were left and then swung at a pirate heading their way to slice at them. “
Are you okay?!” She called to Silver as she held her rainbow keyblade in defense to prepare for the next wave.
